I have 3 kids and they love coming here! You can't beat the membership deal! All it take is you to come 2 times in a month and it pays for itself! We are here consistently and almost nightly! Where can you take your kids indoors for $33 a month a kid and they can play everyday.! Ahlayia is an amazing employee and she knows my kids from our times coming. She makes our experience great every time we see her, She is very helpful and always has a smile! Josue is always amazing and goes above and beyond! Issac is another employee that my kids have gotten to know and always is friendly and has a smile! DJ is another one that my kids always enjoy and they love having him ref the dodge ball. Terrible birthday party experience. I think parents need to be warned before dropping almost 1000 for two hours of more work than you'd have to do at home. We attended my best friends sons party on Sunday . The kids had fun jumping but i constantly had to protect my 4 year old from much older kids doing flips on the trampoline and running into his square . No adults cared , Then the party room was chaos . My friend throwing the party ended up setting up the room despite being told it would be done for her . Then we were called to the room 15 min late . Only 3 pizzas were delivered to us . Out of 8 . Half the kids had no food while my friend had to chase down other pizzas . One was given to us completely charred on top . Us moms had to pass out the pizza bc the girl assigned to the room did not help or seem like she had any idea how to serve a party . We also had to do the cupcakes and clean up the plates between . My friend ordered waffle fry party platters and was given two small sides the size of in and out sides of cold waffle fries ! For 20 plus kids ?!!! Again the girl " helping " was no help . The thing is , this party had 20 children all with bdays and parents probably checking things out to see if they would enjoy their party here too . And I can tell you the chatter after was not good . I usually go to the sky zone in San Marcos and was expecting some type of similar cleanliness and moderate control to capacity. I've been a member for a month and have seen it decline since the opening day . I pointed out an area that was wet with paper towels in the toddler section and it was not addressed during the duration of my time . Young staff is not always the problem but proper management and oversight of the faculty and suites would be at least appreciated. Businesses that come into family neighborhoods should pay attention to serving and protecting their customers from hazard and potential spread of sickness by at least cleaning and wiping down areas frequently touched . My membership auto renewed I will be coming for another month but if no improvements are seen I will cancel my membership and do my commute to another place of business. My money and children are well received elsewhere. I hear children complaining of taken shoes from the cubbies. No monitoring appropriately by staff. read more

I was helped by a lady named Bailey last Friday 2/16/24 she was very courteous and kind. Me and my family had issue, the employees from sky zone could not find us in the system under our membership that we had recently purchased. They told us that we would have to pay again, Bailey over heard our conversation and stepped in, she kindly gave us some wrist bands and allowed us to jump. She also assured us that she would figure out what the problem was so that we would not be charged twice to jump. Thanks to her we were able to have lots of fun and would love to recommend more people to come to sky zone. I think she deserves a raise she has great customer service. Thank you bailey. read more

Had a birthday party here and it was horrible. Party was supposed to be for 2 hours (1 hour jump time and 1 hour eat/cake time). We were not allowed in the party room until the eat/cake time, so for that 1st hour all the parents are stuck in the main area with all the kids. It was so crowded, no place to sit, so everyone was standing up against the walls. We watched a kid puke all over the seating area/tables (I get it, it happens) but it took employees at least 5 minutes to clean it up. The parents were blocking off the pile until it got cleaned up. On top of that I couldn't let my little one play in the toddler area because there were a bunch of other kids roughhousing there and hitting other kids. Me and another mom had to take our babies out of there before they got hurt, absolutely no supervision in that area. read more

Would give zero stars if I could. Reading through the reviews, it seems like many people had a very similar experience to mine, so be aware.. Sky zone is a rip off. Their price for a monthly membership is the same as one jump session. So then they sneakily convince you to buy the membership because why not it's the same price. I verified with the cashier the cancellation policy and was told as long as I cancel before the next renewal date I would be fine. We never made it there again which is fine because I would've paid that anyway for a single jump session, so no loss right? Wrong. I emailed them to cancel my membership and was told it requires a three day business day notification to cancel and that I would be charged for the following month. I had emailed them two days before. I explained to them that I specifically asked about the cancellation policy when I booked the membership and was told otherwise I guess it's my fault for not reading the fine print, but who has time to do that when there's a line of people waiting for 30 to 45 minutes just to get in. That same day my friend was having a birthday party for her son and to check in for the birthday party It was a 30 to 45 minute wait as well to which most of the people at the party missed the first half of the party and jump time because of the long check-in lines. Nobody seemed to care, and they just kept saying sorry we're shortstaffed and shrugging their shoulders. The party is only two hours long so many of the guests only got to jump for 20 minutes. The party room was booked, and while they were in the jump session, there was literally employees standing at the door, not letting people in the room like bouncers, why charge for a party room and then not even let people be in it? It was the weirdest thing ever. -10/10 don't reccomend. read more

Really sad to write this because my kids like this place. We signed up for a monthly pass for my two kids with two adult add ons. We canceled in May and proceeded to be billed again in June. We reach out again over the phone and email to reiterate we need to cancel at which point they say they will. Fast forward 4 months later and I have been charged each month for a membership that was supposed to be canceled. Phone, email, and text support is useless. I had to dispute the charges on my credit card just to get reimburse for June, July, and August. They continue to charge me for September saying I didn't cancel within 3 days of the billing although I sent them email proof of the request in June. I will be reaching out to the BBB, Google, and every other review website I can find to let other people know. If I could give this place 0 stars I would, I came in with my family and after paying for my kids to jump I ordered a pizza for us, after waiting almost 40 minutes for the pizza I went up to ask about our food and the worker said they had forgotten about our order, I asked if I can get a refund since the kids were already near done playing. The employee called the managers and when they came over they told that they wouldn't refund me for the whole pizza even tho the order was never put in but I was charged for it. The 2 managers names were Trey and martin they are very rude and have terrible customer service They told me to just "Deal with corporate" would not recommend anybody come here. read more

Read the reviews first was hesitant to go, but I brought my daughter over the weekend. It's chaotic & crowded, as these places are. My 12 year old can handle her own, but I probably wouldn't have brought her if she was under 7. The kids are ruthless & don't share the equipment well (as unsupervised kids can be). The place is run by teenagers, and they're pretty checked out. Some were on their phones instead of supervising kids. The inexperienced employees often lack awareness of their surroundings, customer experience & rapport.. so set your standards low. It is what it is. So while they have staff in the play areas, they don't really pay attention. You definitely have to keep an eye on your own kids if they're younger. The food was meh. The place smells like sanitizer, so much so that my pregnancy nose can barely stand it. But it means they clean. From what I noticed, it looks clean. I wouldn't hold it to higher standard than a public park, because that's just the nature of germy kids. Ultimately my daughter loves the place, so I'll bring her back. But it's no five star experience & I don't expect it to be. read more

Man, our experience here was weird and a total let down after waiting for it to open for so long! First, this place is SUPER expensive. It's 29.99 per kid to jump for 90 minutes. The monthly unlimited pass is also the same price, so if you're local, that's really the only way to go. Definitely the most expensive trampoline park I've ever been to. Second, it's not even really a trampoline park. There is one small section of trampolines, otherwise, it's more of a ninja warrior, dodgeball/basketball play place. The toddler area is almost non existent. The food is super pricey too and not good. I ordered a combo meal that came with fries, when I picked up the food, they said "sorry we are out of fries". The guy working looked like he had no idea how to handle the situation. Also, there are no refills on drinks. You have to purchase an additional drink if you want more and their cups are tiny! The worst part is, the bathrooms were closed for an hour when we were there. Sky zone was having a major back flow issue. They finally opened one stall for every guest and there was water puddled all over the ground. They had employees standing in the most disgusting conditions, just mopping the water coming out of the drains. The water then proceeded to come out all over the floor in front of the toddler area, where they had another employee just mopping the same spot over and over. It smelled horrible and was incredibly unsanitary. I'm surprised management stayed open. My kids had fun and the employees were nice, but we will be cancelling our memberships after 1 visit. Super expensive for what you're getting. $30 for 90 mins is far more expensive than other trampoline parks in the area. Not to mention, if your children own a zillion pairs of grip socks like mine do, those socks are not allowed. In addition to the $30 entrance fee, you MUST purchase "sky zone" branded grip socks. They claim their grip socks are far superiors and much safer than the ones you get from other trampoline parks. This is stated in the wavier- "skysocks" must be worn. However further explanation would be helpful. Something like- all other grip socks are inferior and unsafe and will not be allowed, no exceptions. They have employees that walk around with clipboards and enforce this. They will give children a warning and tell them that they are going to get kicked out. Scared my kids to death. Especially confusing because this was our second time here and ZERO mention of this was made last time. My kids jumped for 3 hours and not one employee made any mention of their "non Sky-Zone" socks. We'll stick to Big Air or Uptown Jungle. read more
