The technician is great. They will come out to you and replace your windshield, and will charge your insurance company directly, so there is no out of pocket cost. That part is great. The bonus that they offer is kind of a scam. They offer a free dinner at Rodizio's grill but won't send you your certificate unless you hound them for it. You have to call back, and if you leave a voicemail, they don't return your call. Both my son and I had our windshields replaced through them, after multiple calls they finally sent the Rodizio's gift certificates but they expire in a couple of days. Also, they claim to give a $50 referral to both the person who referred you and the recipient of the new glass but then won't pay this. read more

However, he didn't secure the rear view mirror very well, and it came off when readjusted and keeps falling off, which is a potential hazard ALSO! : He finished the job and had me fill out a survey on the spot with the cell phone he had. Immediately I received a text for an e-coupon for Rodizio Grill, one free meal. I asked Moises about the other offer for cash back, I didn't get an answer. The advertisement on TV, radio, email advertisements and on their website states, "Get up to $375 cashback and free dinner at Rodizio Grill". The next day I called and left a voicemail for the person that sent me the text with the e-coupon Lori, I also texted her and inquired about the cash back, there was no reply. I have used another couple of companies before that offered cash back after windshield replacement services and got either a cash card or check mailed to me. I have not received any money back from this company. They just blew me off. 6/22/26 Just had my Tesla windshield repair with these guys and it was such an amazing experience. I called to get a quote over the phone the rep was super friendly and helpful he scheduled my appointment where they come to you! The repair was done at the convenience of me being in my house. My crack wasn't terrible but didn't want it growing he was done within 15mins. They take cash or card. I'm so happy I found this company will be using again if anything should happen in the future. read more

I used them through my insurance to get my windshield replaced. They charged my insurance around $880 for the replacement. I scheduled my appointment for a Saturday and they gave me the window of 9am-1pm. The 9-1pm timeframe came and went. At 2pm I called and they said the technician wouldn't be out for another hour. They did not bother to text me or call me saying that they wouldn't be coming in our scheduled timeframe and instead showed up 2 hours late. I would have at least appreciated a call or text saying they wouldn't be coming until 3pm, but I received nothing. And the customer service did not offer any resolution to this. They will promise you "cash back of up to $375". When I contacted them, they said I would receive $225 cash back and a free diner. Well the diner came fairly quickly , but it was a diner for one in east Mesa (we live in Buckeye). The cash back never came. I called to inquire and they said they'd take care of it. I then called some time later and they said it would happen that day. Again nothing. Time goes on and they contact me again if I was in need of a new windshield. I laughed and explained to them why I would not be interested. I manager called me and told me he would personally take care of it by the end of the day. Never heard back. I don't do business with companies that I I consider untrustworthy. NuVision obviously falls into that category. read more

We had an awesome experience with NuVision. As we were driving to Phoenix from Los Angeles, a rock hit our windshield 40 minutes from our destination and put a "nice" crack on the drivers side. We quickly googled companies as we were driving and called NuVision. They set up an appointment for the next day to come to my parents house where we're staying. Tech Ely messaged us upon arrival. I used and referred to Nuvison. It has been a nightmare. First tech didn't show or call with update. We canceled and they texted with promise of more cash back if we would reschedule. Then I had to call 10 times to get the cash back, person was sent wrong amount. Never got referral bonus. They said would get in 24 hours then got a text saying I didn't use a referral link that they never told me about. I was told to give my name and phone number to referred person. Both times I was treated with the upmost respect and had a great experience. On March 25, 2025(Tuesday) I went online and filled out for an estimate on cash back for a windshield and it said NuVision would call within 2-3 hours. Did not hear anything from then until Wednesday afternoon and they sent me a text asking for my email address which I gave when I filled out my information online. Finally called them on Thursday afternoon and after filing with my insurance was scheduled to have a windshield put in on Monday 3/31/2025. At that time I asked about cash back which they informed me they could not do. I should have known then to cancel the appointment because it was just the start. When my windshield was replaced Alan broke my rear view mirror and did not say anything to me. There was dirt inside of around where the windshield had been replaced. I called them back a couple days later to let them know their technician had broker my rear view mirror and was told someone would call me about the claim that the customer service filed. I got another Text on Friday wanting a picture of proof that my mirror was broker. Sent Video and a picture on Sunday and also told them to talk to Alan because he knew he broker it. Monday morning get a call and was told they had to order a replacement mirror and would come out on Wednesday 4/9/2025 between 9-4. NO ONE showed up or called. I usually check Yelp before I hire anyone to do something for me but my son had heard their ad on the radio and the DJ said that NuVision does good work. If you want customer service and knowledge, this will not be the company for you. The "agents" knew very little about windshield glass. You will need to know what you want. Fortunately I knew what I wanted and was cleared by my insurance for my needs . I wanted OEM glass, which they keep correcting me on OME. They said would take 2 weeks, I didnt care when you want something time is no concern. I waited on the phone while they called my insurance to confirmed the company would pay everything including deductible. They send me no confirmation email of our conversation, the two week wait, or importantly no mention of the conversation with my insurance. Two weeks later I called back to see what was going on. They don't give names, I believe its offshore. The said they were waiting on my insurance company. There was no point in arguing, you know that feeling. After a fashion I called again and asked for a supervisor, what department, I dont care give me the president. Oh we have the glass, lets make an appt you can talk to that supervisor. After the appt was set I said can I speak with your supervisor Jesus didn't know who that was. Spell it for me LORI. The appt was set for Sunday 1-5. At 1410 the installer called to say he would be to my house in 25 minutes at 1435 he was at my door in 117 degree weather. The windshield was replaced. It was only at this step did I feel they wanted my business. LORI have NEVER called me. read more
