Another 5 star review. These guys are awesome. Best service and price in town. Will support this business again.

Super helpful. Prompt. Kind! I get lots of cloths dry cleaned while traveling. They were great! read more

They do a good job- normal turnaround is pretty quick, it's taken 3-5 days for me to get my suits dry cleaned here, but this last time I was charged almost $90 for three suits not expedited, that's like expedited New York/ San Francisco pricing from my experience.. They also didn't tell me how much it costs per suit, so I assumed it was reasonable, it def didn't cost that much last year when I had my fall/ winter suits dry cleaned read more

They always do great job, on time. Lovely family who owns it. Marisol is totally customer oriented and absolutely has a photographic memory for names! Amazing. read more

Pro's: Excellent work, good prices and smiling faces! Con's: None Go back?: Regularly! More... I so value my dry cleaner! I switched to this one from another where my items were lost 3 times! I don't know everyone's name here yet but I have been using them for at least 10 months. They are always friendly and are a family business. They have never lost one item. They give me a yellow receipt that I keep visible in my car to remind me to pick up, and they always find my items! I think their pricing is more than fair, as well. They recently did some drapery panel alterations for me and did a great job. I really like my dry cleaners! :) read more

I needed my husband's bespoke suit jacket cleaned for the Father/Daughter dance stat! Royal really delivered! After reading some less-than-favorable reviews of another place nearby, I wasn't going to trust just anywhere to care for a OOAK piece. I'm really happy I chose Royal Cleaners! They were fast, affordable and had the jacket back as promised. It looked good, smelled clean and was the quoted amount. PLUS - the sweet gal at the counter was super nice, friendly and professional! Overall, I'd say that's a WIN~! read more

Absolutely great service and very reasonable pricing. I needed to find a new dry cleaner so I gave Royal a chance. It was a great decision. Service was 5 stars and the owners were friendly and a pleasure to work with....especially on my large comforter that needed extra attention. Highly recommend! read more

I went to Royal Cleaners to get my down winter coat dry cleaned. They offered to clean my coat for $16 which was the cheapest quote I received after calling 4 places that couldn't have my coat ready for 4+ days. Royal Cleaners had my coat ready in 2 days. When I picked up my coat, I noticed there was a big stain that I didn't notice when I brought it in. I called and asked them about the stain and they said it was really tricky to remove but they offered to work on it. They worked on getting the stain out for a week- they said they had to put it through the dry cleaner 8 different times! I really appreciate that Royal Cleaners took the time to make sure my coat was free of stains. I highly recommend this dry cleaning company! read more

The best dry cleaner in Reno. Small local place and they always remember me. I've had shirts and suits dry cleaned here for 5+ years. Always great prices compared to the big guy in town. read more

Marisol at Royal cleaners is amazing! She fixed the holes in my favorite jeans in the crotch area lol she did a perfect job. And my husband is very picky when it comes to dry cleaning and she did an excellent job on his shirts as well. We most definitely will be back because since we moved back to Reno we have not found a good cleaners yet up until now. They will be our go to place from now on so happy read more

Royal Cleaners - Dry Cleaning Near Me - Reno, Nevada

I recently moved to Reno and I currently do have access to an iron. I decided on royal cleaners bc it was the same name of a cleaners my dad use to use in my hometown. So every week I have been coming to drop off shirts and pick up. The customers service reps understands the concept of customer service always trying to remember my last name and last week I dropped off a shirt after work and I forgot my wallet and she put the bill for this week. They do a great job cleaning I hope they continue their services read more

After being a loyal customer for the past few years, they lost my shirt as it was given to another customer. I understand this was a mistake but the reason for my negative review is the fact that they did not offer a solution for their mistake and they did not even return my call as I was promised. I was never offered a reimbursement for the cleaning service I paid for nor was I offered to be compensated for the shirt they lost. If they had the courtesy to own up to their mistake and offered a solution, I would gladly continue taking my business there. Because of this, they had just lost a regular customer. read more

I made the drive across town to Royal Cleaners even though I had many dry cleaners closer to me, because Royal Cleaners had the best reviews online. One of the dresses I brought in was expensive, and I only wear it for special occasions. I came to pick up my clothes a week after dropping them off, and the owner asked if my special dress was torn when I brought it in. I confirmed that it was not torn before it was cleaned, so I asked what could be done, since I had an event I wanted to wear it for in about a week and a half. The female owner told me that her seamstress was out on her honeymoon, but that she would be back the next day, and that she would call me with an update on my dress, at the latest, the following Wednesday. I didn't heard anything so I called on Wednesday. The phone didn't ring, but went straight to voicemail. I left a message asking for an update. I didn't get a call back, so I tried again on Friday. Once again it went straight to voicemail, and I left another message, voicing concern that I hadn't heard back, and asking for them to please call me with an update. I never got a call back, so I drove all the way there the following Wednesday to check on my dress. When I arrived the owner said she had been out sick, and that her husband "Is horrible at calling people back". She didn't seem concerned at all that I had to drive there to find out the status of my dress. Thankfully the dress had been fixed, so I was able to take it home. Bottom line: If you want to be able to get a hold of your dry cleaners by phone, don't go here. If you want them to clean something that you need by a certain date, don't count on it. You also won't be getting any updates if the female owner is out sick. (I gave them 1 star because they did a good job cleaning the other garments I brought in) read more

I swear the owner lives there. Very personable lady that always has a smile. The service is great. I have never had a problem with anything I have taken in to be dry cleaned or laundered. Especially grease stains- if you point them out at drop off they always seems to get them out completely. Quick turnaround time. And reasonable prices. Easy in and out parking lot too read more

Not only was I treated with courtesy and compassion on the phone when I was desperately trying to find someone to press clerical robes for my fiancé, but I was told to be there first thing in the morning and they would have them pressed and ready to go that day for a funeral we had to attend in Southern California. They delivered and have my business from now on! I never really expected that level of customer service! read more

Took a gown for cleaning last minute for event. Very pleasant and helpful energy from the woman up front. She was realistic about the stain on my dress , but optimistic about being able to fix the problem. Happy to have this service on Cal Ave. read more

I recently moved to the area and drove all over Reno looking for a reliable dry cleaner. 1. They are very efficient and work around your needs. 2. They are open later than all the other cleaners in the area which is life saving for those who don't work 9-5 jobs. Marisol is one of the nicest ladies that I've met since moving here. Her and her staffs' work is phenomenal every time. She has made my life easier and takes a load of stress of my shoulders. I will always and forever be a customer of Royal Cleaners. Support local and family owned businesses. read more
