A fine alternative to the chain restaurants that dominate the Route 6 corridor. Good food, friendly service, a bar, and retro-style diner booths. Cocktails and alcoholic beverages are served.

Firstly, they have a ramp and their own parking lot. Seating is mostly old school booths, but they have chairs too (size inclusive) Server was very nice, also told us about the daily specials they have, so we'll have to go back. They have a bar and desserts as well. All of the food was actually really really good. Seasoned well, cooked well, portioned well.

Great food! Met the in-laws to catch up on life. Extensive menu. Ordered a bit of everything. The four of us commented on how good our order was. Took home what we could not finish. Kids loved the left overs. What can I say! Check them out and leave as full and happy as we were. My simple chicken salad BLT with sweet potato fries (Pic below). Simply EPIC!

The server Lena was so nice and kind! Very attentive! The pizza was good. I think the sauce was probably my favorite part of the pizza. Tasted very fresh and authentic! Loved the diner/pub feel of this place. It was very homey and inviting!

Hello, I rarely give 5 stars, and almost never review after 1st visit....but , I Must this time! You can tell when kitchen cares, I love my fried pickles, had them everywhere, these were spot on, cut perfectly, as well as seasoned and crispy!! I swore off seafood pizza yrs ago....the smell!! But the shrimp Alfredo pizza here, superb, wasn't a big soggy mess, crust held up, what a delight, fresh shrimp.....awesome!! The staff (Lena) was very helpful and personable. It was a good time, definitely be back soon.

After revisiting this place 12 months after trying it for the first time I decided to bump it up a star to 5 stars. The food is better than I remember with many options depending on your taste or mood. If the service is always personable & helpful & the inside is a fun nostalgic twist & festive during Christmas. The bar is surprisingly big for the space it's in but it bodes well for people coming in for a quick meal & a drink. There is also a drive through pizza window that I most certainly want to try. I came in on a Tuesday & met the owner by chance & immediately noticed how friendly & accommodating she was. Will definitely come back again & would recommend it to anyone.

Have passed by this since it opened and we finally took the plunge! The boozy shakes were AMAZING... I finished mine before my boyfriend even had half a beer... The fries were those perfect double fried ones with excellent crunch! Can't wait to try the pizza next time

This is the 3rd time we'be come in here particularly because the service is always top notch, the staff is always attentive to your needs and it's a convenient location for us to meet friends (as we did tonight). For the uninformed, this used to be KCs Burger Bar and was renamed after Covid. Same owners and they have a sister location in North Attleboro on Route 1 that also never disappoints. Tonight the ladies each had the short rib grilled cheese which looked and tasted great. I opted for a small Big Bad Wolf sans the Sausage. Being a Pizza Snob I took issue with the pizza because the bottom was not cooked enough and thus was very floppy. Additionally while I loved the very thin pepperoni slices, their diameter (3" round) made for a messy bite since the pepperoni would encompass everything else and pull the cheese off with it. I suppose this might not be the case with a Large pizza but with the small it was a mild annoyance. Nonetheless apart from those two small gripes, the Pizza itself was in fact quite flavorful and the bacon was fresh chopped. I think it's safe to say Mack's is definitely securing a spot on my 'favored nation' go to eateries. Now if they would just get some Devil's Purse Kolsch on tap!

The interior design definitely brought you back to an 80s diner. I felt like I was in the movie grease. The service was great. Very friendly, everyone helping each other and making sure everything was ok. The food was amazing. I was looking for something new to try out. The burger was seasoned well and NOT dry. The truffle fries were perfectly crisp and flavored. I'm from NY so finding good pizza is always hard for me - Can't be satisfied if it's not pizza from NY. NOW, this pizza was delicious. It wasn't over seasoned or under seasoned. Had a very nice crunch to it. I can't wait to go back

Inside, red ladder-back chairs, blonde wood tables, a pop art pizza slice on the wall. Paper plates. No cups, even though they sell 2-liter bottles with those 20 ouncers. It's really, at its heart, a nicely appointed takeout spot. A small space, maybe 20 seats, but friendly, the guys throwing the pizzas talked with us while they made pies. Easy, natural. Like being at someone's house. That's their food truck DNA showing through. Joey and Jay started making pizzas at backyard cookouts in 2021. Friends kept asking for more, so they bought a wood-fired truck. They blew up around Rhode Island and Massachusetts after that and opened this brick and mortar shop in 2023. We started with meatballs. Two of them in marinara with pecorino on top and fresh basil. These were exceptional. Tender, moist, herbaceous in the best way, seasoned like someone's grandmother taught them how. The sauce had real flavor, bright and rich at the same time. They were almost identical to Bettola's, which is high praise. Best meatballs I've had from a pizza place in months. I kept thinking these would be incredible in a sandwich or calzone. Then came the Sicilian pie. 16 by 12 inches, thick crust, split down the middle: half cheese, pepperoni, and olives; half grilled chicken. The crust showed serious color variation (gold to deep brown to char spots). That brick oven's running hot and nobody's micromanaging every inch. Look at the crumb structure in those cross-sections. Big, irregular air pockets. Wild shapes that only happen when time does the work. Not the uniform bubbles of rushed dough. Light, airy, crispy on the bottom, sturdy enough to hold whatever is on top. Golden brown undercarriage with real structure. In no way doughy like most Sicilians turn out. That 24-hour fermentation they talk about? It's real. You can see it. That light, airy structure leaves you full but not bloated. The pepperoni and olive side delivered. Good snap on the pepperoni, quality cheese melted perfectly, clean tomato sauce balancing sweetness and acid. Just fresh tomato flavor doing its job. The chicken side is where it gets interesting. Grilled chicken is the canary in the coal mine for pizza competence. It separates the pizza makers from the pizza fakers. Get it wrong and it's dried out on top or rubbery underneath because they don't understand that chicken needs to cook ON the pizza, not ahead of time. Moving Dough gets it. The chicken was moist, properly cooked, not dry or rubbery. They kept the cheese and sauce ratio the same as the other half, so a touch more sauce would've helped with moisture and flavor, but the fact that the chicken survived the oven tells you they know what they're doing. That's the New Haven DNA of the shop. The crust is a platform. Toppings get the spotlight. The sauce carries flavor. The cheese does its work. The crust holds it all together with that crispy foundation and doesn't compete. It works. I'd go back for those meatballs alone. But I also want to try their regular round pies, see what they do with The Hot Chick or The Tenderoni. Who goes to Barrington for pizza? Moving Dough puts it on the map.

I cannot give an honest rating - I did not try it. What I can say is I went in to try it, looking…read morefor a slice, and they do not sell slices... full pizzas only. I'll try next time I'm in the 'hood and looking for a full pie. (Gave a neutral rating so as to neither unduly diminish or inflate their overall rating).

Came here before a concert at XFinity based on Yelp reviews. Provalone's is a very unpretentious little spot with a big menu, great prices and friendly service. Also, surprisingly fresh, quality and tasty food for what you might expect from the outside. Definitely a book that can't be judged by its cover. This is primarily a takeout spot and catering service. While we were sitting and enjoying our dinner they were loading up a large catering order for a customer and several people came and left with good sized orders. Clearly the locals enjoy it here. I went with the chicken parm sandwich. I expected a fried, formerly frozen patty and mediocre sauce Inna roll. What I got (for a very reasonable price) was real chicken breast, clearly hand breaded and fried, with a chunky, fresh, tasty sauce that ended up being a bit watery when put up against the cold provolone in the roll and made everything a bit uncomfortably soggy and messy. This may have been alleviated by baking the sandwich a bit before serving. Sandwiches come in one size here, which is a 12-in grinder. I would have ordered a slice as well, but the pizza in the case seemed to be pretty old and needed a refresh to be appealing. There is a very large menu, including pasta platters that include penne, ravioli or tortellini with meatballs, real veal or chicken. That's unusual for a takeout place with just a couple of tables. But it was among the many very pleasant surprises here. Good food, great prices and friendly service at a nice local spot with great menu variety. If you're nearby, I would definitely recommend giving Provolone's a try.

It's actually insane. The first time me and my husband went, we decided to get the mac and cheese bowls, and we didn't realize what we were getting ourselves into. We definitely should have shared because this food lasted us two days. The portion was insane, and the flavor was beyond delicious. It's one of those things where the hype is truly real. The mac and cheese is top tier. I have gone multiple times, and I've also gotten chicken wings, dry rub and with a sauce, and both times very delicious. The owner was so kind and gave us extra wings. The last time we went, from 6 to 11 wings. Location: This location is in a small plaza in Seekonk. It does have parking, but because of the hype of this place, it is super packed, and sometimes you may need to wait a little bit for parking, but there's always a spot available, at least for us. They have a line up out the door and somehow still manage to get a lot of people in and serve people with huge orders with a smile on their face. I really appreciated the owner being so generous with the wings. This is a family business, and they're super cool. If you want to try this place, honestly stop reading reviews and just go try it.
