Thankfully I have a washer/dryer unit where I live, unfortunately it is small and I know that my bulky blankets won't get throughly cleaned if I jam them into the washer. So, I made the choice to take them to a laundromat. This location came up first in my Yelp search. This place is gross. It just gave me that ick feeling. I set the water temperature to HOT, but I don't think that option worked. I'd say 75% of the machines were out of order. It was dark, damp, and dirty. I am pretty sure I sat in urine when I made the mistake of attempting to sit on the bench. I didn't even dry my blankets all the way. I liked that it wasn't busy during the weekday daytime. It's located near a bunch of fast food restaurants. Prices seem reasonable. Air conditioned inside. There is a sink that has soap and paper towels. The sink itself needs to be updated, though. In fact, the whole place could use an update. This place needs to be shut down immediately... all the dryers are broken you'll be lucky if you find one that works properly.. the washers are bad and broken as well , they use the most minimum amount of water while washing I sat in front of it and after 15 minutes of spinning back and forth my clothes were bone dry so I called the number on the door and some guy answered it and was rude and disrespectful, I want my $1.75 back and my 30 minutes of my life back that I waisted at this hell hole... read more

Customer service is really good. Machines do not accept credit card but they have a machine that can break your bills. The big commercial washer costs $5 and the dryer was $0.25 for 15 mins. read more

I was visiting my parents in Reno for a convention, and they took me here to do some laundry before heading back. The owner is super nice and very helpful if you need anything. If you only have big bills, they'll be happy to help break them for the change you need to wash and dry! They also have a lot of snacks, drinks, and games to pass some time while you wait. Did you know you can drop off your laundry and it'll get washed, dried and folded for $1/pound! It definitely beats having to spend hours at the laundromat and waiting for the washer. The facilities are a little outdated, but the owner is almost always there or available by phone in case anything goes wrong or if you need change. They have a couple video games in the back to spend your time on while you're waiting for your load and a couple vending machines up front to get snacks from. read more

Went in during normal laundry drop-off hours, nobody was there....sign said to call number. Called, it was the owner and he said he was gone for the day and to either leave the laundry or come back tomorrow. We decided to leave it, left a note with our number and let owner know we were leaving it by his drop-off door. Fast forward to 3:50pm the next day, still at work..... owner calls and in a very rude manner tells me "Come get your laundry by 4pm!!" Ok but I'm at work and it says open until 7pm. Owner insists I get it NOW. Leave work, show up...... owner actually storms out of laundromat and OPENS MY CAR DOOR before I even have a chance to get out, throws my laundry in, and demands the $18. I give him $20, never returns with change. Was VERY RUDE throughout this transaction...... for WHAT REASON? Never was rude back, never understood why he acted this way. My whites were still dirty and all of my clothes were folded hastily making them very wrinkled!! WHY????? Never returning. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else if you need full laundry service. This guy was OUT OF LINE and if he treats customers like that he deserves to go out of business. read more

This place is filthy dirty. Half the machines and dryers are broken with out of order signs on them. The only perk is that it's cheap, but I'm not even sure ya worth it. The cost is $1.75/wash and 0.25 for 15 mins of dry time. It's small and cramped and doesn't have a lot of folding area. Can't say how this place rates compared with others in the area but I found it run down and dirty. Many broken machines and not all are marked not working. Solid laundromat. 2 bucks for the smallest washer, but 25 cents gets you 45 minutes of dry time. They have 3 TVs mounted up showing the various news programs of the day, an attendant constantly on hand, and I think this is the first laundromat I've ever visited anywhere that had a restroom. This is your typical laundromat, I've been coming here for years. The owner is really nice and happy. They have 4 extra large loaders (equal to two load or fits queen/king comforter and one sheet of equal size) they are 18 coin $4.50?. They have $1.50 front load regular wash and speed queen commercial wash front loader $3.00, and your old school top loaders single loads $1.75. Most of the time the back double/triple wash extra large loaders are filled or maybe out of order because people put too much soap in. Check check check your loaders after all too many times people don't look in and their favorite tee shirt is stuck to the top of the loader and then it goes home with the next person who loads in it. They have gas and electric dryers. They start at .25 every 15 minutes. They have arcade machines and vending food/drink machines and you have your soap vending too and two coin exchange machines. It's not updated as far as decor but it will give you clean and dry clothes and several places to fold your clothes. Last load is 9:15pm but I would get there at 8:45-9pm if you're planning on folding after. The seating isn't the most comfortable but enough for everyone. I don't think I've come here at any time of day or day of the week and there hasn't been at least one screaming child running around. There's usually plenty of metal baskets. I don't know what else to say about this place. I don't mind coming here! read more

This is the dirtiest laundromat I've ever been in, in my life. Only came here because my washer/dryer broke at home. I used to come here many years ago before I could afford a washing machine. Reno seriously needs more businesses like laundrymats on east side of airport. And this was closest to Rock Blvd / Longley Ln. I walked to laundry because no bus runs. The posted attendant hours were wrong. A regular washer ripped me off $2 in quarters. When I called owner said not to worry use another washer & he'd refund my money. I walked to bank to get more quarters & he never showed! I'm going to Duds and Suds instead even if it's further away & costs almost double. I'm not stupid & owner/attendant answers his phone then why can't he promptly be there to refund if he said he would? I had one load of bedding of just whites, including an heirloom bedspread that my grandmother crocheted. I put it in one of the commercial washers (took 18 quarters) and added soap and a little bleach. Once washed I transferred the load to a single dryer. A while later I checked on bedding and saw that everything had spots of discoloration. Either the washing machine or the dryer had something in it that caused blue, pink and brown spots. The employee on duty was polite but offered nothing more than "I'm sorry". Not really good enough considering how much was ruined. read more
