Wet towels and sheets do not smell too good. There wasn't any laundromats in the Spanish Springs area and this one charges $1.79 a pound to wash and fold with next day service. I took the rest of the laundry and my wet load here deciding that I couldn't saddle them with the smelly towels and sheets but I was woefully unprepared...no cash (cash is still a thing at the laundromat!) and I didn't bring anything. Maria works here she she saved me! I ran one load, comped and with her splash of detergent and brought them home to my working dryer. Maria also took great care in washing the rest of my laundry which I picked up the next day. If you need the service, wash and fold is there and they pick up too if you need it. It's also a clean, safe laundromat just across the street from Teglia Park. It's well lit and well maintained. If you stop in, make sure you say hi to Maria. She is part of why it's so good.

I do not carry a lot of change, so I appreciated that they accepted CC and Apple Pay. A first-time laundromat user, I was not sure what to expect. Upon entering, I noticed right away that the location was very clean with lots of machines to utilize. A few benches and a few counters. The washing machines came in different sizes/prices, and the drying machines are large and offered at no cost. The machines themselves appeared newer and in good condition. I went with the largest size machines for my large bedspreads, which were labeled for "6 loads." Wifi is available, and there are also laundry roll carts available for use. It is essential to note that if you use laundry detergent pods, they should not be placed in the same area where you would typically put liquid or powder detergent in large washing machines. Place the pod inside with the laundry. That information would have been helpful, as I did not see the sign that stated that until afterwards.
