My friends and I came here for the first time, and we had such a fun experience! This place is located in the same parking lot as Orchard Church, so it was easy to find. When you first walk in, it's definitely a "wow" moment. The place is huge and there's so much to look at. There is security at the entrance. They asked to check my bag, which I didn't mind. They don't allow outside drinks. One of my friends had a stainless steel water container, and security just asked her to open it before letting her through. Another friend had to throw away a disposable water bottle. The pricing is honestly very reasonable. Unlimited play is about $30, and unlimited play with re-entry is $40. They also offer a military discount, which is a nice bonus. If you're coming to skate, they have both roller skates and rollerblades available. They don't carry half sizes, though. To rent skates, you'll need to leave your ID along with your first and last name and phone number. They keep your ID safely in an envelope until you return the skates. The arcade alone is worth the price. There are so many games--classic arcade games, vintage machines, bowling, boxing, punching machines, and so much more--and almost everything is included with admission. I was honestly impressed by how much there was to do. They also have an outdoor area with additional arcade games, vending machines, and plenty of space to hang out. The food surprised me in the best way. There wasn't much of a line, but the wait was a little longer than expected. Everything came out hot and fresh, though, so it was worth it. I ordered fries topped with nacho cheese and bacon, and they were delicious. I also got the piña colada slush, which tasted really good. The only thing I noticed was that it had quite a bit of pulp, so the texture was a little unexpected. The skating rink is really spacious with lots of seating around it. We went on a Sunday around 5 p.m. It was definitely popular, but it never felt overcrowded. There were probably around 20 people skating, so there was plenty of room to practice. If you're new to skating, this is a great place. You can practice along the walls, and many people do. You can also skate slowly in the center under the disco ball while getting comfortable. There is always an employee on the rink helping keep everyone safe, and when I asked one of the employees for skating tips, she was incredibly kind and helpful. They do have a few rules that help keep everyone safe. You can't skate against the flow of traffic, and they enforce it. I was also told they're pretty strict about keeping skates on during line dances instead of switching to shoes. There are lockers available for free, although you'll need to bring your own lock if you want to secure your belongings. The interior is one of the coolest parts of the whole place. It's colorful, psychedelic, and filled with awesome anime artwork. Everywhere you look there's something interesting to see. They also have pool tables, a Photo Booth (about $7 for four photo strips), and prize games that require additional payment if you want to win stuffed animals or other prizes. The only reason I'm giving this place a 9/10 instead of a perfect score is the music. Everything else was amazing, but the playlist just wasn't the vibe. It was a mix of different genres that didn't really keep the energy up on the skating rink. I think having a stronger DJ or better music selection would make the experience even better. Overall, we had an absolute blast. We left exhausted in the best way possible, and every one of us said we'd come back. I am the prime audience for this place. I grew up with arcades and I have a kiddo (6). There's a lot of good about this place. The game selection is amazing and the staff is helpful and friendly. However the music is way too loud. I was checking and it was over 90db sustained over by the rink where the best games are. That level can cause permanent ear damage. As this is a place aimed at kids that's a huge deal. Also, the bathroom has interesting decor. And while a lot of it is cool 80s nostalgia there's also a lot of horror art on the walls. Skeletons, faces melting off, scary things. My kiddo has nightmares about it, and talks about how disturbing our visit was. So even though I want to love this place and go all the time, those things hold me back. If they could address those things to make it more kid friendly, I would definitely give it another chance. (Would also be nice if they had some gluten free snacks). read more

I wish I could have enjoyed this place more, but unfortunately I wasn't feeling well and ended up in urgent care so my rating is based solely on that experience. That said, this place has SUCH a retro vibe. It features a skating rink along with a ton of arcade games, which makes it a fun spot. There's also staff supervising the skaters, which is reassuring. The cost is $29.99 per person on weekends and, I believe, $25.99 on weekdays for an all-day pass. One downside, bottled water (Niagara) is priced at $4.00, which feels pretty steep for something that typically costs much less. One thing to note: you can't come and go freely, so plan ahead either eat beforehand or grab something there. They have food trucks and other options available. If you do need to step out, it can't be for more than about five minutes, or you may have to pay again (according to security). I didn't test that limit, but I did step out briefly to put my glasses away... about three minutes. Also, the only proof of payment is a stamp, which can wash off easily. If you step out, make sure to get restamped just in case. There's plenty of parking in the area, which is a plus. I'd definitely come back to fully enjoy the arcade next time. read more

We came during the week and there was so much to do! All for a reasonable price $25- arcade games (both retro like pac and newer versions like Halo), mini bowling, roller skating, and pool tables. The staff really make this place operate seamlessly, especially Lauren! She worked the rental counter and made sure everyone was taken care of with a smile. Her positive attitude made us not worry as much about the line because we knew there wasn't anything she couldn't handle. After a few hours, we did unwind outside to get some sun and recharge with pizza (and drinks!). There was a variety of food options and drinks (even alcoholic for those 21 and over). Most areas were clean. Cons: Staff was extremely rude and dismissive. They acted extremely annoyed when I had questions as it was our first time. Most were on their phones paying no mind to customers. One girl was brushing her extremely long hair and hair was flying everywhere while she was working the front. The attire was nasty and provacutive. An evening with my ten old turned in to me making sure he wasn't seeing employees butt cheeks and thongs. Employees were wearing devil horns and just looked trashy. Employees were seen hanging out in the parking lot, corners of the building, and in the back near the food stand. No one was at the food cart for a while- I stood waiting while i watched several employees walk by without even an acknowledgement of "let me get someone to come help you." The bar hadn't been wiped down once the entire time we were there. It was sticky and nasty. All in all- was extremely disappointed. I didn't mind having to pay for myself to go in even if I wasn't skating and playing, considering what all the kids got to do for hours- I didn't mind the price, however the vibe and not being a kid appropriate scene I will not be back. We went there for end of season baseball party with my son's team. I really like the idea of the place however it's very expensive. They do not allow entrance even for parents who were just accompanying their kids so it was $100 for three of us. I didn't play games at all because I was watching over my kids so felt that was unnecessary. It was also extremely hot. I'm not sure if they're having AC problems or if they don't have AC but I was very uncomfortable the entire time we were there. And it wasn't even hot outside. Summer I imagine will be terrible. This is a neat place and the art in the walls was cool but I don't know that we would go back. Decided to hit this place up for my 43rd birthday instead of beach day with the kids and I'm so glad we did. The greatest arcade I've ever been to, I actually teared up when I saw Primal Rage and Power Stone 2. The murals are amazing, the staff is rad, AC was cranking and the food cart/ bar was perfect. We were there for 5 hours and I didn't even play all the games I wanted to play because I was cutting it up on the skating rink. Pinball machines for days!
