Just letting you know that I never got a call from the District Manager/Store manager regarding the reservation that I had a complaint on. Even when I contacted Care Enterprise and they said someone would reach me. Enterprise you need to do better. At least when there is an error and issues help resolve the issue and be consistent. Everyone if you make a reservation please call them a day prior and confirm with a person and get there name. We need they to be accountable and let them know where there error is and address it. read more

This location SUCKS! I brought my mother here to get a vehicle and their credit card machine was down. They did absolutely NOTHING to try and assist us. I spend THOUSANDS of dollars a year on Enterprise rentals, but if I have to visit this location again they'll lose my business for life. Corporate wouldn't even give me the courtesy of a callback either. Really showed me how they don't appreciate me as a customer or the money I spend with them to keep them afloat. I was told by associate Sean that my rental would be ready on Monday May 8, 2023 for pick up. No time was disclosed at the time or voicemail or the call on May 5th, 2023. I was informed to call around to the various locations to see if there is a sooner vehicle available, there wasn't. In the process of calling around on 5/5/2023 my reservation was changed to the Glendale location. I was shocked to be told this by Danielle the store manager Upon call today, I spoke to branch manager Danielle. I provided constructive criticism of the painful process of calling around for information on a sooner availability for a rental and not having any communication this the 75th branch of what time the rental will be ready for 5/8/2023. She rudely mentioned that there a required deposit (which felt like a comment if I was able to cover the amount or not ) which I replied enterprise has never not been there to get money from the customer and that I will be covering the deposit". At the time of providing feedback your branch manager informed me "I was bad mouth enterprise " and that my reservation I was waiting for since 5/5/2023 will be canceled same day as pick up day due to providing the feedback. I pleaded and begged and mentioned to Danielle that is action was a unnecessary power move and was very unethical to do to a consumer. This whole situation and experience has been the completely disheartening and caused me anxiety and grief. The way Danielle not only handled the feedback but her following actions are wrong. if this is a reflection on enterprise rent a car values and standards I will never be a returning customer again. read more

I have rented from enterprise in AZ about 6 times. This is my second time at this maryvale location. Both times there is only ONE person on staff dealing with pick ups, returning cars, and all the issues in between. The one person on staff always seems to be doing their best but MARYVALE ENTERPRISE NEEDS TO DO BETTER! They should have more than only on person doing it all. This is an absolutely horrible location. I called for a request to be picked up to pick up my rental at 12 and was told it would be at by home at 1. I waited about 20 minutes after and called again and they said they didn't have an address for me which I originally gave them over the phone. Nothing ever showed up an hour after that. So I called again and they said the driver had only left 5 minutes ago to come pick me up. I felt like an idiot looking outside my window for an hour and a half and nobody was ever coming. I'm absolutely appalled by how casually this was handled like it wasn't even a big deal. No compensation. No apology. Terrible place. Terrible business. Take your patience to any car rental place, this one included. I stepped in to pick up my scheduled rental while there was a bit of a line, cars were being turned in, washed, and rented as fast as they could. It always seems that Enterprise is short-staffed in moments like that or staff could be less frantic, so I'm giving 4 stars. It just took way too long to pick up a scheduled rental, yet customer service was pretty good. Recommendation: fly in to phoenix, take cab or Lyft to this enterprise and save $100-$200 that would be charged if you booked directly with the airport Enterprise. Drop car off car at airport for an extra $50 and still SAVE A TON OF MONEY. read more

The worst experience I have ever had at an Enterprise location. My 80 y/o mother made a reservation, so we could go to Cali for my father services. When we went to pick up the car, the older blond lady was very rude to my mother. She first didn't have the car size we reserved, then got upset that we wanted the larger car at same price. We asked at time of reservation what we needed to bring with us, but when we got there she demanded other paperwork that she never mentioned. She refused to hold the larger car (only car available at location) while we went to get paperwork. We left and contacted another location (Camelback and 27th Ave), who was very helpful with our rental. I would never recommend this location (75th Ave and Thomas) to anybody. read more

I am a very understanding, fair and patient person. I just called to ask a question because I didn't want to drive 45 miles to the location without knowing some information. I called 2-3 times and never got a hello nor my questioned answered. First call...I was on hold for maybe 2 minutes and a guy answered by didn't greet me. He said sir??? I'm a woman so I responded no but hi. Before I can ask a question he interrupted me...oh, please hold and I was put on hold. He never came back!! So I hung up and called back...again no answer. I was on hold for a total of 40 minutes. I would have never held the phone that long but I really needed to rent from this specific location. I'm so pissed and disappointed. Ive previously rented from locations where there is only one person in the office...no big deal. They usually help me and if the phone rings, answer and take care of whatever that is because people can't rent over the phone. If someone is calling, 9-10 just a quick question!!! If it's something that requires attention they handle it professionally!!! Don't leave people on hold unacknowledged for long periods of time. We had a rental that we scheduled MONTHS in advance for 4pm, the day of, we called to see if we could pick it up earlier, they said 1:30pm. We ended up getting that at 4pm but did not leave the location until 5:15pm which is when our vehicle was finally ready. They offered no discount for being late in giving us the vehicle, however, if WE turn it in late, we get charged an additional charge. When I asked if we would be getting a discount for the inconvenience she said no, they don't do discounts. The manager asked if we were ready when she finally got the car and I said "we've been ready since 4pm when we had it scheduled to be picked up," her reply was "well thank you very much." I don't feel her sarcasm was warranted especially considering the fact that they were very late in giving us our rental. In short Mataya Barber, is a sarcastic, unhelpful, manager. Also, in looking at other reviews, it seems to be a running theme at this location....excuse after excuse as to why they don't have a vehicle on time they were scheduled to have. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. They have me a intermediate car (smaller car) instead of the standard... And did not tell me. But I still paid for the larger car because I reserved car online. They couldn't pick me up when I wanted so I had to get picked up 2 hrs earlier. Victor was very passive aggressive throughout transaction. Made me give my work info, 3 referrals a copy of my utility bill etc etc etc. V isaid he was doing me a favor because if you are using a debit card they require all that info plus 2 utility bills and pay stub also. I called corporate they looked up the info on that locations requirement, and was told they only needed 2 of the listed items, over the last 16 years I've rented approx once to twice a year. But this location is always the worst. Last time I got charged for 8 days when I only had the vehicle 6 days. The tolled on location is much better. The funny thing is if you go in dressed up like for work, no hassles but each time I went in jeans and a t-shirt I was treated poorly. From now on I'll just stick to getting my rentals at the airport with a different company, it's faster, cheaper and they don't treat you like crap. read more

Worst service ever! We were probably there more than an hour just to reserve it to make sure that I was able to pull my car right behind a pickup truck and made sure that we could. Then when they called to confirm our reservation and I asked about being able to pull my car with it once again and they said yes. So when I go pick it up the day of my trip they say no that I can't. I was really upset. They told me to calla different office that they sent me to in Avondale and said that they don't have those trucks then they sent me to another store and no then to another until they wanted to charge me $500 when that's we put of my price range and that why I had made my reservation in the first place. read more

My experience renting a car here was nothing short of AMAZING! I did my reservation online the night before for a standard size suv which I got for a pretty good rate! I showed up a hour early thinking that the process would take forever. There were 2 people ahead of me and customers coming in and out to return vehicles. By the time i was helped i had been there for about 30-40 minutes. I was given a discount for the wait. The suv was clean inside and out, only cons were that the suv only had a quarter tank of gas and a small crack in the windshield which wasn't really a big deal to me, I took pictures of both just to make there was no funny business when returning. That evening I received a text thanking me for me business and so on so forth (which i thought was really cool!) My reservation was for about a week and a half I ended up calling the day I was supposed to return to see if i can extend my reservation, they charged the card on file and extended it for another week. I ended up needing the suv for a few more days after that and they extended my reservation again with no problem. Before returning the suv i went to a 3$ car wash vacuumed it out and had the outside cleaned as well, showed up a hour early again thinking that it would take forever. I was in and out within 10 minutes. I gave them the keys the car was inspected I was given the receipt and offered a ride home!! Thanks again Troy and Greg for the outstanding customer service! My family and I were heading out of town for a trip. We originally had a reservation at the Goodyear location, but they failed to accommodate us. We were searching for an adequate vehicle for our trip and not one Enterprise location was able to assist us until... we called this 75th ave location! Now this location was a little bit of a drive from our home, but the customer service was AMAZING from the moment they picked up the phone. We knew we had been saved! Once we arrived, the manager (I forgot his name. Very nice, tall gentleman in a suit) heard the ordeal we had been through that morning and how Goodyear was no help at all. He did everything in his power to get us an adequate vehicle and off on our vacation. Shay, was also super wonderful! She gave us knowledge that the Goodyear location had failed to give us, got us into a vehicle, and we were able to finally leave for our family vacation! Thank goodness for Shay and her manager! They saved our family vacation. We can't thank you both enough! We will only be renting from this Enterprise location from now on. Thank you again... from the Smith Family! read more

I needed a small SUV for a road trip recently and this branch of Enterprise came through for me with a great deal - even better pricing than the company I normally use for car rentals! Parking at this location is a bit awkward, but not impossible - not a big deal for me - and the customer service was good - including getting picked up before the rental and returned home after turning the car back in. The only issue I had, and it wasn't their fault, is that I was unable to return the car on the weekend since they close at noon on Saturday and are not open on Sunday - but that was a minor issue over all. I would definitely rent from Enterprise again read more

Do not use this location! It's understaffed. I have not been able to get out of this location in under an hour, and there is no excuse why I cannot. I have a major credit card, Enterprise Plus card, a reservation, and no thing else that may slow down processing. There is no key drop, either! I don't want free upgrades, or petrol. I want to get in, and out, in less than 15 minutes. It's just not possible, here. I can clear customs, immigration, and the car rental counter, in any American airport, in less time than it takes to rent a car at this location. Do Not Use Pick Up/Drop OFF service, either. It is in no way convenient. Save yourself the headache, and Uber it. The employees are fine, but it is lacking in staff, and if you have somewhere to go, you may lose your patience. Sadly, you will then deal with the same problem when you return the vehicle. If I could give zero stars I would. It's just beyond awful, and it's not an every now and then issue. I've have the same problem four times, within two weeks. Take a pass on this location. read more

I explained to Kia (the branch associate) that I was going out of town and I really needed the vehicle and her response was "darn it we don't have anything available for you".
