Sabdiel and his team were awesome. I called on a Thursday and the guy met me at the property two hours from when I called. Gave me a very good priced quote. He said they could come out on Wednesday about 1:00pm to do the work. I accepted on the spot. He texted me to let me know his crew was held up at a previous job and would be there about an hour after the expected time which worked perfect fro me because i had to go get the keys to move a car I had parked under the tree. His crew showed up. The foreman introduced himself to me and confirmed the work they were to be doing. He and his crew raised the tree skirt (lifted the crown) and thined out the number of branches. They grinded all the branches they cut down, cleaned up, and hauled everything away too. Just awesome. All done in just one hour! I will be using them for all my future needs as well. I've hired The Tree Brothers for several jobs on my property dating back to 2021. They are wonderful. I've had them trim both small and large oaks, they trimmed a huge Monterey pine where 3 guys were up in the tree at once, and they have removed several large diseased, dead, or hazardous Monterey pines. My property is on a significant slope, so, only one time were they able to use a bucket truck (aka cherry picker). They bring arborist credentials and understood that in addition to cleaning out dead wood they also need to pull my tree in towards its core to improve the base strength of the tree. Sabdiel was immediately responsive and had Aaron, his foreman, at our house for an estimate within hours after we called. Aaron had a crew at the house 2 hours later and the fallen portion of the tree was taken out quickly and professionally. A remaining trunk was concerning and we quickly scheduled a return to remove that one. It was probably 60+ feet high and Sabdiel climbed it himself and expertly sectioned and lowered the tree. Truly something to witness. Aaron and his partners very quickly hand carried out the cut sections, and most impressively continually cleaned up any debris as they worked, including blowing off the deck as soon as the foliage was cut and carried off.
