Emily is AMAZING; she finds every knot in your body; traces all the tendons, etc.; & massages everything away. Tip -- when I first went in I asked what the difference btwn a Thai massage & body massage was. The owner, correctly, told me the Thai was (much) more pressure & (very) deep tissue; she ended up being right. It almost felt like an adjustment after leaving (& painful yet great) during. The 2nd appointment, I just had w/ Emily, today, after seeing my doctor, I asked for the body massage (& a little less pressure); she did perfectly, again, & this time, it was just a great massage (no adjustment feelings after). They also have some other (3rd) type of massage, but I'm not totally sure what it is, but sounded more like oils & aroma, which is definitely not something I'd be interested in. Outside of the one odd review on Google, I saw they had a 4.8 rating, & since close to house, I decided to go initially. I'm SO HAPPY I did, & there's NO FUNNY BUSINESS AT ALL, so disregard that odd person's Google review. Go & you'll definitely be glad you did. The first session I extended from 1hr to 1.5hrs b/c I was so stressed; this time, I stuck w/ a hour. Both were GREAT. Again, I can't recommend it enough, & I don't recommend places very often at all; the last place I did was Guinness' groomer Fire Plug, who are, now, like family to me. So if you're in Richardson & need a massage, I would recommend getting an appt w/ Emily; you'll be happy you did.

Since June I have been looking for a Massage place I can call home. I booked the night before for a full body massage. My appointment was at 10am and I arrived 15min before. Upon arrival the door was open and no one was at the front desk. I waited for a good 10min completed the intake form that was sitting on the counter and waited. Finally someone came to the front and questioned if I had an appointment. (I'm assuming because I booked the night before they didn't have a record of it? Idk). However, I showed the lady my booking confirmation on my phone and she proceeded to guide me to the room. The massage started off amazing, perfect pressure truly relaxing amazing massage. I was laying there thinking okay despite the arrival this will be my home. Then within the last 15-20 min of my massage some lady, assuming another therapist, barges in my room and starts talking in their native tongue to my therapist while she was massaging me. It wasn't a quiet quick question type of talk, it was loud abrasive and she talked to her the entire last 20 min of my massage. I truly could not believe what was going on. Then when my massage was over my therapist walked me to the front and told me because I'm paying with tap it was an additional $5. Okay whatever I didn't mind. The massage was $70 and the tap made it $75. Then she says "how much you adding for tip"? I looked at her and said "are you serious? When you and that other lady had a full on conversation the last 20 min of my massage? That was rude, inconsiderate, and definitely not professional. I'm paying $75."
