Nice cozy spot needed in this neighborhood. Long bar but somewhat limited seating. That said, both times I've been there we have gotten a table. Large selection of beer and whiskey (that's all I paid attention to). For appetizers they have something named "Big ass pretzel" which is aptly named. Otherwise bar food is very good! There are various games to play and a Photo Booth for this kid friendly pub. I recommend this place.

Go for the $1 wings on Sunday! I love the quiet few in East Boston so I was so happy to hear that the team was opening a place near Andrew. It's a similar vibe inside but bigger. Just like the other location, service is at the bar. Everyone was so friendly and quick with the orders. Went for the $1 wings and they were so good. They have a lot of options so we went with: hot honey, buffalo, Parmesan, and chimichurri. Best wings I've had in a while. Can't wait to go back!

Sandwich was good lots of fillings.Love oysters. Buffalo wing was great a little hot but I like it and Harrisa sauce was too creamy for me.

I'm shocked by how few reviews this place has. The food is truly incredible and consistently so. The Nashville hot chicken sandwich is the best fried chicken sandwich in Boston- period. The service is equally good; bartender Milk remembers everybody who comes in more than a couple of times and makes everyone feel comfortable and welcomed. They never miss at Small Victories.

18 wings (leftmost is jerk; middle is garlic parm; rightmost is miso bourbon)

Their menu online looked great and we were able to walk in with no reservations early on a Friday night, although they were starting to fill up more as we left. The crab cake was delish & my baby devoured most of it. The salmon salad was tasty but the salmon itself was very salty, salt was literally all I could taste. The lettuce was very crisp and fresh and everything else was good so I didn't feel the need to complain also with the consideration that the chef intended to make the salmon salty to pair with the rest of the dish. The vibe was nice, a bit elevated. My server Michael was great! I would definitely order the crab cake again and try many other items on the menu that all looked superb. Thanks Moxies!

We were seated immediately, the atmosphere was cozy and inviting, and Sarah, our waitress, was top-notch--friendly, helpful, and genuinely delightful. We started with the Maple Glazed Brussels Sprouts, which were so yummy. My daughter thoroughly enjoyed the Spicy Tuna Dynamite Roll and absolutely loved the Sticky Toffee Pudding for dessert. I had the Vegetarian Power Bowl, and it was one of those meals you remember long after the trip is over. Since Moxies was just a few steps from our hotel, we thought it would be the perfect place for lunch before heading back to Arizona. We were offered a table inside or on the second-floor patio, and we chose the patio. Maybe that was our mistake. From the moment we sat down, it felt like a completely different restaurant. The atmosphere was very casual, but unfortunately so was the service. Our waitress was forgetful, clueless, and at times borderline disrespectful. Our food arrived completely cold after apparently sitting for over 30 minutes, yet there was no acknowledgment of the delay--not even a simple apology. I honestly couldn't believe this was the same place we had raved about the night before. If I were reviewing only our dinner, this would be an easy 5 stars. But I can't ignore what happened the next day. Maybe we were just unlucky. Maybe the patio has a different rhythm than the dining room. I really don't know. I just wish our last memory before heading back to Arizona had been as wonderful as our first.

It was a Sunday night and we didn't feel like going far for a meal. That's when we put the voucher to use as the Capiz is in the lobby of the hotel. We went for an early dinner. Walking into the restaurant, no one was there to greet us and there was no host stand. Finally, a server (who also turned out to be our server) told us to pick where we wanted to sit. We chose a four-top table. When it was time to order, we were dealing with a limited menu. I chose lobster quesadillas, which were listed under "appetizers". My husband chose the fish and chips. The quesadilla was sloppily made. Some pieces had hardly any cheese or lobster in them. Other pieces were overloaded with lobster and cheese. While it was all edible and the lobster was properly cooked, it still was underwhelming. My husband said the fish was well prepared, flaky and crispy at the same time. There were too many French fries, making the plate a bit messy. In a pinch, Capiz did fit the bill as we didn't feel like going far for a meal that day.

For my breakfast I had the avocado toast with a side of chicken sausage and my girlfriend had the oatmeal. It was a perfect way to start the morning. The avocado toast was delicious and the oatmeal hit the spot. The lounge had tables and a bar area with high top tables which provided plenty of space from other diners. Lastly, the hostess and waiter were excellent in taking care of us while dining.
