My mom has used them for trimming/treecare for a grove of trees in her yard and they look great. Overall a wonderful team of real professionals. I highly recommend! Everything was neatly pruned to maximize the health of the oak trees, and the pine was cleaned up after the poor tree-topping job that was completely hacked by the utilities. Once the job was completed, all the limbs were chipped and hauled away, and our yard was left cleaner than it was before they arrived. I highly recommend working with the Tree Brothers if you want the job done right. I will hire them again for future tree trimming projects.

He said they could come out on Wednesday about 1:00pm to do the work. I accepted on the spot. He texted me to let me know his crew was held up at a previous job and would be there about an hour after the expected time which worked perfect fro me because i had to go get the keys to move a car I had parked under the tree. His crew showed up. The foreman introduced himself to me and confirmed the work they were to be doing. He and his crew raised the tree skirt (lifted the crown) and thined out the number of branches. They grinded all the branches they cut down, cleaned up, and hauled everything away too. Just awesome. All done in just one hour! I will be using them for all my future needs as well. Thanks guys!

Jorje was great, he told me he would chip it all when he got here. He did just that and did a great job trimming our trees. I had asked him to trim a lot and a month had gone by from our quote (fire season the trimmers were booked out), he remembered everything we talked about and did a great job creating our defensible space to keep our family and house safe. Our whole street uses him. My neighbor had a giant tree taken down by them. My other neighbor has him out multiple times a year to trim a heavily wooded area backing up to our neighborhood canyon. They like him so much they stopped by to say hi to him and his crew when he was trimming our trees. I have used a few other trimmers in the area who have been great. However, when you call them a 2nd time their quotes double. Jorje is honest and consistent with his work and price. We all talk about the Carmel mark-up, whenever people come to Carmel they always mark-up the price when you compare it to your friend in Seaside or Marina. He doesn't do that. He is consistent across the Peninsula. When he was in the neighborhood at my neighbor's house I took down a large branch myself and asked him if he would swing by and chip it for me. He cleaned up my unprofessional cut, chipped up my limb, and blew away the mess for me on his way out after a full day of work at my neighbors. Not many businesses in this area know what true customer service is, he does, and that's why we all use him as our trimmer.

When they were done, they just blew their debris into my planters, left my hose blocking a door, and didn't bother to clean their debris off my driveway. I guess if you're not paying them any money they don't give a rip about leaving a time consuming mess behind for you to clean up.

We reside in a fantastic location (this doesn't escape me, we are super fortunate), but the threat of wildfires looms large, and gone are days where it's just a few-month issue, but a constant hazard throughout the year. I've already developed a comprehensive fire safety plan, but I believe expanding our DMZ firebreak, as it were, would be a prudent move all things considered (thx Gavin). While we take great pride in handling all the tasks ourselves around the property, I decided to call in some muscle (forestry equipment) in this instance for a day with Tope's Tree Service to see what they could accomplish. Their efforts exceeded my expectations, and I was a little like a kid by the dodgems wanting a go! After seeing what was there, a skid steer and a drum mulcher wouldn't have been effective with the terrain and the density of vegetation. I dare say I could have accomplished this task over a month or so with an ATV, chainsaw, chipper, Tickshield, and plenty of IvyX. However, the expertise of an experienced operator and the power of a specialized machine proved to be far more efficient and effective in just a single day.
