My rental initially showed a mid size vehicle but due to being part of the Gold Plus membership I was to get an upgrade. She graciously found a car to upgrade me too and because it had just been returned asked that I wait while it was cleaned. She noticed I was sitting at the local coffee shop and brought me the keys. Awesome service and sad others didn't get the same experience. I wouldn't hesitate to rent from here again.

It always seems that Enterprise is short-staffed in moments like that or staff could be less frantic, so I'm giving 4 stars. Recommendation: fly in to phoenix, take cab or Lyft to this enterprise and save $100-$200 that would be charged if you booked directly with the airport Enterprise.
