The office is nice and it seems like they would have a huge selection. Unfortunately for me that morning, none of the cars had yet arrived, so I had to wait about 30 minutes before being put in a rental. It was a Monday morning, so it's possible things are busier that day, but just keep in mind that you may have to wait, even if you have a reservation already scheduled.

This Hertz had my vehicle ready at pick up on time and didn't keep me waiting on the return either. Hats off to Yvette who approached every part of her job with a smile and a friendly tone.

Made reservations expecting no initial fees for extra drivers and unlimited miles. What a joke. After being told that AAA had to book the reservation to qualify for no initial fees for additional drivers. Ended up paying for an additional driver. When we returned the car we had to pay mileage. Go anywhere else but, a limo for the week would have been cheaper. They have too many ways to scam money out of customers. i wouldn't bother getting a quote because they will always find a way to charge additional fees.
