Only giving two stars because of the gentleman, Cam, who did the actual rental. He was truly the only positive part of this experience. The line was out the door first thing in the morning because there was only one person working the desk. The phone rang off the hook the entire time I was in the building and no one ever answered it. This location has signage inside the Caliber Collision next door about discounted rates, but this Enterprise location did not appear to honor that. I called the location to extend my rental due to my car repair taking longer than anticipated. However, I was placed on hold and had to listen to a recorded message about how their "goal is to give every customer a great experience" and the "extra mile customer service you know us for" and how their "standard of care" ensures "exceptional service" for their customers. This message played on repeat, occasionally interrupted by quickly being taken off and placed back on hold, over 30 minutes. Definitely will not be using this location again. read more

I went to this Enterprise having the worst day and worst luck with cars. I was serviced by Eli Kotlarz he was quick with the service and gave me no hassle. Now we in Arizona with 115 degrees heat this man been walking around all day in and out of hot cars dealing with good and the bad and trust when it's that hot it can be hard to stay calm but he was so polite and easy to work with. I was in and out. he made sure I was in a comfortable vehicle and made sure if I had any problems to reassure he would be there if I needed him after. The facility was clean and the other staff were polite as well. Eli was so professional I thought he was the head manager but he was not that's how much good of service he offered. Thank you Eli Kotlarz for being there when I needed you and Enterprise the most. read more

Could have had a horrible experience when I got a flat 33 miles outside Van Horn Texas. Pulled at the nearest exit and got someone to come out the doughnut on. Unfortunately I had to stop in Van Horn Texas for them to deliver a new Altima. It was me my wife and newborn, thankfully everyone did great! Grateful for AAA and the towing service. This is why you rent a car. It was a pleasant experience considering how awful it could have been. Customer service was responsive and friendly to my repeated calls asking for an update after hours. Will use enterprise exclusively for life. Thanks so much, your team is great and I appreciate all that you did to get us on the road safely! read more

I went to Enterprise in April to get a car. While traveling, my tire popped. I called Enterprise for road side assistance, and they said to drive the car 100 miles (on a donut that we had to install) to get it fixed. Their other option, buy a tire and have it installed. They would pay me back. Its August, and I've called 5x to follow up on my check for the tire I bought. They just tell me to resubmit the receipt. read more

If I can give 0 stars I would! Some lady that works there, I didn't get her name, had the worst customer service and attitude! I don't know why she is working in customer service!! I came from California and had lost my key. I had called enterprise to see what I can do! They advised me to go to the nearest branch to swap out for a new rental. That lady did not want to help. Asked us for the keys and that that's not how it would work! Mind you it was about 40 minutes before closing so obviously she didn't want to do the work to help us out!! The other workers didn't even bother to help us either!! Do better enterprise on who you hire to help your customers!! read more

Now I know they have 3 stars but should be 1. Bad bad bad wait with 1 person working. Don't allow people to select times that you can't meet!!! read more

Unfortunately I would not recommend this location. Although the staff was friendly the cars were limited. They did not have what we reserved and tried to give us a smaller vehicle. We had to cancel our reservation and look for another car rental company. read more

Kevin D. assisted us with renting a truck and was exceptionally helpful and informative, even though he has Dutch heritage. Three cheers for Kevin! read more

Enterprise has usually been a go to place for me. This was the worse place EVER!!! They're rude, even calling they did not go the extra mile. Honestly. They need to update their web site to match their availability. The manager behind the counter was less than helpful. We had a reservation he sent us away saying they have no cars so going back to our ride and calling the enterprise call center they made us a reservation at his location and he refused saying they have no cars. Totally rude and unprofessional. I don't know that I would ever use enterprise again. This experience was horizon.!! read more

at 4:25pm today, I needed a ride somewhere that's 7 miles away but the driver could only go more than 5 miles if approved by the ones running the store inside and they wouldn't approve letting the driver go even 2 extra miles regardless of the circumstances I'm in. Family booked a vehicle and a trip that we really needed and planned. We got a call 4 minutes before the pickup time while we were already in the building.... We were told that they didn't have the vehicle we reserved. There was no help or assistance in filling the request to help us. We were told sorry and good luck...as an enterprise gold member and loyal customer this is unacceptable business to allow bookings without vehicles. Enterprise just lost my business as this isn't the first time this has happened. read more

RUN DON'T WALK to a different location. I have rented from here 1 time before and the service was nothing to write home about. Day 1: I was told a manger would help review a situation I needed help with, well somewhere wires got crossed. After sitting there for over an hour watching 2 managers walk past me multiple times, I just got up and left. As a manger however how do you walk past someone sitting in your store for an hour and not even acknowledge that a person is still sitting there? Day 2: I made a new reservation and came the next day. When I arrived to pick up for my 12p reservation I was told it would be a 2-3 hr wait for a vehicle because EVERY car they had out came back needing an oil change. I understand you never know what condition a car may come back in, but it's hard to believe that there's NO way of knowing there's a high probability a car will need an oil change, those cars likely were needing oil changes or close to needing oil changes when they went out, why not error on caution and assume they will need them when they come back and pull them rather than continuing to book reservations on them? Unfortunately I didn't have the ability to wait around 3hrs and did not want to keep wasting money on Lyfts going back/forth. Left again without a car. Day 3: I decided to call prior to getting another ride over and sure enough they still could not fulfill the reservation, along with 2 other locations nearby. I called around and found a different location (Peoria) and even with their limited fleet, were able to find solutions rather than excuses, they made some calls and I was in a car and on my way in about 15min. Customer Service was also top tier. This location should take some notes. read more

I had a car reservation with Enterprise, complete with a reservation confirmation. But just one day before day my pick-up, I received a call informing me that my reservation was canceled. It's incredibly frustrating and inconvenient to have a reservation in place, only to have it canceled at the last minute with no viable options. IF you are planning to rent from Enterprise, be AWARE that even a confirmed reservation IS NOT guaranteed. Disappointed with the lack of reliability and customer service read more

I had a great experience with this Enterprise! KAMIL, ROSIE & AMBER ARE ROCKSTARS!!!!! This is the only rental company I will do business with in Arizona. Amazing customer service and you can tell they want to do right by their customers. Thank you for your patience& empathy. It's rare to find good customer service in this line of business. read more

When we went there, they were very good to us. Their phone service is another story. I was on hold for a half hour.

The employees here are always super friendly and welcoming. They take the time to chat, add a little humor, and really make you feel comfortable. Check-in and check-out are always quick and easy, which I really appreciate. Excellent customer service every time! read more

The manager & the employees do not have any kind of respect, empathy or sympathy for their customers they do business. If I was you, take your business to another enterprise, meet the manager just so you can gain trust that they're not going to take from you.. worst experience ever! read more

Rented a car on June 2nd and as a Friday it was busy, in addition to being right in between several dealerships, I was in an out within an hour. I was even offered an upgrade in order to be able to get into a car sooner, which I declined as the vehicle did not fit my trip, but I was grateful. Dropped off on June 8th, which was surprisingly quicker than I thought it was going to be. The entire process of dropping off was maybe 10-15 minutes, and I was in a Lyft going back home within 20 minutes of getting there. Brandon Dutkiewicz was the person to assist me in both the pick up and dropping off of the rental, and he was by far one of the politest people I've worked with at Enterprise. He made the process hassle free and was very friendly. Made sure any questions or concerns I had were taken care of and was also very thoughtful. He remembered the trip I was taking when I picked up, and asked me how it went, which shows he has a great memory but also a level of care for the customers he works with. If and when I have a rental need in the future, I wouldn't hesitate about coming back here for help. Also the funny little dad jokes they have are a nice little touch when coming in and making the mundane process of renting a car kind of a fun interaction. read more

I've been renting from enterprise for years!! Even accepted a manger position at another location and eventually declined the offer down the line. But needless to say, I go to this location because I moved literally a week ago and the guy wouldn't let me rent because I didn't have a utility bill! Pathetic! I went to another enterprise location and rented no problem. Horrible will never reserve here again, the guy was trying to give me a hard time and the office stunk by the way! First enterprise I seen with no customers , now I see why! read more

I would never come back to this location, they are unprofessional. I called days ahead of time to make sure I had a large vehicle to accommodate my big family. When I arrived I was shocked when I was told that the only SUV available needed an oil change and was asked if I can take it in. I felt like I didn't have a choice, there was no other vehicle for us. It was a HUGE inconvenience to drive 20 miles back down for an oil change that took more then an hour with my 2 young children. read more

Horrible! For starters, I went through Priceline.com and made a reservation for a FULL SIZE SUV (Pathfinder or similar) . After it was done, I thought I would call to check which vehicles they had on their fleet and I was told that they didn't have any full size SUV available and that I could only get a STANDARD SUV (Ford Edge or similar). I then changed the reservation to reflect that, as I didn't want to have to deal with having to fight over the price difference after the fact. I went to pick up the vehicle and I was told that they didn't have one available. Seriously, WHAT IS WRONG WITH THESE PEOPLE? It's like that old Seinfeld episode "You know how to make the reservation, you just don't know how to HOLD the reservation". They like to blame this on Priceline as they make reservations without having access to availability (a problem in itself and something that Enterprise should address) which is unbelievable in this day in age with so much automation and with how easy cross reporting is; I mean, airlines do it. Nevertheless, I called and I was told by them that they didn't have FULL SIZE and I could get a STANDARD SUV. Horrible experience. This place should not only be closed but FINED for the way they do business. Did I mention that it was HORRIBLE? OK, carry on. You've been warned. Now I got a reply "let us know if we can do anything to help". Seriously? What are you going to do to help after the fact? I guess it looks nice to post a comment that makes it look like you care. I mean, what can be done after the fact? There's no excuse. Third party or not, with how easy it is to do cross reporting between companies, this should never happen and I can see that it happens all the time based on reviews. I guess they don't make reservations anymore, they just add your name to a "wish list". read more

I was in a car accident in January and had to rent a car until the repairs were done. I chose this location simply because it was close to my house, but I was really impressed!
