We decided to check this place out in a whim Friday night. Got there around 6ish. The bar was packed but there were plenty of open tables which was perfect for us. Our server was Dylan who was GREAT!! Our food took forever, there were only 4 other tables & no one at the bar was ordering food?? We waited 50 minutes for a burger & the carne asada bowl. At first glance was major disappointment!! The guacamole on my plate was brown. My husband knows I just can't so he said "I'll eat it". Second disappointment the entire bowl was cold, not even room temp, cold. Dylan is now back at our table letting us know the husband's burger wasn't what he ordered but his actual order was in the way. It came out like 2 minutes later. I ended up eating some of the first one (which was also cold) because I just couldn't eat my food. The fries were pretty decent but I'm sure if they were hot they would've been even better. I'm not that picky person that complains about anything. I just said we'll take the food home & warm it up later. I'm not sure how long this place has been open but I feel they can do so much better. We love trying new places especially non chain restaurants. I did actually end up letting Dylan the food was cold, he was so apologetic I ended up feeling like the bad guy. Not crowded, long wait, cold food not a place I would recommend. The three stars I'm giving are for our server who was so kind, attentive & empathetic!! I would really like to read other reviews that would possibly change my mind & I would possibly give it another try. read more

I got the Santa Fe burger, and you could tell they hand made the guac in the back. Burgers are decently sized, and relatively reasonable for the size and quality. You get what you pay for here! The scavenger‑hunt journey to find this restaurant was absolutely worth it--and honestly, a little fun. The food was excellent; I ordered a burger, and it was perfect. The staff and manager were so friendly and attentive that leaving an extra tip felt like the only appropriate response. Went there for lunch today and had to wait over 45 minutes for our food to arrive to our table after we ordered. I noticed other tables were asking where their food was as well. It was taking so long. The waiter was good--very personable and friendly. The food was mediocre at best --not like Wicks used to be at all. This was the 2nd time that we visited this place. Today they had a Mother's Day brunch everything was amazing from the service and ambiance to the food. Let me tell you!!!! This place is top tier and even that is an understatement! I'm not a big crazy burger fan but I do love a Good Burger and the burgers here are PHENOMENAL like hands down best burgers in Arizona and I'm willing to argue! Dont let the price scare you this burger was better than any burger you will get anywhere! To top it off the customer service we received from Pat made it easy to want to dine in he is so personable nice and attentive! To add the cherry on top Grayson the owner came and introduced hisself and told us about up coming specials and actually interacted with us as if he had met us before! New place down the road. Restaurant in the bottom floor of the gun club by Top golf. Visitors we had in town made us go there twice because thier salads and thier seasond fires were great. Went in. Sign said to "seat yourself". Went up to empty table to sit down. Worker was removing two of the four chairs. As we sit he says "oh this is reserved." Came in to do some shooting with my friend and girlfriend so we knew we needed to check out the restaurant connected to it. We ordered the pizzas and even tho they took awhile to come out in the mean time they brought us an appetizer, dessert option, and $30 in store credit. Not only did they do this but they also gave us a free hour of range time and 50% off the bill. Will definitely be returning because despite the slightly longer wait we were never forgotten. Wow... stopped in to Smoke & Grain today to have some fish and chips (tried for the first time last week and it was amazing) well they changed it up and WOW! We randomly found this place while looking for a new burger place to try. It's situated right in the san tan village area right between the topgolf and main event. We noticed it was quite clean right when we walked in. Both of the waiters were very kind and attentive. The food was great. The chips and salsa had a great kick to it, and the portion size for it was quite good for it's price. The burger tasted good, though I will say it was a little messy to eat. The atmosphere was simple but clean. The service was fantastic waitress was very friendly. However, the food was very bland. Ordered a medium Burger came out pretty much rare. They fixed it and replaced it which was good. The French fries were good. We upgraded the onion rings and they weren't cooked all the way through. They needed to be in the fryer a little bit longer. My burger had guacamole on it, and I love guacamole and realize that sometimes it can turn dark. But this was beyond dark and it was processed it wasn't fresh. If you are basing the place on the service it would be five stars, but since I'm basing a lot of it on the food I'm only giving it three. read more
