As many people have stated you come here for the view not the food. We made reservations and I think maybe one could specify to have a table with a view because all of the inner tables do not allow you to see much other than what is reflected off of the ceiling. Maybe it was an off night but found the service to be a bit slow. It took us about an hour to get one drink each. We were going to order food as well but by the time they asked we had been there for so long, we were weary of how much time it would take and declined to order anything else. The food and drink menu was a bit limited and not particularly interesting. My drink was ok and so was my friends. They tasted fine. I want to point out in their waiting area they have a view but put dots on the glass (I suspect so you have to pay to get an unobstructed one). As an experience, it was overall disappointing

Most beautiful view in Philly great service and amazing food! And even better drinks!

Randomly found this place through a Chase and Opentable collab and my husband wanted to check out the view for his birthday. We waited in the main lobby for about 30 minutes because we didn't have a reservation and the bar was full. When we made our way up, we were greeted by a beautiful view. It took maybe another 10 minutes before a seat opened up but we were able to order a drink while waiting. I ordered the Lychee Raspberry Bellini and it was delightful. It was light and fruity and didn't taste like an alcoholic beverage. We had a great time celebrating and we will be back (with reservations next time!)

My girlfriend wanted to come here to watch the sunset for her birthday, and it turned out to be a great choice. Since it was the weekend, we had to wait in the lobby downstairs for about 15-20 minutes. Luckily, we made it up just in time to catch the sunset and take some amazing photos. We were also fortunate enough to find seats at the bar, but if you want guaranteed seating, it's definitely better to make a reservation in the main seating area. Overall Ratings Atmosphere - 5/5 Service - 5/5 Food - 5/5 Parking - Valet / Nearby Parking Atmosphere - The view is absolutely the star of the show. Watching the sunset over the city from this height creates an unforgettable experience, especially for a special occasion. The space itself feels upscale and lively without being overwhelming. Service - The service was excellent. Our bartender, Michael, made sure we were well taken care of throughout our visit. He was attentive, friendly, and added to the overall experience. My girlfriend especially appreciated the complimentary olives, which was a nice touch. What We Ordered - Old Fashioned (Very well balanced and smooth) Cucumber Martini (Refreshing and perfectly crafted) Final Thoughts - This was the perfect spot to celebrate a birthday. Between the stunning views, great drinks, and attentive service, it made for a memorable evening. I would definitely come back and recommend it to anyone looking for a great lounge experience in Philadelphia.

I just love getting breakfast here. Super good Benedict great coffee and fast friendly service. Really easy to get a table at 7am. Super fun elevator ride The view doesn't suck either. ;-)

Jean-George rooftop bar/restaurant atop the Four Seasons in Philly. Lots of windows and mirrors making it look very spacious. There was a live band playing that day which made it a little extra special. Credit card deposit to make the reservation for a prix fixe brunch. Service is kind of slow. The food was delicious. Avocado toast, the warm Brie with pita, the lobster risotto were all highly recommendable. Desert is included and when you go down the stairs to the lower level, the bar is setup with a massive spread of dessert bites. Delicious. Great place to go for special occasions or to impress a date! Day time views of Philly aren't that amazing but it must be gorgeous at night.

This place is a spot. Located in the heart of Philadelphia inside the Four Seasons Hotel, it sits on the 60th floor with absolutely stunning views. The restaurant itself is beautiful, and the service is truly top-notch. From check-in to our waiter, everything was seamless. Every staff member went out of their way to make us feel welcomed and comfortable. The food was very good--we went for lunch, and I loved that brunch items were still available. There's also a large bar area, making it a great place to stop in just for drinks and the views. I can't wait to come back again!

Date night came correct. I loved this place! Sooo pretty, coolest elevator ride soooo high up that speaks to its name, and the Christmas decorations were stunning inside! We got such lovely photos. Service was wonderful. I couldn't even drink more than a couple sips of the espresso martini I ordered for him to try. Still not on the level of the one I first had in Toronto but cute Christmas tree etched on top! I have to convince him to stay at this hotel now! My first time experiencing Philly and this is a staple for sure. Go, enjoy!!!

Been dying to try this place and after two failed attempts, it finally happened. We got seats at the bar with little wait midday. Mehdi made me a delicious espresso martini. Then I had a spritz. They set out some bar snacks which complimented the cocktails. Perfect place to stop before dinner.

We visited Sky High at night, and the experience was incredible from start to finish. The service stood out immediately--warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming without ever feeling rushed. Our server checked in often enough to make sure we had everything we needed, but still let us enjoy the atmosphere. And *what* an atmosphere. The nighttime view of downtown Philly is absolutely stunning--floor-to-ceiling windows showcasing the city lights, making it the perfect spot for a special night out or just a memorable treat. We finished with their apple pie, and it was one of the highlights of the evening. Buttery, warm, and beautifully balanced--and if you go, do yourself a favor and add an extra scoop of ice cream. It takes the whole thing over the top. Highly recommend Sky High for great service, incredible views, and a dessert you won't forget.

This has to be one of the most beautiful restaurants I've ever been to. The view alone made this a 10/10. I got to celebrate my birthday here and every single thing we ate was so so good! The salmon rice cracker was especially good. The staff was also so lovely and gave us complimentary desserts! While there are items on the menu that are pricier, they also have a lot of more reasonable items like the pizza and burger! So don't be afraid to come here, it is worth it! And try to come right before the sun sets- you won't be disappointed!

This place was really above and beyond. Had breakfast here. Aside from the majestic views, the sound of the indoor waterfall, it is the service which brings this all together. Staff is incredibly apt at the mastery of service. Joey was phenomenal and made our breakfast a tier one experience. Ingredients are incredibly fresh and masterfully put together. Reservations are key and recommended.

Skyhigh is certainly a spot for the views, vibes, and ambience. It wasn't really on my radar, but I got drinks and dinner with a friend who suggested it, so of course, I was down. Even the elevator ride up was an experience, fun to see the city get smaller and smaller as you ascend. We had made reservations so were easily seated, but it was a weekday and early in the evening, so I don't anticipate we would have waited long. The restaurant is surrounded by glass, allowing you to get cool views of the city. With that comes a ton of natural light, which they matched with greenery and plants. The seats were bougie and felt lounge-like, all adding to the experience. Definitely a trendy spot and presumably popular with the social media folk. Service was solid, with our server checking in on us appropriately but not overwhelmingly so. I started off the evening with a glass of wine, pleased at their robust selection. My friend opted for a cocktail, which he enjoyed! We split all our food, ordering the seasonal salad with peas, avocado, and cheese, burrata with figs, a seasonal pizza, and roasted cauliflower with couscous. My standout dish was the burrata, nicely paired with the fall figs and some honey. The accompanying sourdough was a great vehicle for it. I was underwhelmed by the pizza, especially since Philadelphia does pizza so well at other spots. Nothing wrong with it, just not the best slice I've had in the city. The cauliflower was surprisingly filling, very meaty and with nice warming spices. The couscous it sat atop was very fluffy and a nice pairing too. The salad had nice fresh flavors and was a nice light touch to the rest of the meal. I particularly liked the shaved cheese on top of it! None of the dishes were that inventive or unique, and the menu was a little all over the place (no standout theme cuisine), which is fine. The meal was solid, but again, not really the place to go for the best meal of your life (in my opinion). Prices are on the higher end for the city, but of course, you're paying for the experience. I'm glad I got to experience Skyhigh, and it made for a nice spot to catch up with a friend while enjoying a meal and drinks. I probably won't visit Skyhigh on a date night, but I'd be open to going again for apps and drinks with a group of friends or visitors who want a fun Philadelphia viewing experience!

How much should i expect to spend if i go w a group of 6?

Hard to say- I was by myself and went all out and spent almost $200. All depends in how much you drink and what is ordered

How likely is it that there will be 2 open seats at the bar/lounge on a random Saturday around 8pm?

The staff is very accommodating and my husband and I have popped in randomly and been able to get seated at or near the lower bar (down the steps toward the windows). The host will try to accommodate you.

Whats the difference between the high top communal table and the standard main dining area?

Hi! The high top tables are on the side of JGSkyHigh where the bar is, as the name suggests they are communal so you'll be sitting and eating with strangers. There are fewer of these tables than the standard dining tables.…

Which has the more stunning views sunrise or sunset? I have the option to go for either one but just wanted the community input (:

I would definitely go for sunset!! I saw the most beautiful view before sunset, sun setting, and the romantic night view :) 3 views during dinner time was so worth it!

Hello did kid allowed in the restaurant or not?

    Yes children are allowed!

Any favorite/ recommended dishes I should get when I go there?

Honestly every dish we had was very tasty!

Can we just go to the bar or does that require reservations?

We were told you can just go but if it is busy then it might be a wasted trip so I would recommend calling ahead.

    Do you need a reservation?

    Nope!

I sent an email with questions about our reservation and never received a response. The online booking portal doesn't provide much detail, and while the website has a "Call" option, it wasn't very useful. I received multiple automated reminder emails stressing that we needed to arrive 15 minutes early because race times wouldn't be extended for late arrivals, which is completely understandable. I just wish there had been the same level of attention when it came to responding to customer questions. Once we arrived, the experience was much better. They gave our group a private seating area, which was a nice surprise. Our server was friendly, checked on us periodically, and never pressured us to order food. We chose to have drinks only, and it was nice to relax before and after racing. The simulators were a lot of fun, and everyone in our group enjoyed the experience. The only thing to know is that the races move quickly--you only have about two minutes between sessions to switch drivers, so there's not much time to explore the venue or step away without paying attention to when you're up next. Overall, it was a fun and unique way to celebrate a birthday. We'd definitely come back, although probably as a special once-a-year outing because of the cost. If F1 Arcade improved its communication before events, this easily could have been a five-star experience.

Fun experience, but definitely on the pricey side for the amount of actual racing you get…read more F1 Arcade is a pretty cool F1 racing simulation where you get to drive an F1-style race car on various real F1 tracks. The simulators do a good job of making you feel like you're actually racing--the seat moves and rumbles as you go around the track, accelerate, brake, and presumably make questionable racing decisions. One warning: if you get motion sickness easily, this might not be the activity for you. Between the moving seat and the racing visuals, your brain may start wondering why your body is sitting still while your car is doing 200 mph. The place itself is huge, with 40+ simulators. We went on a Saturday afternoon and were surprised by how empty it was. They also have a bar and serve food, but we were there strictly for the racing. We had a party of 4, so we did the team racing option and were given two simulators. Each of us got three races, and the system paired us up differently for each race, so everyone got a chance to race against everyone else. That part was actually pretty fun and made it feel more competitive. The downside is that the races are REALLY short--about 3 minutes each. So for roughly $30 per person, we each got only about 10 minutes of actual racing time across the three races. Once you factor in getting everyone set up and waiting between races, our entire visit was under an hour. The staff was friendly and did a good job explaining how the simulators work and how to check when your next race was starting, so the whole process was pretty easy. Overall, this was a fun experience, especially if you're an F1 fan or enjoy racing games. The simulators are definitely more immersive than playing a racing game at home. That said, the price is hard to overlook considering how little actual driving time you get. We had a good time, but at around $30 per person for about 10 minutes of racing, this is probably a "do it once for the experience" kind of activity rather than something we'd do regularly.
