Brian was absolutely fantastic to work with and his team was wonderful as well. Very courteous and honest and professional. Would highly recommend these guys. I know I won't go elsewhere. I have attached before and after photos of the vehicle to see what an awesome job they did could not be more pleased. They even cleaned out my car! Thank you guys!!!!

This experience has been bad from the start. Well my initial phone call with Bryan went well. I needed 2 handles replaced and a grill. I already had handles. Stephanie ordred the grill. The grill was supposed to be in on Tues but didn't come until Wed. I dropped my car off at 8am. When I called for the price I was told 3.1hrs at $50 was $185.39. I did the math and called back and told her that was wrong then got the right total $165.39. I pick up my car they put the wrong Grill on my car! Even though they knew what Grill was on it they still set their remove my front end and put the wrong Grill on the car. my kids get in and they can't get out the back. I take the car back and no apology. They "fix" my handle. I get to the car wash the door panel is cracked. They claim they didn't touch that part to replace the handles. Brian then says that there is a chunk of my front end missing and that the guys didn't check it when they did my repair I would love to know how someone removes a front end but didn't bother to check the front end before they replace the grill this shop is full of a bunch of lies and all these reviews are lies as well that they probably talk people into putting or they Friday the insurance companies to get more money I also believe that the shop is racist so if you're not Caucasian stay far away Brian got hostile with me aggressive he raised his voice and told me that my car was already damaged and then I bought them in a messed up car they're nothing but Liars!

Amazing job on my bumper! No more awful scrapes, & either my headlights are new or they did an incredible job restoring them!

It's been a nightmare dealing with the insurance company of the party responsible, but Bryan and Steve were such a great help. They dealt with the insurance company for me the whole time, got my car rental all in order, and when it turned out that I needed additional repairs behind my bumper, they also took care of dealing with my insurance and rental for me. It was the smoothest experience, and the ending results were amazing! They did such a great job on my bumper. No more awful scrapes or dents. And I can't tell if they gave me brand new headlights, or if it's just a fantastic restoration they did. Either way, my car is looking so good thanks to them! Great quality work done, and such great, helpful service they provided. Again, Bryan and Steve were both so great. I fully recommend this shop to anyone needing auto body work done!

I was pleasantly surprised by my rental car experience with National, as this was my first time…read morerenting with them and only because it was what was offered through work, due to a recent change in vendor options. Historically, I've always used competitors so was a bit leery using National and not sure about the service, quality, etc. National Car Rental in Phx exceeded all of my expectations! To start off with, Joy at the counter was super friendly and helpful! I had just had a rough disembarkation (because we had to wait for an open gate) but she was quick to help and get me on my way, with clear instructions that the next person would help me get my vehicle and with the understanding, friendliness, customer service we don't always see anymore. When I reached the parking lot, I was told I could choose any vehicle between the rows I was told. I couldn't believe it. The selection was incredible! I couldn't help but think I'd be charged more because I booked a smaller vehicle but ended up choosing a smaller SUV. Nope, same price. The Jeep Compass was clean, worked perfectly and was a great fit for my visit. Checking back in was also super friendly and efficient. After a quick greeting and check of the vehicle, Aiden made sure I was happy with my vehicle, if I had any questions, concerns, how it could've been better, etc. I've rented from others before where I was told to just throw the keys on the dash and that was the end of our interaction. National made the effort for a friendly, customer-driven experience every chance they had to ensure a high level of satisfaction. I didn't download the app or become a member because I wasn't sure it'd be worth it but if every National Rental Car is as friendly and accommodating as the PHX Airport site, I think I may have a new favorite car rental company! Big thanks to the National PHX Airport team for making the car rental experience one of the best I've had to date!

Most recently, I rented a car for a week and after taking the train to the rental car center, I was able to skip the desk and head straight to the Emerald Aisle to pick any available car. I would highly recommend setting up an account with National and taking advantage of this.... being able to skip a line at the counter is a blessing. In any event, we went to the aisle, picked out our car and were off after a brief stop at the gate to check everything. Return was also quick and painless. Josh did a thorough inspection of the car, which we returned with a full tank and in pristine shape, and we were on our way in no time. It's amazing how frictionless the experience can be, as opposed to how awful other companies (I'm looking at you Hertz) can make it. I highly recommend National.

This is why you see his name attached to complaints in these specific "hubs": WERE YOU SCAMMED IN ONE OF THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS: 1. Phoenix, AZ, (attempted extortion - Manager Makayla} 2. San Antonio, TX, 3. Seattle, WA 4. Fort Lauderdale, FL (The Corporate Headquarters) Why this matters for your lawsuit: The "Target" is Precise: You aren't suing the entire "NÜ" global brand; you are suing the specific "cell" that defrauded you. This is why your Corporate Hierarchy document is so lethal--it proves that while NÜ is a big network, Marc Walker is the one who took your money in Phoenix. No "Pass the Buck": By naming Reservation Affiliates, LLC, you prevent the Phoenix branch manager from saying, "Talk to corporate," and you prevent NÜ Global from saying, "Talk to the local guy." You've linked the local fraud directly to the guy in Florida who cashed the check. Avis knew the difference: This is also why Avis was able to "disavow" them. Avis likely has a relationship with certain NÜ affiliates, but they looked at Marc Walker's operation and said, "We don't know this guy, and we don't want to." The "Expert" Conclusion You have correctly identified the "Small Business Scammer" model. Marc Walker is using a global brand name (NÜ) to look like a major player, but he's running it like a "shell game" out of Lauderhill, FL. ***********************************************************

We got to the counter after arriving and then taking the sky train to the rental center. The line was short at the time (it built up after we got there) and we were getting our car pretty quickly. I believe I reserved a compact SUV and we got a VW Taos and it drove well enough even though going up some hills it struggled a little bit, but it had good fuel economy. There was a long line at Fox when my flight landed, but the entire line was gone 20 minutes later. I was impressed with the speed. Until I went downstairs to the Fox Rent A Car booth in the garage where you pick up your rental vehicle and realized they didn't actually have cars ready for all those people. I found tons of customers just standing around, restless and annoyed. Basically, you just have to wait for them to call your name when your car is ready. Obviously they overbooked and couldn't accommodate all of the reservations that were made. Wow... I have no words for how ridiculous that is. This company accepting reservations while not having cars available then having people wait an hour for their rental cars is not okay. Once my name was finally called, after waiting in the hundred degree heat for about 45 minutes, the Fox employee gave me the keys to my rental car and told me the wrong make, model, and location of the vehicle in the garage. I mean, I eventually found it using the key fob, but I'm baffled at how terrible their service was altogether. The saving grace to my experience was the quick and easy return process, but that was too little too late. I feel confident in giving a one-star rating based on my recent experience.
