Great place! I have my own washer and dryer at home but prefer to go to a laundromat when I have big loads but can never find the right place.....well today I did! Paradise Laundry is CLEAN....which is very high on my requirements......nice and working machines, great and friend staff and reasonably priced! The even have an app called DexterPay so you don't have to carry money with you, just pay on the app! I live all the way in Cold Springs but for this type of service it's definitely worth it! Our washer broke and we had a pile of laundry to take care of before our new one arrives. We stopped by another laundromat in sparks and couldn't even find a parking space. We quickly got out of here and got lucky, finding Paradise laundry. A lot of people were here doing laundry but we were able to find machines and the attendant came over to help us too. It's clean in here and it was nice to see they offer laundry service, have free WiFi, a vending machine and books to read in their little library. It's also next to egg roll king in case you want to eat and sit next door while your clothes are washing or drying. Just set a timer so you're being courteous of others who might need the machine. I went to paradise laundromat on a Thursday and didn't have the best experience. I witnessed one of the laundry attendants racially profiling, I felt rushed with my laundry, my concerns were ignored, and nonetheless I do not plan to come back. Although, i did have a good experience with one of the attendants named Diana she tried her best to turn my experience around. She was very hard working, attentive with the other customers, and was on top of keeping all areas clean for the next customers to come. I hope if you come here to do your laundry you have a better experience. Nobody deserves to be rushed in a place where you're spending money! read more

Tragedy struck when our washer broke! While we are waiting for the new part to arrive and get installed, we needed to find a laundromat! My search on Yelp helped me find this place. It is a clean laundromat with actual human attendants! Although it was busy on a Sunday afternoon, there were three washing machines available for us, so we weren't there too long. You might be thinking, " A 5-star laundromat!?" YES!! Paradise Laundry is a laundromat you wish you had as a kid and are absolutely floored to find exists. The outside doesn't look like much. It's inside a strip mall next to a Chinese restaurant and dress shop. When you walk in the place seems a little small but that's nothing compared to what you'll experience. First, all of the machines are modern and high-tech. They're very high efficient, and are connected Wi-Fi. The Wi-Fi connection works with an app that allows you to pay through it and keep track of the laundry timer. It also gives you additional options if you need to deep clean your laundry. They also take quarters and there is a machine that takes cash for quarters on site. The prices are fair for what you get. They also offer laundry detergent, softener, and laundry bags for sale, free coffee, AND a laundry service where you drop off your laundry and they wash, dry, and fold for you for a fee. How cool is that!? And it's usually done the same day! The laundromat is always very clean (even the bathroom) and the attendants are very helpful and kind. They are also bilingual so if you are a native Spanish speaker, you will always be helped. It's actually a requirement to be bilingual to work there. If you're in-between home laundry machines or looking for a laundromat,I definitely recommend checking out Paradise Laundry. You'll definitely enjoy it. The washing and drying machines all look new and updated. You could use an app to run the machine and pay for it. Better than using $7 worth of quarters. They have commercial size washers and dryer in addition to regular. The ladies there running the place are nice and helpful. They offer brewed coffee. Very clean. New machines. On site staff was very helpful. I've paid $70 to clean 1 down comforter in the past but won't make that mistake again. I was able to wash/dry 2 comforters and 3 blankets in less than a hour for $15. Free WiFi. Free coffee. Books and toys for kids. Great place! read more

The washer didn't work well, I've asked the assistant(Raheal) to come look at it coz it wasn't rinsed properly but she was very unkind, I managed to rinse it off but then her boss came after I was almost done and instead of helping , he was concerned about the amount soap I've used to wash could affect the machine, generally he speaks out of manner. Couldn't tell you the last time I needed to use a laundromat but our dryer pooped out two days before a massive road-trip. I volunteered as tribute to do those last bits of laundry. Turned into multiple loads of laundry. Nevertheless, this place is pretty magical! Got two industrial sized washers going and went to the donut place two doors down. Then I enjoyed free WiFi, a soda and donuts as my laundry whirled away. This place is really clean and they actually offer drop off laundry services by the pound which is very luxurious! The dryer is getting fixed this week but you know what......I'll be returning with dog beds, throw blankets and comforters- too convenient and timesaving to pass up! read more

The owner was present the whole time and even asked for feedback on what to stock or what foods I liked and even asked for input on anything else he could better for everyone coming in. You can tell he genuinely cares about his business and how it can serve others. Everything worked great and the cleaning experience was fine despite catching a couple in the act of actively trying to steal my clothes and taking them out of the washer and putting them into their own basket. And another customer getting in my face (unprovoked and while I had headphones in and was folding my laundry quietly to myself) about Biden and Trump and other political matters they felt the need to talk at me about. I met the owner, Mike, at Paradise laundry. He was doing some maintenance and told me about the new machines they've installed. All the machines are working great and are brand new. I used to go to this location years ago with my mom and the laundromat has been under different management throughout and so far, this current one has done some incredible changes. They have several sizes for washer and dryers, so you're able to fit little loads to big ones like comforters. Staff memebers are friendly, the one I met on the Wednesday afternoon shift was sweet, and they have coffee. :) this has honestly been the most peaceful part of my week haha. also on Monday's they do a story time and kids get a free book to take home. From out of town and needed to wash my clothes. It was near my hotel (circus circus) and pretty clean with regular people there, no weirdos. The owner on sight with cameras, different size washers, 20, 40 and 60 lbs washers. It cost me around $12 to wash my family's clothes, 2 loads washer and dryer. Owner very friendly and answer all ur questions and willing to do ur laundry for $1.50 per pound and folds them. Great place to wash ur clothes, will go here as gain. read more

This laundry is clean, well lit, and run by friendly, helpful people. We came to wash our "ruggable" rug and needed a large washer. The attendant noticed us looking for a big washer and led us to the perfect size. We didn't ask for help, she was just that attentive. This place still takes quarters; we used our debit card to buy soap and 10 dollars for the quarter machine. We forgot our laundry soap at home -doh!- and bought a cute bottle of Tide that is the perfect size for the RV. The laundromat has an area with educational toys for little ones and chairs to sit while waiting. We didn't see kids; it was mostly couples and single Gen Z's rocking out on their ear pods. We had good Wi-Fi reception and caught up on texts and emails. There is a donut shop in the same strip mall; this would make for an easy Saturday morning: pop the laundry in the machine, eat donuts for breakfast, fold, and go. read more

Long and narrow, in the KMart mall on Oddie, this laundry is next to the Egg Roll King. A lot of machines, most $1.75 or $2 per wash. There is a detergent dispenser machine, and there are at least a dozen laundry carts. There is an attendant on duty for drop off laundry. If you are local to Sparks, this a decent place to go while you look for your Blue Light Special at KMart, next door, or to get an egg roll. If you are visiting and staying at the nearby Nugget, well, they won't wash your socks and underwear, only your towels. They will dry clean them for an arm and a leg, however. read more

Ok, so I want to first of all say i wish i could leave an "Its real, and its chill, but it aint real chill". Like a 2 and a half star rating. About 15% of both the washers and dryers are busted at any given time. Grab a wheelie-cart as soon as you can, and dont turn your back on it. Own it, or you will be shleping your wet goods all over the place looking for a dryer, because its really difficult to find two that work next to eachother. They sell soap here, but im sure its expensive. Save yourself some money, and buy it at Kmart (see other review). They offer free coffee, and some picked over donuts on Sunday, so you got that. Most of the customers are unhappy, and real salt of the earth types, and when i say that, i mean depressed losers. Made me laugh and ponder my life choices, haha! Prices are decent, and the girl that works there really does her best to keep the place clean, and make small talk with the customers, as long as you speak spanish. I dont, but she was very pleasant with me. No milfs or gilfs in this laundromat, its truly as cheap and dirty as one can imagine. Ive never had trouble, and Ive gone there at night even. read more
