The other employees apologized to me for his lack of service. Ill always rent from Enterprise but will be alert to avoid Deni. I was told Spencer would call me but never heard back. I was told that Deni is a Manager?? OUCH. I allowed Deni to lie to me because I'm not responsible to train him. P.S. When I returned the car the entire team remembered me and immediately apologized for the poor service I was given by Deni. Brian was the one the checked me in and immediately offered me a fair discount for dealing with the poor service. Brian definitely preserved the customer experience. I will welcome a phone call if Deni some how forgets the details and pushes blame to someone else. I have no problem changing my rating if requested. Regards.

Great customer service from Enterprise at the downtown Phoenix (7th street) office!…read more I arrived a day early for a conference and rented a car at the airport to explore the surrounding towns. I got lost a couple times and put a lot more mileage on the car than planned, but it was an unlimited mileage rental so that wasn't a problem. The downtown office was a lot farther from my hotel & office than I realized, and the weather on Monday were approaching the (usual) 100+ temperatures. I really wasn't looking forward to walking to the light rail station (much less all the way to my office) at 2 in the afternoon. Alejandro offered to comp me for an Uber and when I noted that my company's regulations wouldn't let me put the Uber app on their phone, he offered to call me a cab and comp me that amount instead. That was pretty cool of him! I waited inside the air-conditioned office for about 10 minutes and Alejandro gave me periodic updates on the taxi's ETA until it arrived. I'm very impressed with that level of service. Thanks, Alejandro!

I believe her name was Alexis or Alex, I apologize if I'm remembering it incorrectly. The first time I interacted with her, I had a lot of extra baggage, and without hesitation she helped carry it all the way to my rental car. The second time, I was dealing with an issue involving my travel agent and rental reservation, and once again, she went out of her way to help me get everything sorted out. Both times, she was nothing but smiles, positivity, and genuinely great customer service. She made stressful travel situations significantly easier, and experiences like this are the reason I have such a positive impression of National. Employees like her are an incredible asset to the company, and I hope she gets the recognition she deserves.
