I wanted to really like this laundromat because it is closest to my apartment. The attendant was okay, she's not rude but she wasn't as nice either--just okay and honestly, it's cool with me. The laundromat seems clean, and people are respectful of each other. It is located right next door to 7-Eleven so even though this location closes later than others, I have always felt uneasy coming here after dark just because of the folks that would hang outside 7-Eleven. This laundromat also felt like it only has air (no air conditioning) which made laundry day on a hot weather a little uncomfortable. The prices seem competitive among other laundromats and I'd probably come here again but only during day time and on a much cooler weather. read more

I am shocked - without a doubt the cleanest public coin operated laundry I have ever been in. Every machine in working order, clean decent music playing and a couple of video machines to boot. I was shocked to see the very polite attendant on her hands and knees scrubbing the base boards! She was doing it with a smile, greeted me with a smile - unheard of! This laundromat is clean, and most of the machines are functioning fine; the prices are also pretty comparable to the rest of the area.... However, the attendant decided my load of laundry was too big for the dryer I put it in and made me move it claiming that, "your clothes won't dry, probably." They would have. I've been doing laundry for 17 years, I think I'm capable of judging if a machine is too full. I was also harassed by a crack head the entire time I was here. Definitely won't be returning. It's been years since I used a laundromat but this was fine. Machines worked great. Some unusual characters there but made time go by fast

First off it is NOT coin operated. I brought in a bag full of quarters and ended up not needing them or being able to use them. The washer/dryers are operated by a card system, so bring in $1 bills. Being my first time here, the lady working was extremely helpful. If you're not expecting to be a regular, you can pay with credit card and they'll load a card for you. I was looking to but detergent and whatnot err as well, but again you need the special card to purchase detergent, softener and/or bleach. The lady working was nice enough to give me a scoop of detergent. Washing machines range from $1.69 for single loads to around $6.69 for super large loads, and $0.25 for 10 minutes of drying. read more

Last time I was here was ... geez ... like 6 years ago. At that time they had a cool MAME cabinet and free dryers. Welp, both those things are gone now, replaced by Game King machines and a broken Jurassic Park pinball. It's a nice enough place though, and the nice lady who owns/manages it seems to usually be there working on stuff and helping out if you need it. Prices are great compared to what I'm used to from Cali laundries too - 1.75 a wash (which takes only 18 minutes ... same machine would be 2.50 for 43 minutes in the Bay) and 25 cents per 15 minutes of dry time. Guess electricity is a lot cheaper out here? Area looks a bit sketch but you can literally see the main PD from the front door, so whatevs. read more

Wow, great customer service from Amber. From Sacramento and visiting Reno. I had a load of clothes for wash. And did the drop off pick up. Good price too. Not only was it quick to pick up. within the reasonable hours of pick up. So we ran around town. while the clothes were being washed. So when I opened the bag of clothes. A couple of weeks ago I went in to do a lot of laundry that has been packed away for some time. I was greeted with a smile by the attendant Connie. Not only did she hold the door while I carried all my baskets and bags in but she was over knowledge about the washers and dryers. I experienced a great conversation with her and will be returning to this location. She was non stop cleaning while having the conversation with me. This location is extremely clean and well kept, even with the homeless outside doing what they do. Connie was extremely polite and has top notch customer service. I actually enjoyed doing my laundry which is a huge surprise. Who likes doing laundry? Not me! Thank you so much Connie. I will be passing the word about this location and returning. read more

I had a very nice laundromat experience here. I was staying at circus for a couple Weeks on business. This is a great place nearby to do some laundry. People were friendly. I didn't feel raped by the prices. My clothes were dried in only 30 minutes. I spent my time playing the Lost World pinball machine--it's in great condition! read more

We're new to the area, and have washed there twice now. Our best comparison is with California laundries - to which it really shines. As others have mentioned, standard machines are $1.75 to wash, and a remarkable .25 for 15 minutes of drying. This is cheap compared to Cali, which charges you equal amounts for both washing and drying. I am not sure what Luke G. was saying - certainly the machines we used were all quarters. They also have plenty of the heavier-duty commercial-style machines which do the job fine - also all quarters at $3.50 for the smaller ones. They even have a larger size for $5.00. In short, the place is clean, there's a couple of very long, large tables to fold your clothes, and we didn't have to wait either time for washers. The dryers are a serious bargain. We found out this time that if you're a college student or a senior citizen - they'll give you free soap for the machines. There's a 7-11 right next door (to the left of the picture), so you can grab a snack or a drink while waiting, a nice synergy compared with most laundromats. It's an older place in an older neighborhood - but if you're looking to do laundry, it's a very serviceable place, and the majority of the machines are in great condition, with just a few out of order. read more

came here while i was at reno for a few days, since the hotels i stayed at (sands regency & circus circus) didnt had a laundry room inside their hotel, so i had to come here. this laundry place is seriously worth your money, it is around $4-$5 for wash & drying is for free! it has plenty of washing machines & drying machines, pinball machines, and slot machines. even 7 11 is right next door so you can buy some snacks or some drinks while you're doing your laundry. read more
