I booked a room online for a kids birthday party. The process was simple and easy. The prices were reasonable as well. Communication from the staff was really great. They informed me a couple of days prior to the party that the air-conditioning (AC) system was not working. Although they gave me the proper notice, I did not realize how stuffy and uncomfortable the rooms were without the AC. The party was on a weekend that was very warm and I think that AC issue should have been addressed with priority. The kids had fun either way and the food was served while still warm. The chicken wings were at the perfect crispy level and the kids loved their pizza. This is a good place to have parties, especially for kids that love video games.

Amazing food, service, and drinks. Great place for the kids to run around and play variety of arcades/ games. My daughter was on fire today and Lisa who works here was so fast with her customer service help. Every time my daughter got a prize Lisa was there to give her the prize and reset everything. Amazing staff and environment

A couple of my YELPIE GIRLIES wanted to meet up somewhere for Karaoke so we searched on YELP & found out that Round1 has party rooms with KARAOKE for rent. I called to try and reserve a room but, they said it's FIRST COME FIRST SERVE! So I decided to host an UYE and we called it "PRE NEW YEARS UYE WITH JANET" PARTY OF 9: OK, first of all DEC. 30th should not be at HOLIDAY PRICES. DEC. 31st should be at HOLIDAY PRICE!! We all had a blast though!! FOOD: was pretty good! Most of my Yelpies ordered some winner winner Chicken Dinner dishes... The room had 2 microphones, 2 tables with 16 chairs and a sofa. Can easily fit about 20 people comfortably... CONS: The Room was HOT! And you cannot adjust it so we left the doors open throughout the 2 hours!! Also, there were no trash cans!?!? KEEP ROCKN ROUND1...I'll be back for ROUND2 ;)

I have always had a great experience here. They have fun arcade games, good food, and bowling. Great place for families and groups to have fun. The workers have always been very helpful and bathrooms are very clean.

Love this place for the games. They have a gigantic variety of games compared to most arcades. There's never really a problem with a large amount of the games not working. They check bags after a certain time which is nice for safety. But we decided to try the bowling. The wait wasn't bad for the little amount of lanes they have. While we waited for the lane we got the shake 'em fries which were priced at almost $6 compared to $3 regular fries. These shake 'em fries were advertised to be super Cajun seasoned, which sounds great. Then you get your basket and it's disappointing. Bowling was fun non the less and round1 is fun for a casual date night.

Great idea here with a family fun Center with video games everywhere, bowling, dancing games, fun music, and a million other things that can put you in a sensory overload when walking around... But my God... Total price gouging here with games. Really sucks the fun out of everything When you're having a spend $120 for 90 mins of fun with games. For reference, $120 on one card is 777 points to spend (listed as their best deal)... Games are between 10 and 20 points per. For reference, you cannot spend $120 for 777 points and split it across multiple cards... Which makes sense. If you buy two separate cards for $55 each, you get 300 points (listed as their most popular). So you literally burn through that in half hour. If you bring your whole family and you've got multiple cards, plan on spending easily $200 plus. Enough of the value here and let's talk about the food... The food for a bowling alley & arcade is not too bad. Sometimes you come across a good deal like $0.99 for an ice cream cone. Service has always been pretty fast here with food. Really do enjoy coming here, just hate spending so much money to do so. I feel like round one would bring in five times the business if they drop prices to a reasonable level.

We Yelpie Friends got together for an early New Years Celebration at Round 1 karaoke is always a crowd pleaser. Round 1 happens to have 3 private rooms for karaoke. They have 2 tables and a couch. What a nice set up except the room was stuffy due to the AC being down. They gave us 2 pitchers of water to cool us off? For the 9 of us we wanted the room for 2 hours. It was reasonable if you divided it that way. The sound system and TV work great. They give you 2 mics. Too bad the time goes by so fast. It was a fun evening. I did waste close to 30 minutes waiting for my food order though. I got the tayaoki and it was horrible. I do not recommend! They usually have ramen but were out of it. That's probably a blessing in disguise. They probably should stick with pizza and burgers. Oh and their ice cream was only 0.99 cents. That's a great deal and it comes with a cone.

Tasted bland and like white claw-Mai Thai Needed to add grenadine and we got the premium rum.

Waited over 40 minutes for three burgers and fries. The order system was completely disorganized -- we saw our food ready, but they kept calling other numbers and everything was all over the place. If you're hungry, just go to Red Robin at the same mall instead. Much faster and more reliable. Never again unless they seriously improve their service and quality.

We hosted my daughter's birthday here and the kids had a blast. They have various packages available to fit all types of budgets. We went with the 3 hour party and felt like that was the perfect amount of time. Started off bowling for two hours and ended the party with arcade games for the last hour. The pizza was actually pretty decent, it surprised me. Our party host was great and frequently checked in on us. The arcade is massive and has a bunch of claw machines, video games, and typical arcade games. I would suggest steering away from the claw machines. The claw's are pretty flimsy and the toys always slip. Bonus: They do serve alcohol starting at 12pm.

I came here a long time ago so idk how it is now, but I've always had a pleasant time here. I used to take my kids here and Dave n Busters. I like that Temecula at least has a Round 1. The whole place is huge and its fairly loud. The bathrooms are generally dirty. We bowl here, but prices are outrageous and they are first come first serve base. The lanes are limited as well. The food is also extremely expensive. While we wait for a lane to free up, we will play pool. I am terrible at shooting pool amd bowling so I don't do both those activities. Lol They have neat arcades and claw machines. Ofc they are impossible to win it, but omits fun trying. I enjoy family time here even if it is very expensive.

A good spot to bring your kids or teenagers that's located in the promenade mall. They have arcades, but it can get pricey. I wish they had deal days like Dave and Busters where games are half priced. As adults, we enjoy the pool tables and bar while the kids play. They also have a bowling alley. However , both times we bowled here and coincidentally we've gotten lane 11, it has broken down both times we bowled here. They did add the time back that we lost which is good. They have pub food like chicken tenders, slushies, pizza, fries, those types of foods. Customer service hasn't been bad and I like the music they play.

This place is basically a Dave & Buster's with a bowling alley and a lot of crane games. If you're into arcade style fun, you'll probably enjoy it. They also have private karaoke rooms, which could be a hit if that's your thing. There's a small snack bar area that also serves drinks Bowling costs $15 per person for one round, which includes shoe rental. Not the cheapest option out there, but it's convenient if you're already inside playing games. Overall, it's a fun spot for a group outing or casual night out, especially if you're looking for variety beyond just bowling.

Food: I didn't try Drinks: 5/5 Atmosphere: 5/5 Cleanliness: 5/5 Customer service: 5/5 Price: $$ ADA access: yes Restrooms: yes, M/F/Family Dogs: no Kid Friendly: yes Vegetarian options: few Vegan options: no Ambiance: casual, good for parties/groups, family fun Pros: wide variety of entertainment, bowling is a fair price, drinks are affordable, lots of space, good prizes , friendly staff Cons: each game is anywhere between about 9-14 coins. Some of them are only one play so it's easy to go through coins quick. $2 charge to get your first card to load coins. Lack of vegetarian/vegan meal options.

This place used to be great. Now they have removed the majority of skill based prize games and the prizes are no longer name brand.

I will admit, our visits are primarily during football season but that being said, I imagine that nothing changes throughout the year. Food, all great. We have jumped around the menu and we are never disappointed. Dad loves the lamb lollipops. Now, we dont want to share the space but for the greater good we give this place a 5+!

I normally prefer leaving positive feedback, but our Father's Day experience was too disappointing…read moreto ignore. I took my family of four for brunch, expecting their standard $20 per person rate. Instead, we were hit with a hidden price hike of nearly $40 per person. There was no clear signage about the holiday pricing, save for a single TV screen flashing ads too quickly to read. I saw the $20 advertisement on Facebook but am not on Instagram and that was the only place I found (two days later) the advertisement for the price for Father's Day. To make matters worse, the food quality was awful. Everything tasted like it had been sitting there for hours burning in the pans heated below by gas warmers. The biscuits were rock hard, the slider buns were completely dried out, and the bacon was burnt. The pancakes were stale and hard and the pasta/macaroni salad had been sitting out in an uncooled bowl with no lid. I couldn't even finish a plate because of the poor quality. Paying $160 for four people to eat a meal of this quality was completely unacceptable. I've had much better food McDonald's than this. Had the food quality at least matched the price, I likely never would have left this review. This ruined our family celebration, and although this was the first time we ever tried this place, we will not be returning to here again.
