We have been away from each for a month so can't wait to reveal the results. Any hoo. I hadn't been waxed in several years after a painful experience. That was not the case here. My appointment was with Kai. Kai was very knowledgeable and friendly. Additionally she presented professionalism way beyond her years. Bikini wax was good, I even allowed her to wax my butt. That was new experience, yet so needed. Won't skip on that upkeep anymore. The process for making an appointment was easy. Kai was good about cleaning the table between my body wax to my facial wax. I will be back. They have a membership program but haven't signed up yet. I wanted to make sure that I don't have any negative responses from the wax. However, I did already book my follow-up appointment 4 weeks out. May upgrade to full Brazilian now that my waxing experience was pleasant. **48 hours and no irritation and good results**

My face would be red for a full day when I'd get my eyebrows done and then id develop pimples/bumps all around for like a week after. I tried to tell them and they just told me my skin was sensitive. But I didn't have that problem after getting waxed here! I literally am so happy! Plus the receptionist was so nice! Unlike the European wax center girls who try to push you into buying a bundle or whatever. I get you have to do your job but how many times can I say no thank you nicely? I will be back for brows and Brazilian next time! It feels so good to have found a spot like this. Add: in my excitement of not having a red face I forgot to give my cerologist Sadie a shout out ! She was so great. Again thank you so much ladies.

All of the lovely ladies that work across both locations are fabulous but I see Shannon (rockstar!!!) on the regular. I battled acne for the better part of 20 years and now that my skin has moved on from that - I'm focusing on improving tone, texture, hydration and aging. Shannon works with me to design a plan specific to my needs and goals and my skin is looking its best ever, even at 37! My personal favorites when I want to relax and see lots of glow and plump are the Oxygen Glaze and SkinGym facials. My most frequent facial is a customized chemical peel to address my own needs of improvement. Sometimes we go deep and I get lots of shedding while others are more gentle with minor flaking BUT ALWAYS gorgeous results after. I'm about to try the Glacial Skin Facial this week and am so excited! Ultimately, I'm so happy I found this place and continue to see results after each visit. I've also really enjoyed getting to know the brands they use and sell. Adding some of those products into my daily at home routine has made a huge impact! No matter your goals to get to glowing skin - this is the place to be!

I was offered water and quickly completed the necessary form. The waxing specialist was nice. She had an outstanding personality that made me really comfortable which is great since it's a fairly intimate service (depending on what you're there for). The facility was extremely well kept and clean. The only reason I didn't rate a full 5 stars is because I did discover a few spots hair was left when I got home. When paying the higher costs for the service, I wouldn't expect to find any missed patches and there were a few. Overall, I'd give them another try due to the friendly and comfortable atmosphere. If I walk away again with missed patches, at that point I'll explore other options for waxes but I'm optimistic that next go around will be better.

I've been coming to Greenfield Spa Nails because I've always loved the salon and have had good…read moreexperiences in the past, which is what makes this experience especially disappointing. I had my nails done on September 4th, and just two days later, on September 6th, one of my nails literally broke while I was sitting in my car. I had not hit it or done anything that should have caused it to break. Since the salon is close to my workplace (although I do not live nearby), I scheduled a repair appointment for September 8th during my lunch break. Unfortunately, September 8th was also closing day for our new home, and my plans changed unexpectedly. I had to leave work early and had my belongings with me, so I was unable to call the salon to cancel my repair appointment. I completely understand being frustrated that I missed an appointment, and I take responsibility for not being able to call. However, I tried to explain the circumstances when I came in, and I felt there was very little compassion or understanding. What was especially disappointing was the attitude and energy I received from both the front desk and my nail technician. From the moment I walked in, the interaction felt cold and uncomfortable. The front desk employee seemed upset with me because I had not answered their call while I was dealing with the closing of our home. I understand that they had tried to reach me, but I was in the middle of one of the biggest and most hectic days of my life. I would have appreciated some understanding when I explained what had happened rather than feeling like I was being treated as though I had intentionally disrespected their time. I want to make it clear that I have always enjoyed the staff at this salon. I especially enjoy catching up with two of the front-desk employees -- the gentleman and the girl with the long curly hair -- and I've always felt welcomed by them. That is part of why this experience stood out to me so much. The energy and attitude I received this time felt completely different from the experiences I've had with them in the past. What was even more frustrating was that this repair appointment was an inconvenience I never should have had to make in the first place. I had just gotten my nails done four days earlier, and the nail broke on its own without any impact. I have never had an issue with missing an actual appointment or not showing up, and I have always made the effort to be respectful of the salon's time. My appointment was scheduled for 12:45, but I was not taken back until around 1:30. I was then told that my nail technician had been booked for another appointment because I had missed my repair appointment. I was already there during my lunch break trying to have the nail repaired, so I would have appreciated being contacted beforehand if they were no longer able to accommodate me. I was also charged for the repair. Normally, when I have needed a repair, I have not been charged, so given the circumstances, the charge was especially disappointing and made me feel as though I was being treated differently because I had missed the earlier repair appointment. I understand that businesses have policies, but I would have appreciated clear communication about the charge and a little more understanding of the situation. I work in healthcare and deal with appointments and cancellations every day, so I completely understand why policies are necessary. At the same time, we also understand that unexpected situations happen, and we try to hear our patients out and show compassion when they do. I was hoping for that same level of understanding as a longtime customer. Unfortunately, after this experience, I won't be returning. I'm not leaving this review out of anger, but because I believe businesses should know how situations are handled from the customer's perspective. I genuinely enjoyed coming here in the past, which makes it disappointing to leave feeling this way.
