Every time I come here, the owner gives off an unfriendly attitude that makes customers feel like…read morethey're a burden. Instead of trying to help with simple issues, he seems annoyed that you even ask. One time, a dryer was cold, and there was a sign saying refunds would be given if there was a problem. I put in one quarter just to test whether it was working before wasting more money. When I explained that the dryer wasn't heating, he smirked, and said, "It's not going to dry on one quarter." That completely missed the point--I wasn't expecting my clothes to dry on one quarter. I was testing whether the dryer was producing any heat at all. Another visit, he was already staring at me as soon as I walked in, making me feel unwelcome. I politely asked if he could exchange two dimes and a nickel for a quarter. He smirked, gave me an annoyed nod, and said, "I don't have a quarter." It's a laundromat, where customers use quarters constantly, so that response didn't make much sense. The machines are one thing, but customer service matters too. A little professionalism and basic courtesy would go a long way.

I was just getting use to having to watch the boring ROKU programing since the management dropped their cable channels.. I was talking to another regular customer when I noticed there was no programing at all. When I told her I would ask the manager why, she told me to save my breath. She said she was told the regular manager Doug was on vacation & took the ROKU remote with him !!! Is this because we've been complaining about losing regular cable while we're there waiting for our laundry to finish? Is Doug trying to teach us his limited programing is better than nothing? After years of being a customer, does the owner want us to find someplace without such petty management?

Even though I called ahead to inquire about the laundromat's features and requirements, I was not told that the change machine did not take $20 bills which is all I had. Also, either the coin machine shortchanged me or the washing machine undercounted how many quarters I put into it. While expressing some of the liquid softener into the washing machine, I accidentally got some on my hand so I went to the sink to rinse the chemicals off and found that there was no running water. There was also no soap to wash your hands with (guess that doesn't matter with no running water). No bathroom available either. The place was pretty barren and not clean. I highly recommend avoiding this location as there is no one on site to help you and it doesn't feel safe.

Mr Bubbles has several, so they can all be done at the same time. Sheela was using one of my comforter for her nest- the machines did a great job on cleaning and the dryer removed the extra pup fur. It's not a fancy spot. Well used by the neighborhood. A new coat of paint and some floor repairs would be nice, but overall still a clean spot. I avoid weekends- extremely hard to find a couple of open machines. Week day morning, I start out as the only one here. It begins to fill up around 10:30- 11 am. Large washers run $6. Dryers got the largest thickest comforter dry for $ .75. A nearby dry cleaners wanted $30 for each comforter and wouldn't guarantee to get the fur off.

It's been a long time since we have frequented a laundromat and my previous experience was a little…read morehit and miss on the experience but when my washing machine gave up mid load and a huge pile of laundry, I knew I had to do something. Wet towels and sheets do not smell too good. There wasn't any laundromats in the Spanish Springs area and this one charges $1.79 a pound to wash and fold with next day service. I took the rest of the laundry and my wet load here deciding that I couldn't saddle them with the smelly towels and sheets but I was woefully unprepared...no cash (cash is still a thing at the laundromat!) and I didn't bring anything. Maria works here she she saved me! I ran one load, comped and with her splash of detergent and brought them home to my working dryer. Maria also took great care in washing the rest of my laundry which I picked up the next day. If you need the service, wash and fold is there and they pick up too if you need it. It's also a clean, safe laundromat just across the street from Teglia Park. It's well lit and well maintained. If you stop in, make sure you say hi to Maria. She is part of why it's so good.
