2.5 With Chuck-E-Cheese here is fairly clean. Bathroom is small but also clean. Not really much to talk about at Chuck E cheese, the cardboard pizza is the same as everywhere else. Small salad bar here that is sometimes kept full.. definitely wish there were more options here on the salad bar like I've had to the other. Chuck E Cheese's. The three little square trampolines here are great for the kids to burn energy.. there's also a little obstacle course. I think without those two things I would have given the place two stars. I think the service here has always been good. I've never interacted with the manager or anything, but it's definitely comforting that there's never been an issue with somebody not being at the entrance exit Making sure that our kiddos are safe. Your make sure you bring your own non-slip socks to wear in the trampoline. Otherwise you're going to have to purchase them here and they are way overpriced.

This location I won't recommend to take your children. The manager and the Worker his name is Matthew the lady manager. I don't know her name she wouldn't give it to me. The food and service is horrible. I ordered Buffalo wings and my son asked to be a little Krispy. They brought them out charcoal black when I come to ask to remake them they threatened me because we ask, they make them crispy. The worker named Matthew assaulted. My granddaughter she's only four years old the manager she's very racist and prejudice. I called corporate. They didn't do anything. I try to get a hold of the manager and told them my experience all because I asked for redo my wings they wanted to call the cops and told me my kind of people do this all the time and I told her this was my second time coming at your location I never had an issue before all I'm asking is to redo my wings. They're not they start yelling when my granddaughter wanted a cup of water he refused to give a cup but instead grab the cup. Put water in there and tell my granddaughter ha ha you're not getting any water. He has a serious mental issue. I don't know how they allow him to work at this establishment where there's children.

Children wanted to say thank you to the staff!

Back in 1987 I started taking my children and now grandchildren to Chuck E. Cheese. I love Chuck E. Cheese !!! Recently, On May 28, 2024 I stopped at Chuck E. Cheese in Moreno Valley. Great place to visit if you're in the area the staff were super friendly and amazing with the children. The food was delicious and fresh. Mr. Jr was very patient and helpful as I used my gift cards that I bought at Costco. Thank you ! I definitely recommend this location too.

After a 30 dollar pizza and a 30 dollar game card my granddaughter and I were told we needed to pay another $20 dollars to use their trampoline and slide station. Seems very steep for what play area looked like. So you can't say "a kid could be a kid" and as your sign also says " All you can play". Check out pics...I'll probably never go back.

I enjoyed petting them and feeding the animals and being able to spend that time with the animals unlike in a crowded carnival style place that has a petting zoo. The staff who greeted us at the front were super sweet and friendly and playful too which makes the place feel just like another alternate world full of good, happy people. They have a little shop full of chocolates and when you enter, a staff member offers you a sample. She asked what we would like to try while kids received a milk chocolate with sprinkles on it. Because they're probably made with a lot of love and labor, the chocolates aren't cheap but not ridiculously overpriced either. I'm for sure the type though who would have spent a lot more on the chocolates if the tickets were cheaper but that's just me. I'm sure the ticket sales are better. A lot of people do walk out with purchasing any chocolate when I was there. I had fun looking at all of them though and deciding what I wanted. I will be back again when my children are a little older and it's a good excuse to stop by a winery while you're in the area.

The course itself was clean and interesting; however, the courses were very easy and not very challenging. As a result of the easy courses, my husband and I got through them really fast. I was a bit annoyed because there was another group playing, and they were running all over the place. They were stepping on the props and going out of order. The parents weren't paying attention, and I just wish there had been some intervention from staff, unless they don't have cameras in the room to see this type of behavior going on. I think the mini golf is more for little kids. I've been to other mini golf locations, and have always found them to be fun and challenging. I just feel like I didn't get my money's worth. I think the price should be lower than what it is. Overall, the place was clean, restrooms clean, and the staff were nice and helpful.

We went in 2 days prior as our plan had got rained out and he was so flexible and understanding. We had a large group and they did everything to make us comfortable and well taken care of. Our party host was named Steven and he was phenomenal. He was so great with the kids, organized, got everything we needed and made sure we were up to date with the plan of the evening. It was amazing! We had been to portals about 6 months prior just as a fun family date of laser tag and mini golf and we had the best time. I would definitely recommend it and we plan to continue to make future trips.

We drove the hour to come up from San Diego to Temecula to visit this park and spend the day with littles. Arrived at noon on a weekday, and the team was very informative about their lunch time closure and process. Check the city website. They do have great information and details there as well. I love that things were fenced off -- both around the playground and again around the splash pad -- to moderate the number of folks entering and exiting. The team working there is very kind.. keeps a good eye on the littles (parents do need to enter with the kids).. and do moderate the number of folks to avoid over crowding. This splash pad is associated with the Margarita Community park (https://www.yelp.com/biz/margarita-community-park-temecula) but the splash pad itself is listed separately with the city. I wanted to recognize the great job the team working the splash pad did. It's not huge.. but it's just right for kids up to early elementary. Mostly for the littles in attendance are of the age where they are just discovering their walking skills and can enjoy the splash of water on a hot day. The other kids weren't too crazy or rambunctious.. so I felt safe. Parents that day (weekday during school hours).. did pay close attention to their own children to keep everyone in check. There is one outdoor shower post to rinse off (the water is highly chlorinated -- or has a smell like outdoor pool water). Not much shade so definitely bring the sunscreen and hats. Recommend water shoes... even though the ground was clean and paved, the ground does get a bit toasty and it's just safer imo. They run in 55 minute increments to then shut the water off. and give the space a break and refresh the crowds. Once school lets out.. it does get more crowded in both the park and the splash pad. I believe the splash pad (as well as the surrounding park) are ADA accessible which is fantastic. I'm happy to see that all friends, of all abiliites, are able to enjoy fun time in the sun! Lots of fun.. and wish we lived closer!

We visited with six kids ranging from 1 to 9 years old, and every age had something to enjoy. The kids were running, jumping, laughing, and testing their limits--I honestly didn't see a single kid who wasn't smiling. My kids have been before and ask to come back every time we're in the area. The staff is friendly and upbeat, bathrooms were clean, and we appreciated the snack area with both treats and healthier options like string cheese and fruit pouches. If you're in California and looking for an indoor place where kids can truly be kids and burn energy, Uptown Jungle is a great choice. We'll definitely be back.

WARNING...... DO NOT PURCHASE AN ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP! Uptown…read morejungle will tell you at the end of the year (12 months) that your membership has expired. However, when you purchase the membership, it states that you get two months free. The term annual means 12 months, so you should be getting a total of 14 months. But in reality, what they do is make you pay for ten months and give you 2 months free for a total of 12 months. Last January I purchased 3 annual memberships for my grandkids I expected to have fourteen months, which would bring me to march. I didn't remember what day I purchased it. So I called them to ask what date I purchased the annual memberships, and they told me january ninth, but my membership had expired. I stated that I paid for the twelve months up front, and what's supposed to get two months free. She told me that to the best of her knowledge. What she could find out is that you pay for ten months and get two months free. When I questioned her what is said on my contract, she stated it, she was new and had only worked there for 2 weeks and she would ask her manager and call me back or have him call me back the following day. It's the manager who called me back and told me that when you buy ten months, you get two months free. I don't know when 10 months became annual, meaning a year, but apparently at Uptown Jungle, it does
