Yesterday was the first time ever going to Temecula lanes, me and the girlfriend decided to drop in and check the place out. Upon entering noticed the light were dimmed on the lanes and gaming/bar area, bright at the counter, and music not too loud! We did not get food but we did get some drinks and the server was respectful and professional, the front desk reps were respectful and professional also and helpful! As someone who HATES string pins, coming into this place seeing its free fall felt amazing and using my custom bowling balls, they read the lane really well and hit the pocket quite frequently allowing me to hear the explosive bang from the puns hitting each other! Also other attendees actually KNEW WHAT LANE CURTSEY WAS!!!!!! I can't count how many alleys I've been to where you step on the approach, set up, start your approach and then the next lane to you left or right just run up and throws.... During our games we did pay a high price 65 for 55 minutes i believe but honestly I wasn't tripping as we had zero lane issues, zero mechanical issues, and the ball return was so quick I was ready for my 2nd shot in literal seconds vs sitting there and waiting!!! Overall experience at Temecula lanes was great and my girlfriend agrees as she had fun also! Highly recommend this place! read more

At 20 lanes, this is not a massive bowling alley, but it is nice size. They keep it clean here, and I liked the more open seating it has at the lanes than some of the other alleys I go to. Pricing here was actually a bit better than most of the north county lanes, but the tradeoff for me, is the drive. According to Bowling alley rules, they have a bar, a game "room" with billiards and some video games, and of course the standard bowling alley food faire. Took two of my kiddos bowling here on a hot Saturday afternoon. Perfect reasonably priced indoor activity to get out of the house but escape the heat. Loved that I could reserve everything online. So my parents and my son have the bowl free pass for here so it just happened to be my sons birthday yesterday so we did a big celebration today and the whole family came out. It was so much fun! They had so many sized balls for everyone. It was crowded for a Friday night which means it was really popular! The front desk staff was amazing! I am very surprised by the recent raving reviews because we had the WORST experience here and will stay far away from Temecula Lanes. Walked in on a random week day evening, and as soon as we get to the front counter there were 3-4 young teen workers basically avoiding eye contact so they wouldn't have to do their jobs. Mind you, it was completely dead and there was no line, It was soo awkward! BF had to say something out loud just to talk to someone -- they said it was a 15 min wait, fine, we said we'd order food in the meantime, walk over to the dining area in the back, and NO ONE was there - it was a ghost town. We waited 5 min and go back to the front counter to see if it was closed or if they were on break? Apparently the chick who was taking orders was at the front counter, HEARD us say we're gonna order food, and didn't bother to walk over to help. Had us standing there for 5 min for nothing... Like WTF is wrong with these people. Walked back to the dining area with her, didn't even apologize, finally ordered. Our lane was ready and EVERYTHING WAS OILY -- I was worried for our safety honestly, because we couldn't even bowl normally. The oil was backtracking all the way to our seats. The people next to us were slipping and sliding. That's how I knew it was bad. As much as I love to support local businesses, Do not waste your time coming here. What a very nice bowling facility! This was our first time here and we were all impressed! It's very clean and nicely laid out! We reserved Lane 10 today and had so much fun! Our grandson was hungry and so was I. I strode over to the bar/grill area past the neon bright arcade and pool tables. The friendly, young lady behind the counter was Shiko and took my order. She was very friendly and I told her that I was impressed for my first time here. She expressed that she was happy to hear that. I asked to take her photo and she happily obliged and her photo is posted here. There are tables & benches at each lane, which makes it convenient when food arrives. We had such a great experience hosting our Annual Team Bowling Tournament at Temecula Lanes! From start to finish, everything ran smoothly and the atmosphere was fun, clean, and perfect for a group event. A big shoutout to Troy, who helped me with scheduling and coordination. I love going to this bowling alley, it's a little bit older and can use a little bit of refurbishing remodeling to bring it up to date and add some nice amenities, but it's never hard to get a lane, the food is not too shabby and they never run out of drinks, definitely a fun time. read more

We hosted a 5th birthday party here in the VIP room and had an excellent experience. The staff were extremely friendly and supportive the entire time. Bowling area is alright and well maintained for such a big venue. However we came to play billiards for a couple of hours but the billiard tables are not clean. There are four billiard tables all seven-foot size with red-colored felt surfaces that are filthy with stains of spilled drinks and food. Pockets look twisted and stained with something irregular , so we decided to not touch these billiard tables and told the manager that we cannot play under such conditions. They apologized... and smiled... and returned the c/c without any charge. On the positive side is the good location and plenty of parking including several spaces designated for disabled people. read more

I am so upset. I brought 4 kids, checked in at the front desk who said wait time was an hour- so we waited an hour, then I checked on how much longer only to be told there was no more available lanes and the one they promised me was given to someone else who booked it online.... Even though I was already physically waiting before. So THEIR mistake =my fault?? They offer a "Kids Bowl Free" program during the summer (technically through a third party, yet it's advertised on their site and strongly encouraged). This sounded great, so I PAID for it. Now, today at the place, I was treated like trash bc of this. I was skipped over, not placed as a priority in anyway bc of this program - so know that you are NOT GUARANTEED a lane with this program. The lady even told me "The Kids bowl free program is a 'free' program"- I had to correct her that we paid for it. Then she told me "well, they (the company) doesn't have to pay for it." No where ANYWHERE does it warn you that you you may not get to play bc other people are a priority... This is an insane, it's a shady business practice and has to be a violation in practice and customer service. The video game side is overpriced and so is the food. I cannot believe I drove up 40mins with 4kids to wait an hour, only to return home with nothing but wasted time and frustration. Called to speak the owner- person asked if they could know what it was about, and I said no. They he proceeded to say that the owner won't be in until the next day? Uhm. He knew it was me and that I was upset. The only good thing I can say- is the artwork is fun to look at. read more

We held a company event at Temecula lanes and had a blast! Their staff were friendly, fun, and seemed genuienly happy to be there themselves. And the bartender was awesome! The music was great, the drinks were great, and the vibes were exactly what we'd hoped for. We appreciated having so many activities all in one place (cosmic bowling, ping pong, pool tables, air hockey, arcade games). Communicaiton leading up to our event was fast and thorough; Troy (manager) was so helpful throughout the whole process. We definitely plan to return the next time we're in Temecula! read more

This used to be a good place to bowl. I did come in today to find out that they have now doubled their price. it is now a dollar a minute for anyone who is not part of their league. That means that if you want to bowl for 45 minutes that it's $45 for one person. The service was decent, but now with the pricing, I don't know too many people who can afford this. Re: I've been coming here for over a year getting 45 minute sessions for $22.50, sorry to tell you that $50 for 50 minutes is a dollar a minute. And I don't have five people to bring with me. That means if I'm by myself I get charged for a group. And negative, Bolero is actually cheaper. They're just further away from where I live. And they have better service. read more

This one of the best places to be a league bowler if you like people and fun league events. The center has one of the best knowledgeable maintenance mechanic that keeps the lanes ready for play. I have bowled at the other two nearby alleys, and found this venue exceeds both. First with regard to true,clean and consistent lanes with very few maintenance issues. They employ experienced mechanics who enhance the league experience, of which there are over 10 fun and competitive leagues operating year round. I run a local homeschool co-op. Troy of Temecula Lanes helped me organize not just a rental of lanes, but a tour of how the bowling alley works. The kids LOVED being able to see how the pins were collected by big machines behind and how the balls were run through the floorboards to the bowling ball return. The staff was friendly (and welcome us with donuts and water), the price was super reasonable, the alley was clean, and we all had an amazing time. I 100% agree with Rebeka B's review. I too purchased the Kids Bowl for Free and every time we've come we've been denied. First time was my fault with timing. Second time they had a special event on 7/25/2025 and we got there at 4. Incredibly frustrating trying to give this place a chance. I won't be bringing my kids and or utilizing the Kids Bowl for Free deal moving forward. read more
