The pain of owning a dry cleaners myself and then having to go and get clothes dry cleaned it probably the saddest experience I have had. This place used to be good before the new owner bought it. I knew the previous owners for they have helped us before when our machines have gone down and we needed to get out customers clothes finished. I've brought my clothes here and the pricing was very reasonable and they pressed my silk dresses perfectly. Unfortunately I brought my clothes in a little too late. I brought in a suit and two dresses and it cost $54 ish. Which is a crazy price especially already knowing the prices of products and what everything costs. I picked up my clothes and checked my items and noticed hard creases all over my silk dresses. The pain of being a perfectionist. I called the store to just let them know to pay a little more attention to detail and knowing more about clothes and that these types of dresses are just supposed to be steam pressed without any creases and they don't pick up their phone. So at this moment I will not be brining my clothes here and will have to find another dry cleaners that actually take pride in owning their store. read more

If I could give zero stars, I would. I dropped off over $200 worth of clothes, and this dry cleaner completely lost them. Given the disorganized mess at this location, I'm honestly not surprised. The guy who works here has piles of clothes everywhere with just tickets on top--no real system. Clothes are left by the front counter, completely exposed, and he's always in the back doing who knows what instead of managing the store properly. After realizing they lost my clothes, he said he would check the other location and give me a call. Of course, that never happened. When I stopped by again, he pretended to look through the racks, then gave me a half-baked excuse about the owner being out of town with some family emergency. Conveniently, that means no refund, no solution--just empty apologies. At this point, I wouldn't be surprised if clothes are getting mixed up or even stolen. This place is an absolute joke, and I would strongly advise against trusting them with anything valuable. They clearly don't care about their customers or their belongings. This is the worst dry cleaning service I have ever used. The lady working here is rude and doesn't even show up to work on time. Several times I have had to wait in front of the business after their business hours to get my clothes because employee is late. Then I had a drop off and she was out to lunch. They crease pants that obviously don't get one and their turnaround insane, about a week. They made a bunch of mistakes on my clothes but offered no store credit or compensation. When I told the lady I wasn't going to pay for their bad services, she said take my clothes and leave and don't come back. That's no problem! Also she's running a daycare or something there with her kids, toys every where. Great place and won't be back !!!! read more

I've came here twice now and honestly this place is amazing. I brought my dress pants and Barong (Traditional Filipino Dress Shirt) to get cleaned here brcause they are not supposed to be cleaned with just a regular washet and dryer. Honestly they do an amazing job for an amazing price. This is the only place I would ever trust my very nice clothes to get cleaned at. And like I've said you can't beat the price here. Whenever I take my husbands shirts here I rarely have issues with the quality of the cleaning when I get them back. Other places I have been to and I have been to a bunch seem to always give me my shirts back with little burns or stains on the shirts that were not there when I dropped them off. I would not recommend this place for items you value. The owner could not locate the pants I dropped off for a zipper repair. They made excuses and final told me they lost my pants. This back and forth visits to get a answer was exhausting. I was finally able to close the case in the lost jeans. The owner settle the debt. I would have preferred the truth and up front conversation rather than the run around. This had gone on for 2 months. Talk about a horrible experience. Very bad service, cleaning, and would not use them again. I was a customer for four years and I do not support companies that lie to customers and are not fair with the service offered. Within this last year, this was the third time that I had my dry cleaning back with the stain still on the item with no tag that said they couldn't get it out. Went in to ask the counter gal about the stain and if they could get it out, she said no they couldn't. Then asked if she would be willing to give me a credit for that shirt for another shirt to be cleaned, since it did not come out and they did not tell me in advance. She said that they don't give refunds or exchanges for service for another shirt. I then asked if they were the same owners as another dry cleaning store, because I decided to take all of my items that I was going to have them clean and go to a different location. She said that they was same owners of Ace. I left with my clothes and let them know I would not be back. My husband went over to the store on Longley called Yerli's and the owner said that they were not affiliated with Ace at all on Double R. The owner of Yerlis dry cleaners, not only did she say she would get the stain out, but if she could not, she would not charge for the shirt. I dropped my comforter for cleaning. It was so dirty, anything would be an Improvement. However, I was absolutely amazed when I picked up this comforter up. I barely recognized it. Ace cleaned it to PERFECTION, looked and smelled brand new. When I put it on my bed it was soft and wonderful. To think I was considering replacing it!!! I'm so glad I took it to Ace instead. We got our king size down comforter dry cleaned here. Drop off and pick up were very simple and easy. They had a great special running so got a great deal! Only wish the comforter had a fresher smell after it was cleaned, it barely smelled like it was cleaned at all and I've had it dry cleaned in the past at other dry cleaners and it had a fresh smell to it after washing read more

I called the number +1 (775) 240-9312 she told me it was the wrong number after the fact I called the sparks they have that exact number for that building she said it was number for all the lady was screaming at me end it was really extremely offending me by her ton of voice after fact my mom came in i was calling about my comforter for winter she said I called the wrong number but it was the act number on google maybe Ace's dry cleaners needs to change their number but she was extremely rude I don't recommended calling that morning I believe who ever owners should fire her for yelling at customer when I asked her if my mom left she didn't even in fact didn't occurred to her when I told her it was at this specific location the one women on phone sweetheart I am not going to say number she didn't even give me the full number she said it very fast she screamed at top of her lungs I could here that other person wanted to pick up the phone she also hang up on me Bettie I could even right the number down she wasn't nice older I did respect my older's but she wasn't being really nice to me. But thank god they still had my comforter. Still my favorite cleaner but but customer service was better before personnel change. Please bring back the employee who always had her toddler with her. She was pleasant, efficient and always had change in the register. Now, there is never any change in the register and the woman gets flustered and confused. How can a business not have change on a Saturday afternoon. I'm not talking change for a $100 but even a roll of quarters. I am providing this 1 star rating for product AND customer service. I took my dress and my husband's dress shirt, that both had spots on them, to Ace to be cleaned. I informed the employee of the spots when I dropped them off. When I picked up my items, all spots were still present on both items and she stated they were not able to get the spots out. Additionally, the bottom hem was now completely out on my dress. I went home and decided to try my Dryel kit on the dress and within 20 minutes the spots were out. I later treated my husband's shirt with shout and removed the spots on that as well. Since I was able to get the spots out of my dress, I took it back to Ace to have them re-hem the bottom since it came out during their dry cleaning process. I requested that my money be credited based on the above circumstances, and the employee stated she would not. When I picked up my dress again, I was astounded at how unprofessional the hem was done. It was completely visible and puckered. I took it to another alterations company here in town and thankfully they did an amazing job redoing the hem and it is literally invisible.
