Pulled beef sandwich with crispy onions, and housemate pickles on a brioche bun BBQ Pulled Beef Sandwich with Side
    Kari Z.

Worth the Wait and Every Penny! We visited Triple S Craft Barbecue on a busy day when they were selling out of most pulled items, but still had ribs, wings, and pulled beef available. Right when we walked up, Scott noticed they were about to run out of mac & cheese and hooked us up with a small portion on the house - talk about great customer service! We ordered the beans, cornbread, pulled beef sandwich with crispy onions and what tasted like house-made pickles, plus chicken wings. Everything was phenomenal. The mac & cheese was absolutely incredible - I don't know what kind of magic they put in it, but it was delicious. That crusty, slightly crispy hunk of baked cheese on top had serious cheese pull. And a "small portion" could easily feed a family of three! The pulled beef sandwich was outstanding, especially with their raspberry chipotle barbecue sauce (we got extra) on a brioche bun. It was so big we could barely pick it up! The cornbread was perfectly sweet but not too sweet, and the baked beans had pulled pork and bacon mixed in - chef's kiss. All in all, we paid $32 for what must have weighed about 10 pounds of food. Pro tips: Get there early, especially on weekends. The line is worth it, but when they sell out, they're done for the day. Like any great barbecue place, they're not making extra - they're smoking and basting everything to perfection and running out naturally, which means you get the same high quality every time. We're moving closer soon, so they'll be seeing our faces a lot. I'm already dreaming about that pinwheel pork belly with raspberry chipotle sauce - might be the last thing I ever eat, but it'll be worth it!

This place is all the buzz at the moment because of their delicious BBQ and cult like following on social media. Folks line up early just for a chance of getting some food from here and they typically sell out within the first few hours of opening. Today we arrived at 11:05 - 55 minutes before opening and were the 15th people in line. The people in front of us said this was their 5th time trying to get some food from here. The shared that twice before they were sold out when they arrived and the other two times they waited in line but were unable to try anything because they sold out while they were standing in line. This time, they made it to the counter and were able to place an order. They ordered one of everything on the menu and spent almost $350 - the employees packaging this order asked me to wait a minute while they focused on completing it. When it was my turn to order, I was told they had just sold out of the burnt ends (which was on the top of my list of things to try) and I was surprised since I was the 15th person to place an order. I was told that the first two customers ordered large (catering sized) trays of the burnt ends, which meant they sold out faster than anticipated. We ordered a loaded cornbread bowl with pulled pork, which you can get with or without a lid. I asked what the difference was and was told that they pile on the toppings if you get it without a lid but if you wanted a lid, than they would have to put less toppings to get the cover to fit. This would explain why literally everyone who order a bowl came out without a lid on it. For $30 I guess everyone wanted to get the biggest portion as possible and I was no different. We also ordered the BBQ beef sandwich with beans, a pinwheel with mac and cheese, and a smoked churro cheesecake. The pinwheel and beef dino rib come with a side (which isn't listed on their menu) which was a nice surprise. The food was worth the wait in line, it's everything that you want BBQ to be: smokey, saucy, and delicious. The staff was friendly and appreciative of the turn out for their food and are working hard to keep the line moving.

Wow wow wow... best BBQ I've had in the north east. This place is absolutely unreal. They just opened up their brick and mortar this weekend. Service was a little slow as they get their bearings but all the staff were super friendly and helpful. At first glance, the menu looks pricey but let me tell you, the amount of food for the price is sooo worth it. This Mac n cheese bowl will literally last me 4 meals. As they settle into the new place, I hope they improve the look of the outside area (seating and such) and put another menu on the blank wall or panels when you walk in. Can't wait to be back and bring friends!

Raspberry Chipotle glazed pork belly pinwheel 100/10

Come give this spot a try. First impressions on the menu, I was surprised not seeing some "flagship" things like brisket and they were out of pulled pork when I got there (they sell out, which should tell you a lot!) so I tried this pork belly pinwheel and the pulled beef. Pinwheel was amazing. Flavor off the charts, good bark and fat rendered perfectly. The glaze on there was magical. If they ever decide to bottle it and sell it I imagine a lot of people would be repeat buying it. The pulled beef was decent. I was hoping for a little more smoke flavor and some bark pieces in there, but it was tender and a leaner protein-heavy option if that's a consideration for you. Sweet potato corn bread was interesting, was too similar to a light loaf cake texture for my preference, but others may really enjoy this. If you think of it more like dessert I think that mindset would help. It even has a brown sugar glaze on top for a nice textual element. Overall I'm definitely going back. The owner in there loves what he's doing and he's enthusiastic about it. I'll get there on a weekend day for a Dino rib one of these times, too. It's just awesome to see people so passionate about their craft. This was their opening day in the storefront and hope they thrive. There was a constant stream of customers flowing in so I imagine they're going to do just fine. Trip 1 of many.

Heard about this place and I'm always up for BBQ, so I figured I'd check them out. As someone that enjoys firing up the smoker, I can get picky about my BBQ. I went a bit later in the day and they were out of a lot of the menu items. I went with the pulled pork sandwich, side of beans, chicken wings and the dessert which was the apple pie stuffed cheesecake which they throw on the smoker. The sandwich, which the picture doesn't do justice, was generously filled. To me the smoke was subtle, the meat was juicy, but could have used a little more flavor/rub. I got the wings in raspberry chipotle and garlic parm. The wings were cooked well and the sauces added a nice flavor to the wings. The beans, to me, tasted like B&M beans with a little pork added. I appreciate that the focus is the protein, but a little more flavor on the beans would have been welcomed. Lastly, the dessert was the best item I had. The flavors were very good, and the hint of smoke rounded it out nicely. The guys in the truck were friendly and great to talk to. You can tell they take pride in what they do. I'll definitely visit again and try some different things and provide an update when I do.

Man this place is awesome and worth the wait in line. Be prepared to stand in the waiting line we waited for 45-50 minutes even getting there 15 minutes early the waiting line was already out the door. BUT I guarantee you this will be worth it! Me and my wife ordered the Mac & Cheese bowl fully loaded with pulled pork and burnt ends and god damn it was delicious!! We also ordered their St Louis ribs, pork wheel, chicken wings (half dry rub and lemon pepper) along with the normal and sweet potato corn bread and WOW!! They are only open from Thursday to Sunday from 12pm - 8pm but they really sell out by 3:30pm!! Even though it's an hour drive for me this place will be a staple for me for AMAZING BBQ food!!! I hope to try their Churro cheesecake which immediately sold out!!!

These ribs are very flavorful and tender. The Mac n Cheese is off the hook I am not crazy about Mac n cheese but I will be back for this again. They have several flavors of barbecue sauce. The owner Scott and Corey make sure you leave this place very full and happy. A lot of people are regulars here and you have to get here early because they sell out fast. The Mac N Cheese bowl is crazy'. Both the Beef and Pork ribs are to die for. It's a to go place but they are busy come and try this food here. Very friendly place here laid back ambiance.

    Ribs

Not sure I had the same experience as other reviews. Waited 1hr 50 minutes and the ribs were awful. Rub was too much and the ribs were not tender & tough to even pull apart :( The pulled pork was great but they need to give you more of their yummy bbq sauce. Not sure I'd return. Especially if I need to wait that long. Guys were super friendly.

This place never disappoints. It is easy to order online and have delivery right to your door via door dash. Everything has been consistently delicious. There is literally nothing that I have tried so far that I wouldn't order again. Great service with needed substitutions when they sell out. Rustic food truck located in the Lemon and oil plaza on Mink Street Seekonk, MA.

    Pulled Pork Sandwich with Side
    Paul E.

The portions here are absurd. An abundance of delicious richness. There may be some sticker shock after seeing the prices but the cost per calorie is low & any menu item can easily last 2+ meals. The cornbread was moist, fresh & does not have actual corn kernels in it. The pulled pork sandwich was also pretty good but could have a used a little more sauce & the pickles were forgot. The space inside is pretty small with only a couple seats to eat at most of the standing space is occupied by people waiting to order or waiting to pick up food. The outside space has a couple chairs as well but not much. Looking at the line I figured it would be a while until receiving food but they were on top of their game & moving through orders much faster than I expected. There is no alcohol served here but they do offer Olipop sodas, Mexican cane sugar soda & some other options. The menu is simple & they clearly as sticking with what they know & do well.

I was pleasantly surprised by two things: the ambiance/cleanliness of this restaurant and the bread! The baked potato was also good, just a bit too much salt (see below). Our server was kind and prompt with service. Now where LongHorn can improve: everything was overly salted, especially the rice pilaf. To me, it felt like things were seasoned with 95% salt, 5% other seasonings. Customers can always add freshly grated salt that's provided on the tables, but you can never un-salt it. Next, the lobster tail was quite small and imo not worth the extra cost. We also tried the shrimp, which the marinade was lacking depth. Again, it was worth a shot. It's good value and a more accessible steakhouse for us common folk. Will just ask for less/no salt next time!

First of all, Sun & Moon feels like a home-y Korean restaurant. The owners are Korean and I'd come here when I crave Korean food. I will caveat that it's not necessarily the best Korean food I've ever had, but it's probably the most authentic you'd be able to get in Providence. The vegetable pancake was surprisingly really good - crispy around the edges, right amount of veggie to it. This one I would recommend - it's legit. I've also had the knife cut noodles which is pretty good, but different than the kind I normally get at other Korean restaurants -this one is more seafood forward which is usually not the case at other Korean restaurants. The spicy rice cakes were a bit mid - I would skip out on them next time. The rice cakes didn't have a good chewy texture and they were quite pricy too. The tonkatsu was actually pretty good, so when I got the tonkatsu udon, I was expecting that too be good as well, but the udon was way too salty and had too much MSG flavor, so I couldn't finish it. Overall, cute little place to come when craving Korean food. Menu is huge and not everything is a hit on the menu, but if you know what to order, you'll hit your craving. Parking is street only!

We came across this Korean fried chicken joint on the ever-popular Thayer Street, and at around 10:30pm on a Friday night, we were one of the only ones in the restaurant, so we were immediately seated. You can order up at the front from their extensive menu ranging from various types of Korean fried chicken to more classic Korean fare (such as bibimbap and soft tofu stew) to Korean street food like Ddeok-Bokki and corndogs. The owner was a Korean halmeoni and she was absolutely hilarious - she conversed with us in both Korean and English, and was more than happy to put up with our rambunctious group. We opted for 24 pieces each ($46 for a 24pc) of their Golden Original Wings as well as their Hot Spicy Wings. We also got an order of Ddeok-Bokki ($16.95) and Veggie Soft Tofu Stew ($14) for the table, as well as soju and beers all around (there's a large variety of Korean sojus in the fridge!). The wings were great on a cold night, especially when paired with the soju and beer (ever heard of chimaek? It's a combination of chicken and maekju, which is Korean for beer). The Golden Original flavor wings are simple dry wings with a perfect ratio of crispy breading to juicy chicken, with a good amount of meat on the bone. Their Hot Spicy Wings (3/3 hot chili peppers on the menu!) live up to their name, but aren't unbearably hot - they're the same chicken but tossed in a delightfully hot yet tangy and sweet sauce. They're fairly expensive for wings, but since they're both meaty and expertly fried, I won't complain. The ddeok-bokki wasn't bad, with chewy rice cakes in a sweet and spicy chili reduction sauce, although it was a small portion for the price. We enjoyed that it came with fish cakes and a boiled egg, which is an unexpected bonus of protein in a usually carb-heavy dish. The veggie soft tofu stew was pretty disappointing - it just seemed like they dumped chili powder, random vegetables, and some soft tofu in a pot and then called it a day. This was a great stop for some good Korean junk food on a late night, with friendly service and reliably good chicken. The owner was incredibly kind and let us stay until midnight, even though the restaurant's hours say that it closes at 11pm. I'm sure this is a popular spot for college students, and it's easy to see why!

Since we ordered two of the combos, we went with one of both rolls. If you like California rolls, this is the one you want. I personally judge a sushi restaurant on the quality of the salmon avocado roll. Is the salmon bright in color, buttery mouthfeel & firm? Is the avocado soft & perfectly "avocado green" in color? YAAASSSSS to both! We also ordered a negihama maki - yellowtail & scallions roll. It is a guilty pleasure & one of my favorite rolls in all sushi-land! Even though Sura was a bit busy, the food came out in good time & always with a smile! NOM NOM NOM #YUM

Went to Sura Korean barbecue for lunch with my husband. It is all you can eat. There are two price…read moreselections the $30 price has a lots of selections and the higher price has some additional selections. We opted for the $30 choice. We started out with daikon, radish, and add bean sprouts. The daikon radish is my absolute favorite. There are selections to make your own salad, but I did not want to fill up on salad. You can order food made in the kitchen. We had vegetable dumplings, scallion, pancake, and Korean fried chicken. The Korean fried chicken was spicy, but also so delicious. Next, we picked out our meat and chicken to bring back to the table to grill. There were two bottles of sauces on the table to dip your meat and into. The meats and chicken selections were well marinated Dessert was not included The service was exceptional. We can't wait to go back.
