Super fun environment! The place has some seriously detailed artwork all over the walls, which makes the whole arcade and skating experience feel really unique all together. It's always pretty clean, and everything from skating around to playing the machines just flows into one really fun time. The games all work great, the rink is a blast

Yeah...no. Went for the first time today with wife and kids. When you walk in there is just a little check in table with 2 prices listed. While people wait behind you as you figure out what you are paying for. If you are coming in to just watch your kids skate it's $30 whether or not you skate. Tons of arcade games around the place. And plenty of tables to sit at around the rink. Cool decorations and paint. Cons: Limited options to pay, especially for parent chaperones not participating. Rink needs better AC and cooling. DJ tried scratching and made it sound bad. $30 for anyone to walk in the door. Should separate rink from games so parents can watch kids and get a stamp if you paid the $30 to play unlimited games. Pros: Cool decor, good skates, and cool games/pool tables. Staff was friendly. Overall, it has potential. Wish they would reconsider the entry, menu display, and options. And better air on the rink.

I've already been to the one in San Diego but this one is better in my opinion. It's in a shopping center so free parking available. It's one floor and spacious. They have a roller rink and an outdoor area that the other location doesn't. They don't have as many food options but still good enough. It is definitely a lot of fun and not too expensive!!

I wish I could have enjoyed this place more, but unfortunately I wasn't feeling well and ended up in urgent care so my rating is based solely on that experience. That said, this place has SUCH a retro vibe. It features a skating rink along with a ton of arcade games, which makes it a fun spot. There's also staff supervising the skaters, which is reassuring. The cost is $29.99 per person on weekends and, I believe, $25.99 on weekdays for an all-day pass. One downside, bottled water (Niagara) is priced at $4.00, which feels pretty steep for something that typically costs much less. One thing to note: you can't come and go freely, so plan ahead either eat beforehand or grab something there. They have food trucks and other options available. If you do need to step out, it can't be for more than about five minutes, or you may have to pay again (according to security). I didn't test that limit, but I did step out briefly to put my glasses away... about three minutes. Also, the only proof of payment is a stamp, which can wash off easily. If you step out, make sure to get restamped just in case. There's plenty of parking in the area, which is a plus. I'd definitely come back to fully enjoy the arcade next time.

Arcade monsters was SO much fun! For 1 low price and getting access to all you can play games AND skating/ rental skates or blade rentals?! Sign me UP! It's such a cool ambiance inside, like Tokyo graffiti & dark. It did have a mini bowling alley with small bowling balls so not like your usual bowling. They did have a bar as well & had small eats too! We came on a cooler day & they had the front & back doors open so it stayed cool but I definitely will be back!

Had the BEST time at Arcade Monsters! Such an awesome spot -- it totally feels like stepping into a retro 80s arcade dream. The decor is incredible, with amazing wall art, anime everywhere, and so many cool details to look at. For only $25, you get unlimited play, which includes skating, mini bowling, dancing, and tons of arcade games. It's seriously such a great deal and perfect for a fun date night. Everything about this place was amazing, amazing, amazing. We'll definitely be back!

This place is dope! I was able to drop our daughter off and her friend and wait in the parking lot while they enjoyed their time hanging out for her birthday! I had to come inside and use the restroom while we waited and the security guard Eddie was very nice and understanding, showed me where the restroom was and trusted i wasn't trying to get in free but when walking in and asking, he still took the security of the place seriously. Also, the girl named Zoey at the front was very sweet and all the girls look super cute. Most places you go to like this the young girls are rude and don't care. Appreciate the friendliness here! And you can't beat arcade games, bowling and roller skating all in one place.

We came during the week and there was so much to do! All for a reasonable price $25- arcade games (both retro like pac and newer versions like Halo), mini bowling, roller skating, and pool tables. The staff really make this place operate seamlessly, especially Lauren! She worked the rental counter and made sure everyone was taken care of with a smile. Her positive attitude made us not worry as much about the line because we knew there wasn't anything she couldn't handle. After a few hours, we did unwind outside to get some sun and recharge with pizza (and drinks!). There was a variety of food options and drinks (even alcoholic for those 21 and over). For larger parties, be prepared because it is easy to get lost in the shuffle. Highly recommend!

Before I left I brought my concerns up to management and was offered a phone call with the general manager who spoke with understanding, empathy and compassion. If it were not for the general manager that I spoke with this review score would be much lower. The good: I booked the Trick or Treat party room online. Booking was easy and you pay the deposit online. Received a confirmation email shortly after. I booked the first party time of the day at 10am. The food itself was not terrible the wings were well coated with sauces. I ordered BBQ, buffalo, garlic parm wings as well as regular and spicy chicken tenders. The pizza was also not bad the kids and parents liked it. I ordered cheese and pepperoni. The not so good: We arrived at 945 in hopes of checking in, paying for our group of 23, setting up our party supplies and ordering food so it would be ready around 11. The women who was at the front was not very friendly and kind of unprofessional. She didn't seem to know what to do so she walked away and I didnt see her again until I went to order food. After a while another woman came over and was able to take our payment and point us to our room. Upon entry the option for tip is on the kiosk, there is also a note that says 2.2% surcharge for card orders on all purchases. I left a tip since we had a large group, silly me for assuming we would get any help. Won't make that mistake again. You don't get much when booking a party room. No helper, no food delivery or deals on group entry or large food orders. You get the room for how ever many hours you purchase at $20/hr. This needs to change, offer a deal or something, bare minimum someone to help set up and deliver food. Also they need to get pitchers of soda/water or drinks for parties, having to order individual soda at 3$ each then having to carry them back in a plastic bag was very off putting. At the food counter I ordered food for the party, it was around 1030ish and I knew it would take a while since this kitchen is not speedy at all. I ordered 4 pizzas and 4 orders of wings and tenders. I paid and tipped, once the order went in I heard the kitchen staff yell out some not so nice things and complain about how early it was. I asked the lady at the counter if they knew a party was coming in today. They didn't respond. I brushed it off and put on my happy face for the party. As expected it took a while for the food to be ready but once it was I carried all the food back (again not offered any help). We spent the remainder of our day there and had fun skating, playing pinball and bowling. Before I left I had to express my concerns to management, the only available manager was the kitchen manager. I told her about my concerns and asked for an email or some kind of contact information to share my experience and provide feedback. She went into the back office and came out with the general manager on the phone. I told her my experience from the day and provided my feedback. She profusely apologized and said she would be emailing me. Overall we had fun, but customer service and party offerings need a major overhaul.

As a child of the 80's roller skating was neighborhood staple. This place transported me back to the skating rinks of yesteryear. Thank you. We decided to try out this place and have a fun day out with my daughter and her cousins and they loved it and had so much fun! They switched from roller skating to playing on the arcade games and snacked on pizza and fries. The only negative is the condition of the roller skates for rent. The shoes laces were barely there on some of them. I saw some people who had their own with lights so I think we will invest in some for next time. The entry cost is great and the food and drinks are very affordable as well. We will be back very soon! read more

Stopped in for a tour and it is a spectacular place you pay one fee and get to use everything in there and you can stay all day and the fee even includes rollerskate rental. I'm not familiar with all of the games but there must be over 100 games and you can play as many as you want. It's really spectacular and has really hip paintings graffiti type psychedelic bright color paintings everywhere. And there's even a large outdoor area. I'm coming back on a Friday or Saturday when they have a DJ I'm an old guy, but I'd love to skate to the DJ music. We got a tour from the security guard guy super nice guy from Detroit. I can't think of his name right now but one of the kindest coolest people I've met in Menifee. This is a fantastic place for younger people or for parties or for everything events, I mean, super cool place I encourage everybody to go there keep them in business cause this place is way cool read more

Not worth it. The long line and wait just to get in already set a bad tone. Admission is $26, and while you can pay extra for return access, that should really be included at that price point. The food is overpriced and a 30 min wait for that--$14 for a small cheese pizza is excessive for what you get. It's also not toddler-friendly. Most of the arcade games are too tall for little kids to reach, with the skating rink being the only real option for them. To top it off, the women's restroom was filthy, which is unacceptable for a place charging premium prices. Overall, it wasn't a great experience and definitely not worth the cost. Won't be back. read more

Came here for a birthday party and the prices are insane. Not to mention there's literally no where to sit at all. $40 if you want to be able to go out to your car and grab something and $30 if you're willing to not leave. And half the arcade machines don't even work. Food is mediocre and overpriced, literally Torino's pizza for $10 that costs $2.99 at the store. Just save your money and go somewhere else. read more

They turned epic into a much cooler spot! I'm only holding back a star because if you're going in for your kids and not planning on doing anything, you still have to pay an entrance, but I can understand why. All the arcade is unlimited play for everyone who is inside, no real way of tracking who paid or not. Compared to any other arcade their entry fee is dirt cheap. You can easily spend hundreds at another arcade paying per game or come here and play for hours for much much less, and unlimited skate. Very cool decor and fun spot. read more

Listen, I don't know who designed this place, but they deserve a Nobel Peace Prize--or at least a lifetime supply of craft beer and a gold-plated ergonomic chair. Calling the owner a "genius" feels like an insult; this person is a high-level wizard who has successfully hacked the parenting meta-game. Here's the deal: I wandered in here for an impromptu gaming night for my son, paid $25.00 for UNLIMITED play, and effectively purchased a temporary restraining order against his constant begging for morr quarters like most arcade. It is the only place on earth where you can achieve "Legendary Hero" status for the price of a large pizza, all while ignoring your family to play Mario Kart for two hours straight. 10/10 dads recommended. read more

Great concept. Unfortunately, this place will never make it if they don't make some changes. We went yesterday and the temperature inside this establishment was easily 90%. It was SWELTERING hot. I was dangerously hot. Never going back again until they start using their HVAC. read more

I wish I could give them less stars. They allow adults to become obliterated drunk knowing well that children are present. Security does nothing when the drunk people start harassing the children and somehow blame the children. I spent well over $2,000 having a birthday party for my child which was ruined when I had to do security's job and tell drunk adults to leave my underage guests alone, 8 year olds. read more

My name ks EDWY everyone that has been to this location more then once must have seen me moving my RUMP! I am the RUMP Shaker of this rink. I used to go here every day when it was EPIC Roller Tainment. Let's talk about ARCADE MONSTERS! They are getting better on having A DJ I just was there this Thursday and low and behold I think they saw my Google review. I suggested the Playlist they had Needed HELP!.Now they had a DJ we still need to work on the Playlist from.10am to 5pm daily. Folks I offered many times to DJ here. JUST LET ERIC DJ DJ ezduzit he is better a DJ then. Floor guard in my humble experience. I much would love to work here I do not care about the pay. I APPIED! did not get a call back Eric is in his mid 30's and is a floor guard. I would love to floor guard for ARCADE Monsters. I am there Rump Shaker I bring a audience every time I come at a minimum when I publish where I am at at least 20 people would show and a max of 50 to 100 of my followers. My skate groups will not come until the prices goes down they don't play video games they use the rink Epic charged 15 bucks and had monthly loyalty card raffles where if you fill in a card your card goes in a drawing for a free month of skating but Arcade monsters is mostly about the video games I get it. This establishment was and is a rink. That floor is my personal baby I dance all over it. I fall.pver.peoles spilled drinks or rubbish from there skates they bring in. One thing epic done was make sure people.had clean wheels. Anyhow back to the review I love the pinball it's awesome some dont work very good because they are rare I get it but if a machine is broken then it's taking up space. The Scooby doo has been broken for 1 month with a sign on it this should ether be fixed in a timely or ripped out as it's tak9ng up space where another awesome game can go in os.my huge suggestion. I also repair video games and offered.. maybe I am hitting yp the wrong employee who knows if your a manager or owner please reach out to me I got ideas and knowledge to make this place EPIC.. Shauna and Joe the old owners knew me well they liked me. Basically everyone I come across likes me for some reason I guess I am a nice guy. Anyhow so we need to get this Playlist fine tuned or a DJ from open to closing there is music that is clean I f they are worried about the kids. But thriller every day by Micheal Jackson people are going to start not coming ot getting bard pf.the same Ole Playlist they got this one song that practically is a whole movie and no music I tell the skate guard no way this needs change or I will have to limit my visits and that is jot something I want to do I want to be there and bring people but if we got the same music daily and basically I know all the songs that come on. No joke!! A rink ether has a Staff DJ or a couple of Playlist. I LOVE THE NEW BASKETBALL GAME! now the food the price is way high you would be in a small fortune if you brought your whole family I suggest come down a couple ticks kn the prices on food Epic was better on the food price and they still.made a killing. Arcade monsters is awesome it's better then Dave and Busters hands down!!! I am.glad they kept the rink I will be still g o ing here try to put my input in for some change if they get a dj from open to close this would rule but so far they are doing better they had one there kn a Thursday issued to be only Friday and Saturday. To the owners reach out to me I am super approachable I want to help I offered to be a honorary skate guard I do help without being asked and I see a improvement by them accepting my help this is good. I just pray thy would ask me to put on a arcade monsters shirt and guard this floor I have skated for over 39 years yes I have fallen even there guards fall it's happens when you dont take a broom to the floor I always fall on debris or some scumbag that is drunk or sliding. Have nothing against sliders but really suggest they put there head on a swivel. The floor is super shiny love it but a tad slippery they kinda need to let the wax wear in a bit before treating it. The roof needs patching it leaks water and skates and water donr mix I found water and immediately reported it and helped clean it up so repair the roof and if your running that AC your going to need to find out why it has runoff the middle of the floor gets wet this needs to be fixed it's a accident just brewing Epic tried to fix it but I guess it's going to cost a bit of money. SKATE AT YOUR OWN RISK! (TOUCHED INAPPROPRIATELY!) I am deeply disturbed by the high rating this establishment has received. During a recent family visit, we were shocked by the inappropriate attire of the employees in a family-friendly environment. Their clothing, reminiscent of Hooters, gave males the impression that it was acceptable to touch others in an inappropriate manner, resulting in a violation of my personal space. This place is stellar it's fun for all ages and something for everyone. Best bang fo your buck for hours of entertainment whether it be to play your fav video game, ski ball, air hockey, foosball or even a lil match of bowling. But wait there is more you can enjoy a few spins around the roller rink on your own skates or the included rentals. It's all inclusive to your entry fee. The only thing you need extra cash for is if you are in the mood for an adult drink at the full bar or kids koolaid and a bite to eat they have it all. Take it from me we had 6 year olds alll the way to 76 years old and all had an amazing time. read more

It seemed odd as I thought children had roller skating birthday parties at places like this. At least they let us take out the knee pads and carry in the empty bag. Anyway, the space wasn't too crowded on Sunday, so it was easy to practice. I also rented one of those little wheeled walkers so I didn't fall all over the place. I was a bit bummed to learn that they didn't offer lessons, outside of their monthly "academy". I would have loved to drop in for a single session. All in all, it was a pretty good time. We had such a great experience at this revamped venue! I took my 10- and 12-year-old, and they absolutely loved it. The price was $25.99 per child, which I felt was totally worth it since it included roller skating, mini bowling, and unlimited access to all the video games. There were hundreds of arcade game options, so my kids were never bored. The claw machines do cost extra, but honestly, with everything else included, you barely even notice. They also have food and drinks available for an additional cost -- including adult drinks -- which is definitely a parent bonus while the kids are having the time of their lives. First time here for my family. Celebrating my son's 14 year bday. I came here earlier in the day to pay for everybody, to avoid waiting in line. There is seating along the skating rink and outside, which is where we found an empty table. We ordered food and played arcade games. The pizza was enough, sodas are cans and $3, same for water bottles. Inside was hot compared to outside. My toddlers were mini bowling and skating. My wife played games and skated. Disappointing visit. The skating floor was dirty and poorly managed--there were even strollers on the rink, which is a major safety hazard. Most of the games and pinball machines were in disrepair.
