Only issue with this place these days are the dryers that work sometimes.... Sign says they would refund it and credit it to the next dryer but the guy who was working said "he didnt know". We've just moved to Reno and don't have our own machines yet. To say I'm particular about cleanliness and the condition of my clothes would be a vast understatement, and this place hits the mark. The owners are constantly moving around the room, cleaning and tidying, making sure things are kept in top notch condition. I read reviews on three places before choosing this location and we went yesterday with 9 loads! This is the most well maintained laundromat I've ever experienced. Comfortable chairs to wait in and big double tables to fold! Machines are in excellent repair, clearly labeled, and perfectly functional. Prices are marked and they range for the various sized machines in a way that's clear and fair. They even have signage telling you exactly how to operate them and where to put the soap, which I needed as these aren't your regular home machines. They have one dryer that was big enough that I could have put my whole fiancée in there, not that I'd even think of that, haha, he was helpful with the folding and getting it back into the car. I highly recommend this spot for the quality and condition of the machines, and saw the owner folding a client's wash and her touch was on spot, her folds and stacks put my amateur approach to shame. I'll be back with my large items even when we get a set of machines at home as this place has the gigantic machines and dryer to host even the fluffiest blankets with ease!! read more

First, impression...very clean. The workers were wiping down the washers and dryers, and floors weren't trashed. Washers were nice....it is a coin laundry, but they offer a laundry card called Spyderwash. Which you can add money to instead of carrying around a bucket of coins.. They have 45 lb washers that are $5.50. 30 lb washers that are $3.75 20 lb washers that are $2.75 Dryers are 8 minutes for$ 0.25 And a giant dryer that is 4 minutes for $0.25 Lots of table space to fold clothes Lots of signage about the do's and don'ts. I don't mind.. People have to take responsibility for their stuff, and no shenanigans will be tolerated!! All in all, it was a nice experience. In town for my son's baseball tournament. Hours state open until 10pm on Yelp! And I arrived at 7:58pm. Sign inside says close at 9:30pm and no laundry allowed after 8:01pm. I put my laundry on a table and walk around looking for a functioning change machine to get quarters to use washing machine and the woman deny's me to use wash my clothes. Stating it's too late and says there's another laundry mat a mile away that closes at 10pm. I told her this one says online closes at 10pm and I arrived before 8pm I was getting change before loading the machine. She said it's not fair if she had to allow me she would have to allow everyone and to come back in the morning. My son has a baseball game at 8am and we couldn't get here earlier because of his games today/all weekend that depleted our clean pairs. I am writing this review at 8:05pm in the parking lot before heading to big 5 before they close to spend money on new baseball pants Yelp! This is an alright little laundromat that's by far the most convenient to the downtown casino-hotels, new to me as I haven't been to Reno in a few years, it replaces an older one that used to be on the other side of the Gold Dust West. Place has newer machines that work pretty well, well-maintained enough and all that. My only complaint is the payment system. Machines technically take quarters but it's bring your own apparently, as the two change machines have "OUT OF ORDER" signs on them. Lacking that option, you have to pay $1 to buy a "Spyderwash" card and then load it with bills. So if you don't have enough ones on you, a $4 load of laundry turns into $6 with all this gimmickery. Yeah you get to keep any extra on the card, but if you don't live in Reno or plan on doing long trips there, good luck finding a use for it ... apparently Spyderwash is some national thing though, so maybe you'll run into one at a truck stop or something, I dunno. The card also sucks at the dryers. They're 25 cents for 8 minutes which is fine, and they heat up pretty well. But you have to swipe the card individually for each 25 cent increment! Takes forever and is incredibly annoying. It's OK but come properly prepared with your own quarters or small bills. read more

It was pretty clean and quiet. There were a few interesting characters but everyone stayed to themselves. There were three sizes of washers: 20lbs, 30lbs, and 45 lb loads. It cost me roughly $2.25 per wash load and $1.25 (a quarter for every ten min) for the dryers. There was a tv up on the wall with something on, but I mostly hung out in the car or walked the tow blocks to grab a coffee at Homage. Not a bad place to get a load of clothes clean. read more

We've been coming here for a little bit because they have nice machines, however I don't appreciate being treated like Im doing something wrong by waiting for my laundry so we'll be taking our business elsewhere. read more

We used a lot of washers, and made a little mess, but the owners were incredibly nice, incredibly helpful, and wonderful to work with. Who doesn't love when their washer breaks down between Christmas and New Years?!? Unable to get a repairman out until after the new year, my husband and I decided to spend some "Quantity Time" together by washing some essentials. Luckily, our Yelp app pointed us to use Laundry Depot. Great parking, safe, clean, and even has large TV screens (with the volume so you can hear it!) so you can pass the time. We took a row of 6 machines and didn't notice until after the washing started that we chose the small machines. Oops. But good to know that they offer multiple size washers to accommodate larger loads. I was glad that the machines took credit/debit cards because I'm out of laundromat practice and didn't have a stash of quarters handy. As we were waiting for our clothes to dry, we noticed a gentleman cleaning up areas, emptying trash cans, and cleaning out lint traps. I'm assuming he's one of the owners but it was nice to see his pride in the workplace. I'm really hoping we can get our washer fixed ASAP but if we can't, I would feel very comfortable using Laundry Depot again. read more

Conveniently located outside the casino vicinity (.5m), this place is well-lit with ample parking. We did laundry during weeknight, so cant really tell how crowded it will be on weekends. But there are plenty of machines, so you won't have to wait awhile. They also have coin changer, detergents and snacks vending machines, in case you come unprepared like me. I recommended to my coworkers and since they didn't have enough time, had the extra laundry service, drop off and pick up! Amazing! read more

When you have to launder comforters and throw blankets, I would recommend Laundry depot for clean, fast service. The size is huge for washers and dryers. The owner is on site and you can use your debit/credit card. Great facility and clean machines. read more

This place only has the bigger washers. It's Very expensive. I paid $4.50 per wash. I was visiting the area, so I had no choice. Also, the dryers don't dry very well, so I had to keep putting more money in. Only plus is it was clean. read more

My husband and I have been going here for a few months with no real problems or complaints. We unfortunately will not be returning after the owner decided to be very aggressive and rude. We did not have a mask with us at the time and there were maybe 2 other people total in the building, we sat down and instead of politely asking us to wear them or offering us a mask the owner aggressively asked us why we weren't and continued to be very rude. I don't mind when someone is polite about it, but he did not offer us an alternative mask option and left us feeling singled out as many other people were not wearing masks. We were not bothering anyone and his tone and harsh words to us were completely unnecessary. We have decided to go elsewhere now. read more

Anyhow, we decided to use Laundry Depots wash, dry and fold services and we were not disappointed. A nice Asian gentlemen received us warmly and worked with our schedule to make sure we would have our much needed laundry by the time we needed to get out of town (headed to the Klamath River in Yreka... again awesome!!!). By being thoughtful and kind owners who are gracious to their customers. Well maintained facility that is well-lit at night and immaculately well kept any and all times. We were in town for the Reno baseball tournament all the way from Hawai'i . The person in charge was sleeping in the front corner but it was more than easy to figure out exactly how to do what needed to be done. Machines worked quickly and dryers were nice and hot. Cleanliness of the facility was terrible. Chairs with no backs on them. I am visiting from out of town. I understand it could be hard to maintain a facility with unsavory clientele that do not respect the property of others. However, there are things that could be done to spruce up the place. I am scared to have my cloths touch anything except the machines. I will say that most of the machines were in operating condition and did as they were supposed to. I've been coming here for about the past three months and I am definitely going to keep coming back. The washing machines are very powerful and fairly fast. They have several wash style selections and the machines are always functional. They have several different sized machines with the largest machine costing less than 5 dollars for the typical wash. Adding an extra rinse cycle only costs 25 cents more. The standard dryers are large enough to dry my queen sized comforter. The dryers only cost 25 cents for 10 minutes and they are super powerful so I typically only spend 50 cents per dryer. I love the management here as well. They are always onsite and willing to help you use the machines. They also give fantastic advice on how to maximize your laundry experience. This is great for someone like my partner who doesn't do laundry. This is the best laundromat in the Reno-Sparks area and will leave you confident that your clothes are getting the cleanest they possibly can! I'd give more than 5 stars if I could. :) read more

This laundromat is convenient located to downtown and right across the street from a casino so it was easy to get change. There was enough parking. It's clean enough and well priced $2 for single load machines, $3 for double and $4 for triple 25-cents for 10 minutes on dryer. I would usually wait to go home to do laundry, but I was moving my son into the dorms at University of Nevada so we had lots of bedding (quilt, sheets, towels) to do, which all fit nicely in the triple load machine and dried quick enough in the hot fast dryers. read more
