Food was cold. One item was charged for a glaze upgrade for the filet medallions but there was no glaze. I ordered a half rack of ribs but did not receive a half rack. And when my meal did come out it was after my table had been served and they were half way through their meal. Also lacked the condiments I had ordered. Asked to speak to a manager and had kitchen staff approach the table and never identifiers themselves. A member of my party was rudely spoken to when asking about the restrooms. Had to wait exorbitant amount of time for service and even to pay. Food is mediocre at best for a steakhouse/bbq. Find somewhere else to eat. read more

Mallory was an amazing server, prompt abd friendly. Smelled delicious as we walked in.

Great food, drinks, and Dakota was a great waitress. Very clean restaurant and restrooms. read more

After avoiding Smokey Bones for a few years because of their mass incompetence, we decided to try it again tonight. I wish I could turn back time and tell us to make a sandwich with the old turkey we had in the fridge instead. We ordered $100 of food for pickup. When we got the bag to the car, the bag felt light so we checked it. They forgot to include the Filet medallions, one of two meals we had gotten. Went back in, and they realized that yes, they had forgotten to include the headliner of the $30 meal. We sat there while they fired up the filet, steak medallions we had requested to be 'medium'. 20 minutes later, they handed us the bag and we went home. At home, it became clear that Smokey Bones still has not perfected, or even improved, their processes. The side Caesar was misnamed and should have been called a lettuce crouton salad as once again, the headlining Caesar Dressing, which is literally in the name of the salad, was forgotten. The filet medallions were also inappropriately named as they actually consisted of just 1 filet medallion and 2 miniature hockey pucks. The dog had an extra treat tonight, but he was a little skeptical about eating char. The rack of ribs with a side of steak and wings was conveniently packed into the same carton, ensuring that all things were equally coated in loads of buffalo wing sauce. I can't believe we fell for it again, but for real, this will be the last time. read more

Wow. So it's not that I didn't read the reviews first, it's that after 6 years or so, I was hopeful that maybe they were going to do better. But that was a mistake... a $100 mistake. Description of smoked wings: giant + juicy + rubbed + slow smoked + drizzled with a sweet glaze + dusted with house seasoning. I somehow can't help but notice that it was none of the above. The description should have said small, dry, sauceless, depressing wings that were smoked for an entire week. It feels like getting punked... when you order something off of Amazon and get a totally different product. Don't get the house made baked beans. What the smoked wings were lacking, I think the beans made up for. It was straight bbq sauce with beans in it...also cooking for aa entire week. Hope you like chugging bbq sauce if you decide to order these. If you insist on spending your money here anyway, here's what is safe to order: ribs, cinnamon apples, pretzel bones, bag o' donuts. But in all honesty, why take a chance when there are so many other restaurants you can try! read more

The food is truly mid, the desserts are worse and the service is excellent. It's a casual BBQ spot with food that only keeps declining. I used to love their brisket grilled cheese with tomatoe soap and now they don't even serve the soap any more but it still costs $21... make it make sense. read more

Rey is a great server keep up the good work great personality good food great drinks I would definitely recommend

Food and service was amazing! Malory was such a good waitress! Definitely will be coming back.

I'm not sure where to begin. First off, the restaurant was cold! About 75% of the patrons had their winter coats on throughout the meal, ourselves included. Do they even know where the thermostat is? Take a look around and if everyone has a coat on, turn up the heat! The service was lousy at best. Our server was not very attentive. It took 45 minutes for the food to arrive (we both got half rack of ribs). When the food arrived, it wasn't hot. More like lukewarm at best. I wouldn't go to this place in the winter time. It's too cold. Otherwise the food was so so. Nothing to write home about. read more

Sad day, 45 min wait time for a Togo order of food being one bbq platter and 2 sides. Get home to only 1 side and a warm plate of either too salty or no salt on the food. Wouldn't recommend!! read more

Accidentally got the wrong wellness of steak but the server fixed the issue and got it quite well.

I when in today with the family, there was not enough waitress, the girl that took out service was not much pleasant we could tell buy her face , no heat in the restaurant good thing everyone had a coat we have to keep it on the whole entire time we were there . The order took so long to come out even that wasn't that busy . Not the place that it used to be back then . read more

The pulled pork sandwich was the best I've had anywhere in a long time. Smokey Bones has the best BBQ sauces around. And they have e the best French Fries as well. I ate at the bar a the service was spectacular. I decided to try this restaurant today for lunch while my car was being serviced. It's a quick walk from the numerous car dealerships in the area. What a perfect place to hang out while my car is being serviced. I'll be stopping in more often as I really enjoyed my lunch break. Kay was a fantastic bartender. I really enjoyed my lunch today! read more

Awful. I ordered through grubhub and it looked like they packed ripped tacos or someone had bitten them already. They had almost no meat on them and the tortilla that was there was staile. 2 orders of tacos that looked like someone took bites from them. Then we Ordered the sampler that was supposed to have bbq chicken nachos. There was no chicken almost no cheese and the chips were staile. The loaded fries were a just a mass stuck together. It was the most sad food ever. I would never serve something like that to a person. It was disgusting!!!! read more

Two stars (only because our server was awesome) the food came, it was cold. Had lack of taste. This is the new Applebees I wouldn't waist time or money Olive Garden next door is cheaper and Taste A Lot better I thought about meal, ... the worst tasting Crap ever. And the manager would not even come talk about why all veggies like crap. Everything was bad. Coke-Cola was flat. The whole place is Gross You see so many cars in parking lot. However they are not here, it's like Applebees with music, and bright lights. Half sports bar ?? Just goofy read more

I wish I could give zero stars. Sat at the bar and the bartender was very inattentive. She was chatting with other employees while several customers were waiting. The turkey blt was terrible! No bacon stale bread and one tiny little piece of turkey that was very fatty. I would have returned it but the bartender was back chatting with the other staff and never asked us how our meal was. Didn't see her again for 20 or 25 minutes. Well never come vack to thus place. Other visits in the past were pretty decent but never again will I pay 20 bucks for stale bread and one slice on turkey! No manager anywhere in sight to complain to. This was Sunday afternoon and there were only a few people in the place. Now I know why. read more

Just ate here in Warwick. Three other diners besides ourselves 2 people at the bar. A couple walked in, waiting for the hostess. The bartender saw them waiting, walked away, stood behind a column on her phone, where she could not be seen. After waiting 10 or 15 minutes, the couple walked out, and then the bartender Peeked her head around the corner, did not see them Took a few more steps to get a better view, saw they were gone and went back to her phone! I watched in disbelief. Why didn't the bartender tell someone there was somewhere waiting? She knew they were there. No wonder the place was not busy The food was just ok Our server Brittany was good. Would def not go back read more

I've been to this restaurant many times and always thought it was OK but nothing special. We ordered delivery from here and found that we truly enjoyed the food. I want to first of all except the macaroni and cheese from that because that was just some cooked macaroni stuffed into a Styrofoam to go cup with a glob of cheese on the side, not even enough cheese to cover the macaroni and it was pricey. The ribs were delicious and plenty of them. I got the pulled pork sandwich which was a special so you got two for the price of one. I didn't I have it on a roll because I don't like rolls but they just put it in and I got two of them so we had one the next day and it was really very good. Mike got a loaded baked potato and I got the loaded mashed potato and I think mine was better. Apparently it was very good because I forgot to take pictures of it. read more

Started out pretty rocky, glad we stayed. We got there right around 930 on a Monday night for unlimited wings for $12.99. A woman sat us and we waited.. and waited.. 10 minutes until a server came over just to say 'I'll be back in 2 minutes'... another 10 minutes and finally the woman that seated us decided to take over. 20 minutes just for acknowledgment and water. BUT Megan definitely overcame the other servers bad start. She kept our drinks full and made sure our wing orders were put in right when the hot ones came out. For dessert I tried one of their crazy milkshakes and I was SO surprised it was less than $10! We had two desserts, two unlimited wings and 3 alcoholic drinks for $60 before tip. Um sign me up every Monday? But make sure I get seated with Megan read more

Ewe. Just Ewe. Don't restaurants have standards as far as when and where employees can eat? Like, this is why they get breaks, am I right? Well I came in to wait for a to-go order with a clear view of the prepping and kitchen area. Both Waitresses and cooks are seen eating food.. with their hands.. and then going about their business preparing food and drinks and touching food on plates after touching their mouths and not washing their flithy hands or wearing gloves. Unsanitary city. I couldn't eat their food after seeing it that's how bad it works so I just left. read more

Went to order dinner tonight for BOGO traditional wings but when called for pick up, they said they ran out of traditional wings so had to get boneless! Then the waitress didn't really know to refund us the difference so just gave us a side dish. Then we ordered the street corn shareable but when we got home we noticed it was super small! I think they gave us the wrong item as this tiny corn shouldn't be $6.99!!! Called and left a voicemail to the manager! read more

I'm so glad this place is open late! The late night staff were relaxed but still attentive. The decor is casual with a sports bar feel. They had a few different games playing on the lined up TVs above the bar, so it also seems like a good spot to grab a beer and a game with lunch or dinner. I tried the pulled pork and baby back ribs with mashed potatoes and beans. Everything was delicious! The meats were flavorful, tender, and not overly sweet or sauced. The mash wasn't too creamy or dry, just right. The beans and toast were both very good. I left with a full belly and still had some leftover to take home. I do think they could do a better job with Covid safety though. For example, making sure their patrons are following the Covid-19 safety guidelines, as we did notice a group of people wandering around the restaurant with no masks on. Also, our booth seats were a bit greasy and could have used a wipe down. Those little things standout even more nowadays. Overall, still a good experience. I hope to return soon for an update with pictures next time. read more

Before all the Negativity I just gotta say K8lyn was a great server, one of the best in the country. Anyways upon arrival They had me and my friend waiting over 20 minutes just to be served. I asked why we were waiting soo long and they said there are only 2 servers on a Friday night and didn't even apologize for making us wait soo long. Also there were Employees getting into heated arguments while we were waiting making things uncomfortable. When I got my food I ordered a medium rare steak it came with raw sweet potato fries that had a slight raw crunch to them with absolutely no flavor. Adding to that my sauce that came with my steak was halfway spilt onto the plate so I had to wait for my server to come back and give me more sauce. When I was waiting for my sauce to eat my steak that's when I attempted to eat the raw non flavored fries again. They were too bland and raw for me to eat so I asked for broccoli which was actually pretty good. Once My sauce came I finally was able to eat my steak. I put the sauce over it and cut into a well done steak. My server then had them cook another one for me and when it came out she gave me more fries which I appreciated. This time the steak came out looking amazing, had a very nice sear, and just seemed to be perfect until I took a bite into what was probably one of the toughest pieces of meat I have ever eaten. I couldn't eat more than half it was just too tough. I've never in my life had a tough medium rare steak. Like how. The picture below was my first plate. 1 out of 5 stars because the only star there was our server. Never again. read more
