Your online ordering sucks, you definitely need to fix that shit. Your menu is limited, not everybody likes beef

Good food - try the Mac and cheese brisket! Also, Rey is a great server. Very attentive of your needs.

Food was great! Me and my grandmother come almost weekly for the ribs deal. Kaylee was great; she was super attentive and friendly! Will be back soon :) read more

When I have a hearty appetite, one of my favorite meals is baby back ribs, accompanied by mashed potatoes and another side. Usually, I order ribs from Chili's (which actually has pretty good ribs, especially for a chain), but the wife wanted to try something different and suggested we try Smokey Bones. I called in our to-go order: a full rack of baby back ribs for me, and brisket for the wife. Since Smokey Bones shares a rather small parking lot with the Olive Garden (it fills up fast on a Friday or Saturday evening), I parked across the way in the larger parking lot shared by Savers and Best Buy. As I approached Smokey Bones, I admired the decorative fire pit in front of the restaurant (I bet it looks really cool when it gets dark). Also, I really liked the the minimalist, almost industrial vibe inside the restaurant; it's not overcrowded, like Olive Garden. My food was ready in exactly the time promised, which scores huge points with me when it comes to takeout. The young man at the takeout counter demonstrated a great grasp of customer service: he offered me a free soda, and volunteered to give me a $5 discount off the order! The takeout service was outstanding, and our order was 100 percent correct. As for the food, it was nearly equally good. Ribs had plenty of meat, little fat, and fell off the bone; I could taste a bit of smoke. Their barbecue sauce ably complemented the ribs. While the mashed potatoes were a bit bland, my other side (fire-roasted corn) stole the show; these were the most exciting corn niblets I've ever had, both in regard to flavor and appearance. Wifey enjoyed her brisket, and sides (macaroni and cheese, and baked beans), as much I enjoyed my ribs and corn. They also have fried apples as a side, she later discovered, and we will both likely try those next time. We both got two meals from our order, which was just over $40, so the food was a good value. read more

We had a great meal. Smoked wings were perfect. Our sever, Alyssa, was great and very attentive. We would definitely come back! Thanks for the great service! read more

Food was good. Nice amount of choices on menu. Their specialty is ribs and wings. I got the brisket chili, which was good, not spicy. Service was good. Restaurant was pretty empty compared to say, a weekend night which is likely more packed or when a game is on. Decent place to stop for decent barbecue. read more

This place deserves 0 stars. The service was bad. The food was even worse. They're selling chicken nuggets as boneless chicken. The pork on the bbq burger was not fully cooked. The waiter did not pay attention to the order and forgot things that we requested. WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN!!!!! read more

Marshall was an impeccable waitress and had out of this world customer service and was undoubtedly one of the best definitely 10000/10 would definitely reccomended read more

I've eaten here three times and each time has been disappointing. I have found the food often comes out cold or room temp and not really tasty. The most disappointing food item I've tried was the "smoked" wings. These are obviously only fried and not smoked in any way, and then they're served with a very small amount of some weird glaze that doesn't add any value to them. They lack flavor in every way, and having the descriptor labeled as smoked seems to be false advertisement. This place seems to only be good to grab a drink and watch sports on one of their many tvs in the bar area. read more

Great food, had Alex as my waitress, she was elite. Very accommodating and would recommend Alex.

The service was terrible Jaliah did not come over one time and ask how anything was. We ordered drink as soon as we sat down and waited 10 minutes. For a water and an alcoholic beverage. When I received the water there was black floating mold in it. We ordered 12 wings and only received 10 we asked a different waiter about the issue because our waitress was no where to be found. He went to find and talk to Jaliah about the problem. You would think she would be the one to come over and tell us they were gonna make some more for us. WRONG the gentleman came back over and told us they were gonna make more. Ten minutes later she comes over and tells us that they were bringing out more for us. Mind you there were a couple people at the bar and only two other tables. And we were her only table. This is Bald Hill Rd Smokey bones. Very disappointed. read more

Usually wings are pretty good. These were pretty bad. Garlic parm wings were pretty much plain. The wings might have been raw and ive been throwing up this morning. I wanted a smokey bone and instead i got raw boned. read more

Casey is an awesome bartender! It's always a good night at Smokey bones. The managers a fool but the staff are amazing. The foods damn good.

Ate in the restaurant late this afternoon. The restaurant had very few diners at that time. We were seated immediately. Social distancing was enforced as well as mask wearing. There were several servers in the restaurant but we waited approximately 25 min before anyone came to our table. We were then informed that they ran out of baby back ribs the previous night and had not received another shipment. Once the food was served it was very good and well worth the price. Things may have been better if: 1. Service was a bit more attentive. Understanding staffing issues during the pandemic, it did not seem like a staffing shortage...there were several servers and very few patrons. 2. It might have been better to inform us about the missing menu item prior to seating...let's face it, it's a rib restaurant! read more

They have the best barbeque Memphis glaze and best loaded cheese fries! Been here many Monday night's, for the all you can eat wings night. Everyones favorite is the original Memphis wings, with extra glaze. The glaze is a sweet barbeque style sauce, it's delicious. The smoked wings are also good, but i prefer the traditional crunchy texture of the original fried wings. The buffalo wings are also good, a solid and balanced flavored buffalo sauce. Great blue cheese. The loaded fries, is a must each visit, loaded with cheese and bacon, drizzled with the Memphis glaze and with a Chipotle mayo underneath the fries, really great combination of flavors. The pork baby back ribs, are smoked and cooked perfectly, really tender and tasty. They are pricey, but worth it. Also delicious are the barbeque baked beans and corn bread with maple nut butter. I'm not a fan though, of the alcoholic drinks, had several here and havn't liked one yet. read more

I ordered the brisket to go. what a mistake. it was beyond medium well and just dry and inedible. The menu said it came with garlic bread but there was none. The worst meal I've had in a long time. I sent a comm via the website and asked for a response but they couldn't be bothered to reply so I'm rating them here. what a disappointment. read more

So I entered with my best foot forward tasting BBQ from various states each with their own flavores and techniques , I took family we waited way to long even when noticing seating were available, once seated another long wait for drinks and to place our food order, once ordered another long wait, then ah the food..but fast became sad, disappointed many feeling , I felt bad for bring family there..the portions where from the kids menu and dry dry the flavores were something, if you believe that this is BBQ please save up and take a trip to our beautiful southern and mid western states. I know its a chain but still can have pride in its product...not service staffs fault..still tipped. Word of mouth especially in food is huge. read more

We came in looking for some nice BBQ and did not get much of it. For an appetizer, I ordered the Brunswick Stew which was FULL of corn. So much so, they should change the name to Corn Stew. Then I got the 1/3 rack of Baby Back Ribs which gave me all of three ribs and a plate full of fries. My husband ordered the Pork Porterhouse which was less than satisfying, according to him. Luckily, the waitress was very sweet and performed her tasks very well. Overall, the experience was not worth the trip. read more

I got Uber Eats tonight for a treat. I decided to get Smokey Bones. I ordered the two meat platter with mashed potatoes and cinnamon apples for me and boneless wings for my dog. My pulled pork was bland and had no sauce. My turkey tasted processed and not fresh at all. The mashed potatoes were also bland. There were only six boneless wings and they were the size of a quarter. The only reason I gave it two stars was for the cinnamon apples. I will never order from them again. read more

Ordered take out, brisket was beyond dry and lacking any flavor, my 5yr old ate the "mac and cheese" and 2 bites in asked me where the cheese was, i tasted it and honestly paid for just some boiled macaroni, coleslaw was dry and had 0 flavor. Would not order again 45$ wasted read more

My husband, son and I visited Smokey Bones restaurant in Warwick, RI on 8/24/22 to try out all you can eat chicken wings. Kyle was our server. He explained how the whole deal worked, went into great detail about the sauces, toppings and then the difference between crispy and not so crispy wings. He was attentive, knowledgeable and a pleasure to have as a waiter. My husband ate 21, I ate 8 and my son ate 30 wings! Thank you Kyle for your excellent service! read more

I don't know what happened to this place. I get that there is less help due to covid, but the quality of the food is not there anymore.

Okay, so I've never had ribs in Texas or Kansas City, but from what I've tried this place has really great ribs! I prefer the baby back ribs, they fall right off the bone. Their pulled pork is also a little bit of Heaven :) My only qualm is that there are a couple sides I'd really love as choices that I've found at other similar restaurants: smashed sweet potatoes/sweet potato fries and mac and cheese. If those sides were offered, I'd be a little more in love. Even so, I'm happy to return here over and over again. read more

I get that covid is rough on restaurants these days but that doesn't excuse food that's straight up bad. Ordered the loaded nachos, supposed to come with queso, cheddar jack, cilantro, green onions, sour cream, salsa, and sliced jalapeños. What they came with? Shredded cheese (not melted) and green onions. THATS IT. They didn't even try. The pulled pork was nothing special but to be fair it only requires two ingredients to plate so pretty hard to mess up. By far the most mediocre meal I've ever experienced. read more

Ordered in person to go and was told the wait was 15mins. I waited over 50mins just for an order of small sweet potatoes fries, donuts, and 8piece wings. I live 3mins away. When I got home, i saw that I got some nasty cold fries, 7wings instead of 8, and cold donuts with the donut's sugar all at the bottom not even on the donuts. The first time I went, everything was fresh and amazing. Second time, it was horrible. read more

I noticed that a lot of reviews on here mention bad service. That was not the case with my experience. I visited here on a busy Saturday night with the hubby and two kids. We put our name in and despite it being busy, we only had a 15 minute wait. Out waitress's name was Kate and she was on point. She made sure our glasses were never empty and our food was right. The hostess let my little one play with the buzzer and from time to time "buzzed" it which kept him occupied the whole time. The rest of the staff was friendly as well, commenting on how cute our kids were. Now the food....The roasted chicken nachos are the bomb. The only place I have had better was Toby Keith's @Patriot Place. My hubby and I split a BLT burger and mac and cheese. The burger was cooked to perfection and the toppings were fresh, the mac and cheese on the otherhand was bland and didn't taste homemade. Traders Joes has better frozen mac and cheese. The kids both ordered grilled cheese but our waitress mistakenly grabbed chicken fingers so it took a few extra minutes for their food to arrive. She apologized, but it literally was just 2 more minutes. The grilled cheese is on a sourdough bread with the orange cheese. Kids loved it. Fries were hot and crispy, cinnamon apples got gobbled up in minutes. Portions are huge. We felt like absolute gluttons. I had a $10 off coupon so our bill only came to $31.23! Soooo inexpensive for a family of four. Overall great service (just ask for Kate), decent food, and kid friendly. read more

Stopped in for lunch (1:15pm) have never been there before, place was pretty dead. We waited 10 minutes to be seated. Girl answered the phone, took an order and didn't say one word to us. Needless to say, we left. Bad for business!!! Won't be going back! read more

The ribeye that I ordered 'as rare as they were comfortable cooking it' came with a warm red center. It was very tender and well seasoned. About 3 different employees asked me how my food was, including the man who cooked my steak. I like that accountability. Good folk and good food. read more

our server Dakota was fabulous, friendly and very assertive, food was hot and delicious, no wait time and hostess was very pleasant

Food was awesome! Service not so much, we went with another couple and they messed up the bill 3 times and it took almost an hour to figure it out. They couldn't figure it out and said they had already closed the bill. Super frustrating and time consuming. Also I'm pretty sure the girls boobs were bout to fall out of her bra if she bent over one more time.... read more

Three safe rating for your run of the mill chain BBQ. This isn't a place to write home about, but it's a decent place for a brew and a sammich. My friend and I headed in around 11:30 for some lunch on a Saturday. As usual, it took five minutes to be greeted, another ten to get drinks and our meals in, and so on and so forth. The waitresses don't have any personality (bar staff is awesome though) and seem very airheady. I understand the concept of pretty waitresses drive sales, but I don't want to see jeans so tight that I can see the waitress' iPhone falling out of their rear pocket along with some skin. I ordered a BBQ pulled pork sandwich with an upcharged order of tater tots. The pulled pork sandwich was cold on the outside and only warmish on the inside. The toasted bun didn't really seem toasted, just browned and pretty meh. THE TATER TOTS THOUGH ARE WORTH THE $2 UPCHARGE. Crispy, warm, not too overcooked, and delicious. I would come back for that. All in all, smokey bones is meh, but have some key saving points such as their cheap liquor and cheap apps on the weekdays after ten. Worth it for that, but not much else, thus the not blown away 3 star rating. read more

We only get here twice a year but look forward to each time. Their original sauce on the "baby back ribs" are great. They have other sauces on the table that are also good. Sometimes the ribs can be too dry and that's disappointing as was my wife's last night. Mine was very good and they are the meatiest ribs I've seen. The full rack at $23 was well worth it. The 1/3 rack has 4 ribs, house rack has 8 ribs and full rack has 12 ribs. The usual sides are very good...baked beans, cole slaw, crunchy onion rings. Enjoy!! read more

Meh. Cisco corporate food. Was looking forward to some tender fall-off-the-bone baby backs that I remembered from years ago. Not worth the high price for low quality food. Gloopy sauces without much depth and left me wanting. Felt like I was fleeing from overly sweet baked beans, to bland "fire corn" and then back to underwhelming though decently cooked baby back ribs. Uninspiring food on the whole. read more
