Made it just in time for my 9am appointment. Filled out forms, then prior to seeing Dr. Le, oops is it Nadine ?(optician) checked my eyes and took pictures with their new equipment. Then there after I was led to Dr. Le exam room. We discussed my medical history. She is so patient & understanding and explains every part of each procedure process. 1st time a Dr. who explains what goes on during an eye exam. I felt comfortable and at ease. Thank you Dr. Le. Love this place! Michelle and Elvie at the front desk are sooooo sweet and helpful! Michelle went out of her way to make sure we had the best options and that our new glasses would be everything we wanted ! Office is trendy, IMMACULATE and very soothing. Just visited One Vision in Eastvale. Was very disappointed with the way we were treated by the staff. They made us wait for almost an hour for insurance verification ,even though the info was provided to them over the phone prior to the visit. We understand the process and were patient about the whole situation, until we faced the most rude office desk person. Her attitude& language was most unprofessional and she was extremely rude. We were requesting her to return our insurance cards and personal info which she had ,while talking to the insurance company. Her response was to throw the items at us and saying rudely that she doesn't need them. The so called manager stepped in asking us if we were ready to receive their services and not even apologising or even trying to find the facts about the whole situation. The staff definitely needs a lesson in providing customer care if they need to grow there business in this pandameic. Way to treat your senior citizens . Nayana R. read more

The most thorough exam I've ever received. She gave recommendations for the overall health of my eyes. She offered a lot of explanation and she seemed to really care. I was coughing and she offered me a water bottle. She gave me two different pairs of contacts to try out for two weeks and scheduled a follow up appointment with me in two weeks. I've never had a follow up eye appointment ever. This was a good and very different experience. read more

Dr. Le is the best eye doctor I have ever been to (and I've been to quite a few). She is kind, very patient, and her exams are beyond thorough. She took her time in explaining everything about my eyes and even showed me a picture, on the monitor, of what my eyeball looks like. In all my 60+ years, I have never, ever, seen a picture of the (complete) eyeball. It was amazing! When the exam was completed my husband was next, so it gave me time to check out their great selection of frames. All in all, the whole process went smoothly, and we could not have been more pleased. Needed contacts and sunglasses for my trip to Hawaii the following week. Dr. Lee gave me the most thorough eye exam ever and a great experience. Not only did OptumVision squeeze me in for a Thursday night appointment, but they got my prescription sunglasses and contacts in time for my trip. Most importantly, I'm near-sighted with a stigmatism in one eye and I couldn't get contacts at my prior optometrist that would let me see far away and clean we up enough to read my phone, but she managed to get me two different types of contacts for each eye to get me 20/20 for far sight and 20/25 close up. I'm in Hawaii now and can see all the gorgeous views and still watch TV and read my phone! Very happy camper. read more

I've been to several different eye doctors in my time, and this has been by far my best experience. The shop is beautiful and in a great location (off Hamner and Bellgrave). Dr. Le is so patient and thorough with her examinations. She did a great job explaining about eye health and gave me recommendations to take away with me. They have a nice selection of glasses to choose from and are not pushy with add-on's like I have experienced at other offices. I'm 78 and had vision correction since I was a teenager (hard contacts, glasses, lasik, and again glasses). My uncle was my Dr. for years so I needed a new Dr. in this area as my former was in Orange County and didn't need the drive anymore. This is an extremely professional, friendly, caring staff and Dr. Le is extremely thorough, friendly, attentive, professional and a joy to know. The office is spotless, an excellent choice of frames, convenient location and highly recommended. So relieved to find a vision Dr. of the highest caliber here.
