I came here for girls night last weekend. I will have to commend Bourbon and Bones for a delightful and flavorful night. All the food items we ordered we thoroughly enjoyed. I ordered the Wagyu flat iron and my friend, the prime rib with mashed potatoes. She loved it so much and I thought my steak was perfect. In fact, writing this right now makes me crave it. The calamari and the pork belly are apps that I would say are a must. We asked to be seated outside and it was so cozy with the heaters. Our server was so knowledgeable and was the one who recommended the prime rib to my friend. We will certainly come back.

I had the ny strip and it was really good, much better than the last cut I had here. The carpaccio was delicious and dressed perfectly .Jack and the rest of the bartenders were fabulous. Always a great atmosphere!

Clear ice ball from the Old Fashioned cocktail

Wow! The service was outstanding and the food was superb! The pretzel bread was so yummy and the Old Fashioned cocktail was one of the best I have ever had! Highly recommend - we will definitely be back. Special Shout out to Brody, our assistant server. So sweet and friendly.

The prices are far too high for the quality of food served!!!! I called ahead to ask about reservations since it was my first time visiting. The host told my husband the earliest availability was 8:00 PM. While he was still on the phone, I checked online and saw a reservation available at 7:45 PM, which should have been my first clue about the level of service. When we arrived, we were seated immediately. Everything went smoothly at first, but things changed when it was time to order. We were ready to order, but my daughter had a few questions about the menu. The main waitress said she would come back, but we ended up waiting quite a while. During that time, Waitress walked by our table 5 times plus waitstaff walked past our table several times without checking on us, which unnecessarily delayed our order. One waitress bumped into my chair. Saw others just standing and chatting by the walkway. When the food finally arrived, we had ordered the New York steak with lobster, the Wagyu Delmonico, mashed potatoes, and mushrooms. The bread was mediocre, and the steaks were served lukewarm. Considering the restaurant's high ratings and pricing, we expected much better. I have dined at steakhouses such as Ruth's Chris, Fleming's, and Ocean Prime in Las Vegas, where the prices are comparable or even higher, but the quality and service consistently justify the cost. Service rating 1-2 It seemed like our food may have been sitting for 5-10 minutes before being served, which likely explains why the steaks arrived lukewarm. The lobster was also overcooked, which is disappointing at this price point. Mashed potatoes were mediocre unlike the mushrooms which were surprisingly good but cold. Food rating: 2.5. Cost rating: 2.5. Overall, the service and food quality did not meet expectations for a restaurant in this price range. Unfortunately, this experience was disappointing, and I would definitely will not return.

My Barolo wine with dinner

What an amazing experience. I have my favorite steak places around the area, but I think this has become my go to place for a great steak and fabulous service. Located in a shopping marketplace the parking is pretty easy and there is valet out front. The inside is very stylish with both a center bar and a bar wall that is nicely lit. I think they have bourbon from pretty much every distillery I've ever seen. And the by the glass wine list is very complementary of the menu. I would definitely recommend a reservation as the Thursday night we were there. It was pretty crowded. But the tables are nicely spaced and it's not overly noisy. Our server was Loyda, and her energy and knowledge of the menu was outstanding. The only thing that turned me off a bit was that pretty much all the tables in the main dining area are high tops, which I find very uncomfortable to sit in for a long period of time. But the food was so outstanding, the time went by pretty quickly. Here's the dishes we tried. For an appetizer, we shared the kurobota pork belly, which had a really nice pineapple glaze on it, and was served with a little relish of pineapple and jalapeño pepper for a nice balance. For our main courses, we went with the ribeye and the Japanese A5 strip. We both decided to get the table side flambé Service of bourbon, Rosemary and a quick flame. It was very dramatic and the fire imparted a nice, subtle rosemary flavor to the steaks. I have to add that the steaks were cooked perfectly for what we asked. For our side dishes, we selected the crab meat, mashed potatoes, and the cream spinach, both were just outstanding. For dessert, we shared the oatmeal crumble with vanilla bean ice cream, and I got a small glass of Glenmorangie scotch, which was a nice finish. I even had to smile at the unusual touch of a server coming around with a box and letting us select our own steak knives for the meal. Never seen this before incredible. I highly recommend this place if you're looking for a special night out. You'll spend $100-200 pp with tax and tip if you partake of any of the special cuts of meat, an appetizer, drinks and dessert. But like I said, this is a special occasion type place. Go with confidence and enjoy yourselves.

Great spot in Gilbert! Met my best friend for happy hour, which was the perfect way to sample their food without committing to the higher prices on the regular menu. We ordered the appetizer skewers (so yummy), the meatballs with mushrooms and potatoes (absolutely to die for), and of course, fries, because it's not a girl dinner without fries! The drinks were also good and the service was friendly and attentive, and the atmosphere was really nice too. I'd definitely recommend this place for happy hour, and if you're looking to treat yourself, it's definitely worth coming back for dinner as well.

Use to visit the Chandler location weekly 12-14 years ago.. even told our kiddos that tonight when we brought them here. Problems started as soon as we got our food. All the food came out besides our son's children's steak, was told they had to cook another one. As we were waiting for his steak, my husband noticed his steak wasn't a ribeye like he ordered. He suspected it was a NY Strip Steak. About 7 minutes goes by and manger brings our sons steak. My husband asked the manager if his steak looked like a NY strip to him and manager replied "yes, I think we have the best NY Strip" and my husband nicely replied, I didn't order a Strip, I ordered a Ribeye and told the manager it was fine, he would eat it still and still tasted good but didn't want to be changed for a Ribeye since he got the strip wrong. ($12 difference) I got the firebirds bacon chicken pasta with steak instead of chicken and no tomatoes and green onions. Well.. there was def tomatoes and onions and no bacon. And I was changed $30 for pasta and steak.. that wasn't even made the way I asked. Well my son's (late) steak was suppose to be medium and it was rare. By the time the server came back my son was eating some of my husbands steak and my pasta so we just asked the server to take his meal off the check because it was late and cooked wrong. She said it was absolutely cooked wrong and insisted to bring him a new steak as well as take it off the check. She even asked him to put his steak on a plate and "she'd throw it away and they'll make him a new children steak." Well manager comes back and tell my husband that his steak was in fact a ribeye (it was def not a ribeye.. no marbling whatsoever) and dropped off our sons steak.... It literally was the pieces we had cut up that they just threw back on the grill. Even pieces our son chewed and spit out when it was rare and too chewy for him. Like GROSS!!! They did take the children's steak off the check and gave us a free dessert( which we didn't even want, we would have rather paid the correct amount for my husbands steak...) The waitress was fine, none of this was her fault because she read us back what we ordered and had it all correct.. but she fell short as to getting us refills (never even offered a 2nd round of wine or beer) and when it was time for the check we gave 2 gift cards $50 each and our card to pay. She brought back our copy to sign and she only took off 1 $50 gift card. We had to call her over and she realized she didn't use both giftcards and had to void our card and redo it. The managers were busy the whole night talking to upset tables. This location really needs to get their stuff together. Again, nice to offer dessert but truly all we wanted was to get what we paid for and how we asked for it and tonight wasn't it. Literally felt like we were scammed outta $160. we will be taking our $$ elsewhere.

Nestled in historic downtown Chandler, in the narrow sliver of Boston Street, the speak-easy themed cocktail bar and restaurant is located inside the former home of the Chandler Arizonan, the city's original hometown newspaper since 1912. With exposed brick walls and rich wood finishes, the historic site provides an upscale, contemporary urban and industrial-chic setting. After easily finding parking in walking distance from the entrance, we arrived shortly before midnight of the 7th. They were closing soon, but we had enough time to order a round of craftly-made cocktails and beers to down quickly. It helps when your friend knows the bartender. Enter smiley face emoji here. THE BRICKYARD DOWNTOWN is credited for the first place that I ever tried a CLOVER CLUB, a pink, frothy cocktail with fruity, citrusy, velvety qualities. I was instantly tickled pink, literally, by the nostalgic feel of the elegant concoction, topped with artfully designed egg white foam and served in a vintage-style champagne glass. What a beauty of a drink with a touch of class and sophistication! Almost made me want to throw on a flapper dress and dance the Charleston...until I realized the need to balance from the powerful punch in the serious drink. Fancy, stiff cocktails served at THE BRICKYARD DOWNTWON fo shizz. No complaints about that here! It's been a while since I visited Arizona. Maybe it's time to return. If/when I do, I will mos def drop by THE BRICKYARD DOWNTOWN again!

Sweet, tender, and rich in that unmistakable way that only fresh lobster can be, it didn't just complement the dish, it elevated it into something unforgettable. But the real thrill? Breaking into that lobster claw. There was something almost ceremonial about it--the crack, the reveal, the reward.
