Kayla the manager is the rudest employee. I pay 3 memberships each month, which is a lot of money. And I told her that my son's socks are ripped and we need to replace them. She had the audacity to say "we need to see them rip in person in order to replace them for free. So you need to pay $7 for new socks" what in the world??!!! What kind of company (who makes so much profit) wants to charge a kid for ripped socks knowing they are ripped from jumping here. How would we prove they ripped as it's happening?! We literally come to this location so much. Anyways, we canceled all 3 memberships. Believe me they didn't care one bit.

We always go here for school rewards for our kid. I'm able to work from my seat and still be in close proximity watching my son play. I think that when you go during light traffic staff should take the time to man the areas for kids who need help on some attractions vs huddling in one area together. I'm also not happy we have been to multiple bday parties and our last visit we were told they are no longer accepting party passes that were purchased and given out as party favors. Overall the attractions are easy for kids to maneuver and have fun. It's clean and safe.

Chicken tender meal (sorry I cut it that's why it look like that) skip the fries it wasn't that good.

It's better than I expected , after reading all the horrible reviews it seems things got better from what I read that was negative. The staff were nice and did what they supposed to do...helping and assisting with many things, but no one was cleaning anything the whole 6 hours I was there. So don't expect bathrooms or the play areas to be super sanitary. Aside from the place itself it's weird how to people that come to this place just takes off their socks and just leaves it all over the floor after they were done. It started to look like dirty locker room..overfilled trashcans..food all over the ground and socks all over the cubby area floor. Like the workers are waiting for the next shift to clean up the mess...because they don't want to touch anything. Don't expect to find any area to sit and eat with your kids during 11:30-2pm people are just taking up the whole eating area for like 1 parent with their kids shoes and clothes and water bottle laying all over the table. If you buy food there you'll be standing there eating with your kids around lunch time. Plan ahead if you know you'll be eating there maybe save a table for your family to eat first before migrating to other seatings. There's a-lot of teenagers hanging out at this spot for sure. So Any unattended kids on trampoline places under the age of 10 will get stepped on, pushed around if you're not watching your kids. They have no care or feel bad hurting the little ones. They just continue jumping like nothing happens. Chicken tenders was decent but probably can skip the fries it's was hard and over cooked.

Pretty pricey. It costs the same for either a 2 hour jump or a monthly membership, so it was a no brainer. If you come early enough, parking isn't so hectic and it's not so loud. But, between the loud music and the chaos of all the kids, the noise began to get unbearable. They have a snack bar that offers food and drinks, slushies seem to be a big deal here. There were a few employee kids walking the floor and wrangling kids which was nice to see as they had a bit to do including a zip line, couple mini basketball courts/dodgeball, a obstacle course and some slides. Checking in also makes no sense, I was made to fill out a waiver as an "observer" only, but my friend didn't have to fill one out for her 2 year old granddaughter. I also liked that we weren't given a hard time bringing in our coffees and outside snacks, but it was also annoying seeing parents letting their kids drink and eat in the kid area. All in all we would be back, right when they open seems to be the best and least hectic time to go.

This building used to be a trampoline park of another company and was newly renovated by Sky Zone. We came on a Sunday and it wasn't crowded yet. Also probably because it hasn't even been a week since its Grand Opening. I ordered food and it took awhile to come out, but realized they had to remake it. Their Multi Ball screen had some technical difficulties. The music is a little loud when you're trying to ask staff questions. Since it's new, it's very clean and spacious. They're still working out the kinks though, but so far it's all good.

Attended their grand opening and took advantage of the "free jump" promotion for the first 100 guests of the day. This was a great deal, as a standard jump cost $29.99 for 90 minutes. They offer a basic membership at the same price for unlimited visits a month, (2 hours per day) which definitely seems like a better option than just paying for a single/standard jump visit. There are multiple options to take advantage of other than only trampolines, such as basketball, dodgeball, slides, swing, trapeze, zip-line, obstacle courses, and 3 video interactive options. Definitely geared towards older kids and teenagers but they also have a mini section for the toddlers. I imagine it won't be too fun on a busy day, especially having to stand in lines to use the slides and other options but on their first day, it was an absolute blast! Definitely love the "new" feel of it all and seeing everything super clean!

pully 1 where the rope belongs

Major safety issue with the zipline. My granddaughter got very hurt when the return rope snapped tight beneath her just like it snaps in the video here. Luckily nobody hurt this time. I told 3 "managers" now and it still isn't fixed. The return rope is SUPPOSED to go through the 2 pulleys at the top, but it isn't going through either of them. This negligence places the rope underneath the rider until it snaps tight at end. Don't go here until they fix it and hire managers who care about safety and employees who use their heads. Oh and not one of them took an incident repot.

A good trampoline park, they only have a small area of trampolines. The only bad thing is there are no fans in there so it is really hot.

Because there was a lot of overflow, additional seating was set up downstairs at round tables with sound and projection so those of us on the lower floor could still fully participate in the service. The only downside I noticed was parking. The memorial was held on a weekday in the mid-morning, and when I arrived right on time, there was absolutely no parking left in the lot or on the immediate surrounding streets. My friend and I…read moretook our toddlers here for a mommy & me Valentine's date this past weekend and we were both super disappointed. We paid $30 per person for the tea party so $120 total. Honestly we weren't expecting anything crazy, but even with that we were super bummed with the experience. The one star is for how cute the place and setup are. It has a lot of potential, and maybe something was just going on this particular day that made the experience so awful. But even if that was the case I wish they would have explained. Anyway, the tea party started at 11 am and they did not specify how long it was supposed to be or the end time. We get there on time and sit down, enjoy the adorable set up and wait to be served. It took about 20-30 for us to be served our tea and lemonade. After that we are waiting for our finger foods (which on the advertisement they stated it would be sweet and savory). They did not bring our bites until 12:30! Meaning it took an hour and a half for them to bring a small tray of croissants, cupcakes and cookies! I was so confused as to why it took so long to serve.. I mean clearly almost everything was premade besides the little basic finger sandwiches (and it was taking a long time for everyone, because we were listening to all the little girls around us complaining of how hungry they were). So finally we get ours and instead of getting ham & cheese sandwiches like everyone around us, they gave us chicken salad sandwiches which the kids did not want at all. I ate them because at this point I am super hungry and getting a headache because i'm also super pregnant. We ask the lady if they have anything else and she said she can make them grilled cheese sandwiches. The main problem was that for the amount of tickets they sold/tables they had.. they were understaffed. There was just one adult (who i'm assuming was the owner) and two kids helping her (i'm guessing her kids). I loved that the kids were serving the tables but it literally took an hour and a half for us to get a super basic tray of snacks and they only came twice to fill our tea. On top of all that, what bothered me the most was there were moms waiting in the waiting room for a solid hour waiting to be seated! Their daughters all dolled up for a cute day with their moms and literally waiting an hour to be seated for something that was supposed to start at 11 am. A lot of the moms were disappointed but what can they say? They don't want to ruin the experience for their daughters. No joke if this was my business i would 100% refund all the moms there. I was so bummed I ended up leaving with a headache that lasted all day. I am just tired of businesses taking peoples money and not delivering.

We did a Groupon for 2 people and there's a special receipt with a QR code you pick up from the front of the pumpkin patch entry area I believe. Although there was a line for the mansion, it moved pretty quickly since they section people off into groups of 6-ish I believe? Also while you wait, there are multiple scare actors who keep you entertained in line. Towards the front of the line there is also a photo opportunity with the infamous, meme-tic giant skeleton and an electrical chair for you to sit in. PRO-TIP: We were the last ones to step into the "lobby" area and by default we were the closest to the stairs area to enter the mansion first, so we didn't get spoiled for any of the jump scares! The mansion itself had multiple themes (hospital, doll room, butcher room, etc) and were decked out from top to bottom with all sorts of animatronics, illusions, fog machines, lighting, holes in the wall, tight spaces etc. If you have a common phobia, I'm sure you'll encounter something that will spook you here! For the amount of money you all make here, you sure do nickle and dime for every little thing. Please don't offer a photo package ($20 extra) for an employee to take terrible pics with a 1990's CoolPix camera that are blurry or are mostly just the backs of the kids. Maybe make an investment for a camera of this decade. The thing that made me most upset is that even though the party hosts were nice and polite, they didn't enforce safety rules in the rooms (like limit how many kids in each bouncer like the posted signs say) so my anxiety was through the roof watching 20 kids on one inflatable. Also I purchase extra pizza for adults and brought in as many snacks as I could to save money. Hosts let the kids mow through the adult pizzas instead of offering more pizzas to the kids OR bring out the extra pizzas for the adults. We ended up being stuck with 2 1/2 large crappy pizzas to take home. Our party plus the most current party we attended left a bad taste and we won't be returning even with our free jump passes.
