They trimmed six large oaks in one day removing the moss., dead branches and pruned beautifully opening up the canopy letting much more sunlight through. They did an artistic job on every tree. The results are amazing! There were at least five or six men here most of the day. Working quickly non stop except for a lunch break. They have great equipment and used a bucket to get to hard to reach places. Theiy chipped all trimmings and moss leaving the yard looking good. The price was fair for the amount of work. They arrived on time and responded quickly to my request for a bid I only had to wait three days to get the job done. My neighbor was so impressed with their work, she hired them to do her trees. The company was good at communicating. For instance, when Benjamin was stuck in traffic and running late for his initial appointment, I was texted and updated on a new ETA. (Another company never showed up for an early evening appointment and didn't even bother calling until the following day). Benjamin and his crew did an excellent job removing/trimming the palms. I've used Proven Quality several times now, and have always been happy with their work. Their latest job for me was to remove a massive tree (50 feet tall or more) that was in a tricky place next to power lines and our home. They showed up with an arsenal of heavy machinery and skillfully dismantled the tree, grinding the stump a foot below the surface. They also pruned 6 Cypress that are growing closely together, which required bringing the height down 10 feet, thinning and shaping. I heartily recommend Proven Quality! Benjaman and crew did a great job clearing Acacias on our property in Aptos. If you need TREE REMOVAL/LAND CLEARING these are your guys. They are fast with their amazing equipment! They did exactly what we wanted: pushed back the acacias 40 feet on three sides on our upper property, then cleared out acacias under and up to the Eucalyptus to our ridge top. The trees were chipped on site with a huge remote controlled chipper. Stumps removed with a remote controlled grinder. Benjamin is a master at moving the trees with his front loader. Amazing to watch them work. Not more expensive than other prices I was quoted, and he thru in extras. Good communication. I reached out to a number of companies regarding required tree maintenance we needed done quickly, and Proven Quality was the first to respond - I'm so happy that they did! Within minutes of sending the quote request, they responded and made time to visit the property the following day (and even arrived early, unlike other contractors I've dealt with!). They were able to help us trim the branches required (needed to be done for an electrical upgrade per PG&E) and cleared the cut branches in about an hour. The price was comparable and the service exactly what we needed! They were also knowledgeable and able to give us recommendations for required cutting (per PG&E specifications) and for a future project (we will definitely be using them for!) at no extra cost. After reaching out to multiple tree service companies. We decided to go with Ben at Proven Quality. He did a great job, was reliable and trustworthy, and we had no issues at all. He even came back and troubleshoot an Internet issue we were having. He topped a tree, and mounted the modem to the top of the tree, so there were no more issues With visibility for Starlink. Talk about thinking outside of the box! He has helped us a few more times since then, doing massive forest, cleanups and fire safety around the home. Proven Quality removed an ENORMOUS Eucalyptus tree for us, one with branches over power lines. I was so thankful to find a line certified tree removal company (which proved difficult at first). We have used Benjamin and his crew numerous times for the past 15 years. We have an acre with lots of trees that need to be managed. Benjamin is amazing in climbing and trimming back trees that have taken over. We have also used him and his crew to trim trees on our neighbors side of the fence ( with their permission, of course) that were posing fire threat to our home. Our neighbors were concerned that "their " trees would be left ugly.
