    This is the gas receipt that has time and date stamp and I had Uber records.

    This Avis Outpost, charged me for a two day rental, luckily I had my gas receipt that had time and date I refilled and also my Uber record that I had departed the location at the time I said. I didn't find out about the charge till it appeared on my credit card statement. Hard to believe that a company would allow this type of behavior.

    Excellent customer service. Super clean car. There is also an experienced mechanic on site. Will definitely rent from there again.

It's not MY job to fix your mistake!!! Also I rented it through Costco which they told me it's up to Budget to find the customer another rental even if it means going to another company. This is per their rules between Costco and the rental companies. You lost a long time customer (yes check my Fastbreak record) and I'll NEVER rent though them again! Luckily Enterprise had a car available and Costco is covering the difference in price. This is to bad because this location use to be managed very well. and I've used it since 2011...NEVER AGAIN!

There was one person staffing the place and it was typically busy with a few customers. I needed an economical car. The only one available had just rolled into the lot. If time were on my side, I would have shopped around or asked for the car to be cleaned, but it wasn't. Despite the fact that it had stains on all the seats and a cigarette hole in the back seat, it still did it's job. It was easy to exchange it for the 12' truck when I got to my destination but that place only had one employee as well. When I returned home again with the 12' truck, they could not provide me a receipt. They also emailed me the wrong receipt. They did try... but I've never seen it so disorganized before. They are still using the same outdated equipment, which used to be so modern once...

It was a very positive experience and I felt that my car was in good hands. My car repair wasn't the easiest or quickest fix, but the mechanics at Sun Devil were able to get my car back on the road. I was ready to call it quits on my car and just start looking for another one. I hadn't had any luck getting my car repaired properly at my previous visits to other mechanics, but I'm glad I tried this repair shop. I have been to a lot of mechanics over the past several years and have had quite a bit of work done on my car. I can honestly say I didn't have much trust in any mechanic up until this time. This business has now become my go to mechanic. One last thing, after I got my car back and had it running for a day, the manager called me to check on how the car was running!! Incredible! The problem I have is very common issue with jeep compasses: parasitic electrical draw (electronics not turning off when they should). I told sun devil employees that I'm bringing it to them because I'm tired of replacing batteries and want to get to the root of the issue, and they assured me they would fix it. Lo and behold, they call me and tell me the battery is the issue, it's not holding the charge. I told them the battery is like that due to the parasitic draw and if they just replace the battery it's just going to kill another battery. Their response was "well we warranty our work so just bring it back". So here I am, battery is dead again (5th battery btw) and I had to get my car towed to sun devil this morning. They have had my car for several hours now and I called to ask them if they are going to file a claim with my warranty company so that I can have a rental car in order to be able to go to work. Louie or however you spell his name had an attitude and treated me like I was unreasonable to ask if they're going to keep it overnight that they file a claim today so that I can have transportation, seems reasonable to me ESPECIALLY since it's coming back a mere few months later for the same exact issue! And ESPECIALLY since I tried to tell them replacing the battery will not fix the issue. He said something along the lines the lines of "well we haven't looked at it yet and things take time" seems to me like 6 hours is plenty of time to verify that the battery is dead. His response was to pick my car if I don't want them to look at it. I repeatedly asked him if he could at least give me an estimate of when they would be able to file the claim and he just kept saying he didn't know maybe tomorrow. Horrible service and ethics. These people do shoddy work, get people to buy parts and get you in and out, and claim if the customer has any issues they will fix it under warranty. What they don't tell you is they will put your warranty work on the back burner while they do all the customer pay work first because they want the money in hand now, versus spending time to fix their mistakes.
