Visiting from out of town, I had regular polish on but caught a couple nails on my suit case and being my natural nails (weak), they split. Walked in Saturday late afternoon, I figured they might be closed but nope - the ladies welcomed me in and immediately asked how they could help. The gal (didn't take the name), removed my polish, did a great manicure, painted on the gel polish quickly and clean and to top it off, had a great hand and forearm massage (about 4-5 mins each). Total of about 30 and it was the best $30 spent whilst traveling. Would recommend!

Every time I go to this salon I always have a great experience! Everyone is super nice, I've had Mindy do my nails once and I loved it, my nails came out exactly how I wanted them to, and we had a great conversation! Today, I went in for a pedicure and a fill and the man doing my pedicure did a great job, he took his time, and was very gentle. The woman doing my fill did an amazing job and I can tell she put in her all to do my nails especially when doing the flowers. Definitely recommend this place!!

I Would not go there. I tried giving them a chance, and repeatedly, horrible service. Their professional cleaning lacks and is concerning. They don't give you all the service you pay for. Never go again!! Look for another place to go to!!!!!!

I went here and was no pleased, I'm sorry did I pay someone to do my nails or did I have my 6 year old polish them, nail polish is on the cuticles very sloppy done and I paid over. 50.00.. shame this place was not good

I'm extremely picky with my nails but I suck at telling nail technicians if i dislike my nails. I did not have that dilemma at all today. I asked for coffin gel nails and my expectations were exceeded. I absolutely LOVE my nails. Leila was my nail technician and she did a fabulous job. They definitely earned a new loyal customer. This is my second review and I still love this place! Tina is the perfect nail technician. She does her job perfectly. I'm so happy!

I was staying at the hotel behind the nail salon. I asked the hotel nail clerk where I could get my nails done. She referred me here. The man at the front desk had no smiles. He did not speak in a pleasant tone. He did not make me feel welcomed. But maybe he was having a bad day. If so, that should never be taken out on kind customers that are spending money in your establishment and would like to be pampered. I had an hour wait. I didn't want to go back to the hotel and miss my turn, so I yelped, Facebooked and Tweeted until my turn. Evelyn gave me LIFE! She got me to change me routine and upgrade my style & color. She did an awesome job. And I'm getting so many compliments on my nails. I live over 63 miles away, but I will come back the next time I am booked in the area. Maybe the guy at the front desk will be in a better mood. Thank you Evelyn!

I made a same day appointment on a Saturday and I only had to wait 10 min when I showed up 15 min late, tiffany helped me and she did a wonderful job. It was my first time getting dip powder and she was very kind and patient. I didn't have any issues. Definitely coming back for a pedi they looked very clean Only bad part is that they don't have clear tips.

Ask for mike! He's awesome. I wanted short coffin nails. And that's what he gave me. I wanted it to be a bit more "coffin" shaped. But he warned me that because my nail beds are somewhat wide, a skinnier tip on the nails to achieve that narrow coffin look, will make my nails look weird. And I'm thankful for that advice! Thank you! And happy birthday. We both share early July birthdays!

I don't normally make bad reviews but this was the absolute WORST nail job I have ever got. The technician when she first started made four of my nails crooked and I had to tell her to redo them and they were STILL crooked. She didn't even file my nails down my nails are SUPER thick and uneven. And on the sides of my nails there is no nail polish. read more

Today I received the worst service ever at Skyller Nails. I've been coming here for the last few years . I know things are different now due to covid. I've continued to support Skyller Nails at the time. But after today I will not be returning back. I paid $44 for a spa pedicure . Supposed to include a 5 min massage and callus remover . I didn't receive either of those but the girl performing the services thought she did them . Sorry but $44 for a pedicure I better be getting the royal treatment. Very disappointed read more

I wanted to leave a really nice review but unfortunately my cuticles REQUIRE no MANDATED no FORCED me to write this review. I'm so disappointed because for one the service I got was a fill and I had a few nails lifting so she stated she would replace them. She replaced one and used a white nail instead of a clear one which I didn't notice until leaving when most of my nails were clear with light pink translucent natural color and my right pointer finger was dark pink. Also I was cut on two different fingers two different hands and I have scabs to prove it and pain in both fingers at the cuticles. read more

Negative stars for this place. Absolutely rude service! The worst nail experience I've ever had. If you can't do nails then don't work in nails. I show a picture of what I want and I completely get something else something so awful. The man was rude the entire time. 47 dollars for trash. Got my nails done here yesterday and the lady that did my nails was not good at all. My nails look like someone just plopped acrylic on them on shape UGLY I'm not that big of a complainer to begin with but I'm sorry Hun NO!!!! Please listen to all these reviews do not spend your time and money they do not know what they're doing. I asked for almond shape nails the lady that was going to work on my nails looked lost like she didn't know what almond shape that was. She glued on the nails and started filing them and it was a disaster she left the nails crooked & different shapes & sizes so before she put the powder I asked if there was anyone in there that knew what almond shape was she said she would try to put powder on one nail & try to fix it herself. After putting the powder on that one nail she gave up and had me wait for an hour for somebody else to fix the shape. No one helped me even though there was another lady just sitting there.I asked them if they can just remove the glued on nails and I was told to just wait they said this can be fixed and did not want to remove the nails. I waited another 40 minutes just to get ignored I got tired of waiting so I walked out and had to remove the nails myself at home. read more

I go to this salon every time, and I've never been let down their nails never lift and I'm heavy handed they alway take their time to make sure my nails and my polish always looks amazing. I always personally recommend this shop to everyone and anyone. I came today to get a fill and nail repair from a shop I went to while out of town. Again they never fail me. read more

Been coming here for 5 months and today I walked out in pain. Almost all my toes are cut and red. It's been two hours and they still hurt... it's always disappointing when you want to enjoy a pedicure after a 5k and this happens. Really hope they read this and try to be more careful. I hate singling anyone out or complaining for that matter but I'm hesitant to go back :( the picture is from the next day. Bruised. read more

Sooo I thought I found my nail salon. Guess I'm wrong. My buddy and I came in one Thursday at 11am. Both her and i have been coming here on our own time, this time we agree to have a girl date for a mani pedi. When we came in it was slightly busy, so we waiting for about 15 min and got a seat. We started at different times and wanted the same polish color. Since we sat next to each other, it would make sense to just alternate the polish, right? It would not delay one technician or anything, since I got a french pedi and both of us wanted the same color for our mani, my buddy wanted the same color for mani and pedi. Her tech insisted on a duplicate color (different brand), and we attempted to explain an efficient process where we can alternate it. This way it would not delay their work. My tech was whateves with it, my buddy's tech was annoyed. Then they started talking crap in their language (mind you I understand what they are saying). Thennnn my lady made an error on the colors AND blamed me to her friends in her native language (since she misunderstood my request I made from the start). Her colleague corrected her saying she was wrong and I was right in their language, this is about minor things like color selection. Sighhhh too much passive aggressive sass. Needless to say I won't be a back - there's plenty of competitive nail salons in proximity. read more

I came here Bc one of my friends recommended me to. I had been looking for a new nail salon and figured I'd give it a try. I saw the pictures and decided I'd make an appointment with Evelyn. I called and they took me same day within 30 min. Winning! The place is in a nice shooing center area, close to la sierra university. My first impression was it's nice. Your typical nail salon. The gentleman greeted me and directed me to my pedi chair since I decided to get a pedi too. Evelyn was busy with another guest so I might as well . The guy who did my pedi was Han. He was so nice and took excellent care of my feet. Considering I was completely embarrassed I forgot to shave my legs! He was the real MVP here lol . About half way Evelyn came and started my full set. She asked the essential questions, how long, what shape and color. There wasn't much taking after that and I'm ok with that Bc I was literally falling asleep I was exhausted! She did an amazing job on my full set. I paid 40$ for full set (20) gel (10) shape ( coffin 5) and design (5) Basic pedi was 16 plus 5 for callus removal. Total 61.95 They charge you 95 cents for cc. Plus a 10 dollar tip. 71 bucks. I guess that's the norm now for the works lol I love my nails and toes! My feet feel amazing ! Just what I needed after a long day on my feet! I will be back! Thanks Skyller nails! read more

*****THIS REVIEW IS ONLY FOR THE LADY WHO CUT INTO MY SKIN. I've had a good experience before when a different lady had done my nails. Unfortunately she wasn't here today so I got someone else. I didn't get her name but she's kind of chubby and wears glasses. She was extremely rough during the process of giving me a fill and was just careless. While filing my nails it felt like the whole thing was gonna come off. On to the color selection. One of the colors I chose didn't look like what it appeared in their booklet so I chose a different one. In Vietnamese she was saying that I'm like kind of crazy or not there since I thought the color looked gold but it turned more brown which was why I changed it. She then started talking shit in Vietnamese again as if it was such a drag while walking back to get my color. I DON'T THINK SHE REALIZES THAT I'M FUCKING VIETNAMESE. I UNDERSTOOD EVERYTHING SHE SAID. Now onto the most exciting part of my one star review. While trimming my cuticles, she cut into my skin and I started bleeding. You know what she did to try to make it stop? Apply some glue they used to apply your tips. Like wtf? I'm just so angry at this point that some lady who already gave off a horrible first impression by talking shit on every customer and then ends up cutting into my cuticle. I understand that in life mistakes happen, but from judging she does nails and how she talks about others, she didn't bother trying to be careful.y read more

This review is based only on the fact that they don't open on time! I drove up at 9:34. I assumed they would be open since they are supposed to open at 9:30. If you look at the pic, it's almost 9:50 and they still aren't open and there is even an employee waiting outside. (She arrived around 9:40) I sat there another 5 minutes after taking this pic and finally took off. Another customer walked up and had to wait outside with the employee since the doors were not open. I left at approximately 9:55. Total waste of time! read more

Got a gel manicure done by Lily. She was great. Paid very close attention and didn't cut me when doing my cuticles. I have had people cut me a lot before. It was a great first experience. She wasn't upset when I asked for two layers of top coat either. I type a lot for work and need that second layer. The place was full of customers. At least 10 people working doing manicures and pedicures. It is also a very clean place. I highly recommend it. *UPDATE* The manicure didn't even last two weeks. read more

Love this place Kaylee does the best acrylics and gel. There are times I went to a few places if Kaylee was too busy. But I will always choose Kaylee and will keep going back here. Make sure you have an appointment, they are always very busy. read more

Came into this location today after reading great reviews on Yelp. First of all, as soon as my friend and I walked in, we did not get that inviting and friendly feel. There was a guy at the front desk who was getting his nails cut by the older lady there which I thought was a little gross. They both just stared at us while we shyly told them what we wanted done. They were not straight out rude but they weren't friendly either. We were sat fairly quick and got pedicures, and manicures. The ladies doing the work were just ok, they didn't really speak English, or they just made no effort to try and speak to us. The lady doing my friends pedicure hurt her toe, didn't say anything about it, and kept going. Also the lady doing my pedicure didn't really put any effort into scrubbing like they usually do in other nail salons. My full set was okay as well nothing to complain about but it wasn't great either This place is just okay, nothing great. Don't think I will make an effort to return to this location. read more

$33 for a manicure no gel with 5 layer of white for French tip, that now has bumps. Sad part, I have been there many times before having both manicure with fill and pedicure both with gel and paid less. Will never go back! read more

This place is HORRIBLE!! I got a full set by kaylee she charged me $43 within the same week two nails broke. I went within that same week to get it fixed she sent a guy to fix them he said she made my nails to thin and they would eventually break I asked him to add powder he said he couldn't. He charged me 30 color my nails with gel and fix a nail After I left two days later another nail breaks!! This time it hurt bad I will Never come back horrible customer service and they will rip you off! read more

During my massage she asked if there were any areas I wanted her to focus on and checked that the pressure was comfortable for me. I booked the body scrub and massage combo along with the foot reflexology, and it was AMAZING. I left feeling so relaxed and refreshed. I also really loved that this is a more private, one-on-one experience rather than a large, busy massage place. You never feel rushed Ms. Nikki really takes her time and makes the experience feel personal. As a stay-at-home mom who rarely gets real time to myself, I didn't realize how badly I needed this until I walked out feeling like a completely different person. Shortly after walking through the door, things took a turn. I was given the intake form which I completed. Then I was told, I had to pay before my services were even started. The woman at the front told me she would "maybe be leaving early" because she had "stuff to do." She said you normally pay after but I would be paying before. Worst case scenario, I was racially profiled and made to pay early. Less worst case scenario, I was still treated differently than normal and as a first time guest. I wasn't offered any refreshments or anything. I stuck it out because my boyfriend put thought into it, but the experience was ruined before it even started for me. I hoped the massage would make up for it...it didn't. My door was left open which is weird considering I had no clothes on and the massage was just alright. Once completed, the masseuse left the room with my door open again for me to have to get up nearly naked to close it so I could get dressed. I turned on the lights to see the satin pillow topper that was removed once I turned from lying on my stomach to my back during the massage was on the floor. I'll include a picture of what I saw and was lying on. I quickly got dressed and made my way to the exit where a choir of employees started the "excuse me, excuse me!" chant as if I was running out without paying. If you're going to make me pay ahead of time, communicate that to others so I'm not accosted while trying to leave. All and all, I won't be coming back and I don't know how they have good reviews.
