Vegas Bound or Not!!…read more Time for that road trip to Vegas! Got my reservation all set, ready for check in. We got here for 7:30 a.m. pick up and the rental is not ready. Sometimes life happens and right now we are caught up in that moment where we have no control. As we sit here the lobby fills up with customers needing to go vroom vroom in their rental car. Our car was supposed to be ready, but it's not. What do you do when you cannot control the situation? In today's day we wait. What else is their to do? We wait and we're supposed to be on the road right now. Are we no? Playing the waiting game is fine, but when you check in right in at 7:30, first customer and have to wait over an hour for a car they are supposedly cleaning it's tedious. Time continues to tick away and I'm sure that they are cleaning my rental. Why was it not cleaned last night? Patience is a virtue! The staff here move with purpose and are super nice. They seem non attentive to issues and time constraints that individuals have and must keep. I just sit here waiting, feeling ignored. As customer after customer are placed in their cars, remember that patience is a righteous virtue. When I have inquired with the status of the cleaning it's the same line every time. They are working on it. Yes, all of our time limits were pressed back and had to be ignored this morning due to the lateness of this rental. In the future the company needs to make sure that when customers make a reservation a few weeks in advance they do it for reasons to keep appointments ON TIME! I have been renting with Enterprise for as long as I can remember! This is the first issue that I have run across that was not attended too properly. Will I use them again, yes but at the time this was unsettling. But all happens for a reason. So let's just keep hope alive.
