I did a wash n fold when I was in town on business and didn't have time to do laundry and they did a great job. I was really impressed with the quality and they even delivered it right back to me the next day. It was EXACTLY what I needed! read more

I highly recommend. Great to have food and drinks while doing laundry. Video games are fun. Great service and all the machines seemed to be in good working order. read more

Place is dirty and doesn't have any way to be other than 40$ in quarters also the machines stink

This place could be better if the staff didn't have an attitude as bad as they do. I stopped going there because of the staff. I tried a few more times thinking maybe it was a bad day, but it was always the same thing. Attitude mostly towards the non white customers. Place is clean, a little pricey but the washers and dryers are good. Not worth the uncomfortable feeling of not being welcomed. Taking my laundry and my money elsewhere. read more

I noticed when I was washing my comforters that a person bringing in really dirty bins filled with firefighter gear was using the machines. The soap/liquid that was used was a strange liquid not typical laundry soap. This seemed to be a regular occurrence since the manager started the all the machines for the person who brought the articles in. They did not have to pay. I was under the impression that this could be very toxic to the people who wash their items at this laundry mat. read more

This laundromat is clean, lots of areas to chill and work on your laptop while laundry gets done. Karger machines to add big blankets which saves time! The bar with a few keno machines is a nice bonus to kill time while you do laundry. read more

So... We are going on vacation tomorrow and my wife has to work late. We did not have time to do all the laundry so I thought, bring it to laundromat so we can do it all in one time. First time it's been absolutely years since I've been to a laundromat. The price starts at $4.00 Forsmann mode. They have a larger high capacity washer still, but I was able to sit in just a couple. They have coin machines, prepaid cards and an ATM. The lady gave me a coin bag to put all of my coins in. She was quite helpful. My first mistake was not putting a laundry pod in after starting the machine. I couldn't open the machine, so I asked the lady if there was anything I could do. She said she wasn't supposed to, but she did help me out. Reset the machine so I can get laundry detergent in there. That was very nice. The price if you want hot wash goes up $.50. So the white load was $4.50. They have a snack bar here and some alcohol. Kind of nice to have a beer while you're doing laundry for your wife. That way you could blame it on the alcohol in case you make a mistake lol. Place was very clean. Not crowded. Plenty of baskets to use. read more

I guess lost my business this place we go every 2 weeks. spend atlease $30 to $40 . Time look for another place.. read more

THEY CHARGE AN EXTRA 50 CENT FOR HOT WATER ONTOP OF 10 DOLLAR LOADS. Please save your time. I've been to several laundry mats and none are like this one. Yes they have an attendant, but it's not an excuse for overcharging or for not disclosing an additional charge for hot water. Maybe there are other laundry mats charging for hot water? I have never been to one tho, and never seen a washer cost more than 7 dollars. At least put a sign up to warn people before they put money into a machine only to have to pay more... additionally, new machines or large machines or whatever, 10 dollars a load is too much for laundry. Save your time and money, go down the street to the other laundry mat. read more

I use this place every time I'm in Reno. Love to sit and play slots and have my coffee while my laundry is in. Definitely helps pass the time read more

I recently stopped by this laundromat to wash a few loads of laundry. As compared to my favorite laundromat in Sacramento, this one was more expensive, and had less machine options, but got my clothes about as clean. The ambiance was not really comparable-- we're not allowed to have bars and casinos inside the laundry rooms in California! I think I might have been the only one not drinking. It cost about $11 to wash the same amount I normally wash for about $9 in Sacramento. The staff seemed very friendly and hard working. Both of the ladies were working both the bar and laundry area. There were a few locals who seemed to be loyal, regular customers. The washers and dryers don't accept cards, but there is a change machine to make quarters. There is also a 'soap station' that sells highly priced detergent and dryer sheets. It's definitely cheaper to bring your own, though. Overall this was a pretty cool place to wash laundry. I would probably come back here again next time I'm in the area. read more

This is the first time I have come here during the week. The service is just as amazing. It is still actually less expensive than doing the laundry at my apartment complex as well. I will continue to be a customer here as long as it remains a clean and fun place to do laundry. read more

I needed to wash some large bedding items and after my less than stellar experience at another local laundromat in town, I thought I would give Duds a try and I happy that I did. The place is clean and welcoming. There is a bar with slot machines, video games, TVs, bathrooms, and plenty of places to sit while you wait for your laundry. The washing machines are divided up in sections based on load capacities. For example section 40 is for "big" loads and will cost $6.75. Section 80 is the "biggest" and will cost $10.50. I felt safe while here and the staff were friendly and helpful- This will be my go-to laundromat in the future. read more

Service from the owner or workers were excellent. The value of paying for the use of the washing machines toe were over priced. I love the place and it was kind friendly and awesome that they serve food and beer there. But returning for overpriced wash..,...maybe not. But I do recommend this place with people who has the lifestyle of a new Yorker read more

Used laundromat for washing a comforter too big to wash in my own home. They are very nice there and have excellent customer service. The place is clean, comfortable and well lit. There's snacks and a bar area to grab a beer while you wait. I was pleased to see a 25% discount for military, veterans and even first responders. If that isn't awesome, I don't know what is! Anyone who offers a discount line thus deserves my business and yours too. I don't think you'll be unhappy using this pleasant local business. Cheers to the owners and the staff for creating a comfortable and cheerful place to do laundry read more

Very friendly and helpful staff. Very clean and safe! Large capacity washers and dryers. Convenient location.

This place is a dump! Old machines with coin operation only. Not in a great neighborhood.

attendant was very very rude! asked for a breakdown of a 20 dollar bill? she barked orders at me like I was a dog! I have never been here before, and I will never be back! if my clothes hadn't started washing I would have left. Sunday July 20th 2:07 pm 2025 ! read more

I've been getting my sheets laundered here since my arrival in 2012. I've used both locations and was sorry to see the North Valleys close, as it was nearest to my current home. I have always been happy with all their services and the helpfulness of staff. My sheets are always ready when they promise and well packaged. Most of the time they are very helpful to this disabled customer, today was an exception, but they were quite busy. I liked it better when fluff and fold services were a dollar a pound but at $1.75/lb it is still well worth it to me. read more

Accosting people about policies they have poorly posted is bad biz practice. Came with two comforters, left with one of the women saying she was going to murder people and filming my car as I left. Claiming people steal quarters when you pay for them is one of the most insane things I've ever heard. Complaining about neighboring apartment complexes when all I wanted to do was wash my oversized comforters and kill time. Won't go back on principle alone. Nice location ruined by horrible staff. read more

I was just visiting with my girls. We need to do a load of laundry. We're from the Cali Bay Area. Come to this place. Wish we had places like this in Marin. It was fun doing laundry. How many times can you say that. They have games for your kids to play. They serve food. Amazing nachos and the twisted tea was supper yummy!! They have everything here to have fun while you wash and dry. Plus all the lady's that work here. They were supper kind and helpful and we have a good chat. Love it!! Anytime I visit the snow we're coming here if we need to clean anything. There also next to gas stations and dollar tree etc. Actually pass the time having fun with your family!! read more

Had a king size comforter cleaned here. Great price, fast (3 days) and friendly employees.

Came in for the first time today after meaning to for years. Asked the lady folding laundry where the change machine was and while another woman kindly pointed it out to me while saying nothing (which was genuinely helpful), the woman who works here was annoyed, answering "over there where it says CHANGE" before rolling her eyes and walking away like she was annoyed. Won't ever come back here. read more

Nice people, clean environment, great washers, and they the dryers work great but only cost .25 to start. Being able to sit drink a beer play some games, win some money and watch tv? Why would you want to go anywhere else?! If yon need to do some laundry in town this is the place! read more

Haven't been to a laundromat in years. First time to a Duds n' Suds. Pleasant surprise. Clean facilities and machines. Didn't see any machines out of order. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Clothes came out looking worse than when they went in. The machines barely had any water in them, to the point where lots of the Gain Boost pellets I put in didn't dissolve. Just regular clothes, no comforters or anything weird that would throw off the machines. And yes, I know how front loaders work. This wasn't user error. Will absolutely never set foot into this establishment again. read more

Clean business with efficient machines. Detergent was expensive. Will return to wash my large blankets.

The beautiful red haired young lady working Saturday morning, August 20th deserves a raise. I had 2 bedspreads to wash, too big for my washer. Walked in to a busy, crowded laundromat with the deer in the headlights look. She noticed me right away and helped me find the appropriate washer. I saw the 25% off for military sign and she helped us with that too! Thanks for supporting the military Duds and Suds and a special thank you to the young lady who helped an old couple navigate your business. read more

Ok, let's get one thing straight... Laundry is a pain in the butt! I live in an apartment, and have 1 washing machine and 1 dryer (communal). It's just a pain to do laundry there, no change machines, not fun. But then, you come across a place like Duds n' Suds. Where laundry, can be fun! I mean, they have a bar, and slot machines. Tuesday's are all day happy hour, so 2- Rolling Rocks for the price of 1. Yes please. I always end up spending way too much money when I go here to do my laundry, because I always drink, and then gamble. HA! I have to say, this place is always clean, and I never have a hard time finding machines to use. There are plenty. They have 2 change machines, and a soap/dryer sheet machine. The staff is super friendly, and it's fun to sit at the bar and chat with people. They also serve food, nachos, and hot dogs. Doing laundry can be fun people! read more

Used this spot to get some laundry done with my lady a while back we brought the kids with us so cause no babysitter and we had to make sure they got homework done . The gentleman who was working was the bar was very attentive to our needs asking us if we wanted drinks or bar food before he closed down the bar. (They have a no outside food allowed policy) why? Idk. But not a problem because conveniently their are a couple fast food joints (Carl's jr. KFC. Del taco) walking distance of the laundromat. They've got plenty of large washers and dryers for your big loads. Which makes it more time convenient. You can even drop off your laundry to get it done. And if you need an extra space for your laundry but don't have the basket space. They do sell plastic bags for some change and your convenience. Just make sure to ask the clerk. I recommend this place to anyone. read more

More of a hillbilly vibe. If you really need to drink and want a snack while you wait along with unprofessional employees that are loud asf this is your place. There is music on but you can hear their unprofessional conversations across the laundromat and is much louder than the music itself. Came in once it was manageable, came in second time and their whole demeanor changed. I'm queen of playing dumb but saw right through their bs. Only came back due to it being close to me while commuting. Worth driving to another laundromat to avoid a place like this. My washing machine had to be started for me due to having to use my credit card instead of quarters so I couldn't just get my clothes out and leave. read more

I like to do my laundry out at a laundromat. It seems to keep me focused on the task, so that I get it done faster, and it's nice to socialize and get away from home for a bit. I originally visited Duds N Suds on the premise that it was "fun" to do laundry. The good side is that the place is clean and organized, and maintained by a live staff person who is available to help with any issues that come up. A majority of the machines are also new or newer, giving a great variety of options to clean your clothes with. There is also a bar with limited alcohol options (beer, wine, etc) and snacks. There's also a TV on the wall that plays a selected channel the entire time the laundromat is open. Bathrooms are clean and well-maintained and the floor plan is comfortable. The other side is that there isn't really anything "fun" about this, let alone different, besides the appearance of available amenities. I have no interest in drinking while I do laundry, and people generally keep to themselves, so the experience for me is no different than any other laundromat, except for the fact that it's cleaner than most and there is an attendant available for any issues. Overall, if I have to choose a place to do laundry, I would gladly choose this place. However, don't kid yourselves - it's nothing more than a cleaner version of any other laundromat, and for that, the place gets three stars. read more

Arcade games? Solid music on the radio? A fun and festive atmosphere? A bar? Where the heck am I? From that description I could be anywhere! But if I told you the sweet smell of freshly dried sheets filled the air, you'd probably be confused, but then might guess I was at a laundromat. And, well, you'd be right! Duds n' Suds to be specific, and I've gotta say, it was really a pleasure to visit, and FAR from what I expected! After a few large events, I had some serious linen to launder, so I searched Yelp for "laundry by the pound" and found Duds n' Suds, which had a seriously high 5 star rating. So I went in with my massive mounds of linen, and was pleasantly greeted by a sweet woman who walked me through the process. After weighing them (56lbs to be exact), she let me know they would cost $2 per pound to launder. Having seen $1/lb advertised on their website, I expressed some confusion, and in a very professional and friendly tone, she explained why they cost a little more. That customer touch explained away any sticker shock, and I left my linens to be laundered. I returned a few days later to be greeted by the same woman, and she handed me my linens back, neatly folded and shrink wrapped, ready for the next event! While this service may be a bit costly, it's certainly worth it when you know your stuff is being looked after by great people, who treat it like their own. I'll certainly be back the next time I'm in need of this service, and if you have larger items like comforters and blankets, I highly recommend letting their heavy duty machines take care of this stuff for you! read more
