Danielle Taylor at Snatched Dallas completely ignored my questions and my requests not to be touched with needles and proceeded with a drainage procedure without consent or explanation. I am 5 weeks post op and do NOT have seromas. (My arm is still tingling and burning from whatever she did to me yesterday. It wasn't seroma drainage because there was blood all over) Her bedside manner is awful--cold, dismissive, and aggressive. She gave me no intake forms of any kind either. Red flag. I should've ran, fast. I literally had to forcibly sit up from the treatment after I repeatedly asked her not to perform the "drainage" or cavitation. She flat out ignored every plea to "please stop." After I left, she harassed me with unhinged texts and calls, and I fully expect her to respond to this review with something false and unprofessional. The red flags cued me to research deeper. Her business is "inactive" per the Texas Comptroller, she operates without physician supervision (which is required with only a Medical Assistant license), and she's been reported to the Attorney General, TDLR, DSHS, NRCMA, and the Secretary of State for consumer fraud, misrepresentation, and unauthorized practice. Not to mention the non-sterile environment, use of cheap baby oil for massaging and peroxide (which she sprayed all over me after the massage). The tiny 10x10 room and undressing behind a small curtain should have tipped me off. Everything was a red flag and I wish I had turned right around and left immediately. I sought post-operative lymphatic massage services after my lipo procedure and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. During my session, the treatment was much more aggressive than I was comfortable with. I repeatedly expressed that I was in pain and was told to relax, but I did not feel my concerns were adequately addressed. I was also given instructions regarding my foams and boards that conflicted with what I had been taught by my surgeon's team and other post-op professionals. When I chose to follow the instructions I had previously been given, I felt that my concerns and preferences were not respected. What ultimately bothered me most was learning that personal comments about me were later shared with another client. Regardless of any disagreement about treatment, I believe clients should be treated professionally and not discussed with other customers. So before I begin pls note that this review is SOLELY based on our communication, not services. I reached out to Snatched Dallas a couple weeks in advance to schedule a single in-home MLD massage following a BBL with lipo 360. Her prices are extremely competitive for in-home MLDs but she was not listed on my Drs "approved MT list" and no one had referred me to her so I wanted to be safe and book a single session first and then determine if I wanted to book a package afterwards. Initial convo when booking appt was straight forward and easy. A couple days leading up to my appt I check the email confirmation I was sent to reconfirm the time and saw that her business address was listed as the location even though I had requested an in-home service. I brought this to her attention and have attached screenshots of our full convo that followed. I will let you form your own opinion as I am not going to cover all of it but a couple of highlights for me were her saying that I SHORTED MYSELF "FEELING HER OUT" by choosing to do a single session first and that "IM JUST GOING TO BE IN PAIN UNTIL SHE CAN GET TO ME" since she incorrectly booked me for salon instead of in-home. The fact that someone who works as a professional in this industry, a WOMAN that works in this industry would say something as ugly as "YOURE JUST GOING TO HURT" until I can get to you..honestly had me speechless. I'm also 5 weeks post op and have had close to 30 massages already and I am not or had ever mentioned being in pain to her so I'm not sure how that was even relevant at all for her to say at all. Nor had I complained about her single session pricing so for her to throw in the "I SHORTED MYSELF FEELING HER OUT" was again, unnecessary and unprofessional. This review isn't based on the service itself, but the provider (the massage itself was subpar). In my opinion, the customer service & communication matters just as much. This lady is extremely unprofessional, hostile & deranged. She does not have an organized system & when you call her out for the flaws, she gets defensive. I had a miscommunication (we'll just call it that because it was no big deal ) and this lady lost her mind contacting me. Even after I asked her to stop contacting me, she continued to text me, in an arguing manner. Even made a fake email I feel just to be petty & called me over 24 hrs later at almost 12am. I have had over 40 post op appts & never have I ever dealt with someone like this. As I sat through my appt, she mentioned to me other problems she was having with other clients & I can honestly say I don't blame them for the issues. She can not take an honest review. read more
