We had our kids' birthday party on the most crowded day at the most crowded time. It was expensive. The area for our large party to squeeze into was not enough (for the adults - adults had very little room to sit). However, our kids all had a blast. Our party hostess, Jenn, was incredible. She ran everything with a perfect attitude and perfect timing. She didn't break a sweat when the party next to us rudely demanded to take one of our booths even though they had fewer people, she just handled it and moved forward. Paid close to 300 dollars in food, Drinks and play wristbands to celebrate my daughters birthday only to be told by one of the managers Isabella that since I ordered the food incorrectly on their website I could take the food but we could not eat inside. They refused to even give us plates. In the notes on my online order I even let them know I was dining in. She refused to change her mind and almost completely ruined my daughters birthday until a much nicer more reasonable manager named Jorge saved the day. 1 hour after the party started we were finally able to start eating but the mood of the party was ruined already from the callous manager that refused to accommodate a loyal paying customer. We just had our son's 6th birthday party here and it was great. The kids got to play endless games for 2 hours with their party play card starting from the time they play their first game! No running out of of tokens! All the renovations are complete and the place is nice and clean. They walk around cleaning surfaces all the time. Desiree was our party host and she was amazing! Came to a party here less than a year ago, so surprised that it's been remodeled and it looks great! The bathrooms were clean, with a good hand soap. First time here today. Plenty of parking and easy to find. Going in and throughout the visit you can tell they are low staffed. Staff working the food and toy counter had to go back and forth checking people in and out at the entrance. Not many machines, one of the weaker ones we have been to. 3 of the 4 ticket counter machines were out of order. So we had a long line to use the only one. The jump rope game ran out of tickets and had to wait 5-7 minutes in line at the counter just to report the problem. Today was nothing short of amazing. We threw a birthday party here for my two boys and the staff we were linked with did a fantastic job catering to our party. The girl that handled my bill was very sweet, every staff member I've encountered were friendly and helpful, I was very pleased to meet and talk with the general manager of this location. The kids had a ton of fun playing video games for 2 hours and playing on the interactive dance floor square. The mouse mascot even stayed to check to see if we wanted to take pictures and took as many as we wanted. I especially appreciated how Mack would ask if I wanted help with handing out the pizzas and cake and was trying to make my experience a good one. A big thumbs up to his effort. This place needs a major makeover. In this particular day the place was a mess, tables not cleaned, food on the floors, some games not working. It's an ok place for little kids to come but for older kids around 11 and up- this is not the place for them, they will be bored. There are a few new games, but nothing to amazing. Chucks cheese came out one time and that was it. Soda machine area was nasty, needed to be cleaned- and when you tell the workers there's an issue, they take forever to address it. All the workers seem to be in the back chillin, maybe one or two on the floor.
