Saying payment was due by Thursday but this is the email we got
Kelly K.

Totally ripped us off and shady company changed the terms of the auction! NEVER BID WITH THEM!!! Purchased from an auction with terms that said "3 day load out" and we have screen shots! Well they stated that it was actually a "2 day load out" When I spoke to management they said "they would NOT look at terms or emails" they called me a "liar" They charged me and told me I couldn't have my items! I ended up having to call Proxibid for the correct auction terms....Proxibid screenshot that shit and we contacted Sierra to let them know I was correct. Sierra told me they needed more detailed screenshots so I called Proxibid back and they notified me that Sierra changed the terms of the auction after it ended within an hr of talking to me. Proxibid was very concerned that an auction house would do this. Shady! Shady! Shady!! NEVER DEAL WITH THESE LIARS! GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK! STEALING AND LYING ISNT GOOD BUSINESS PRACTICE Manager is awful and hangs up on you! Brian tries to blame their mistakes on you and constantly bringing up that we're drowning and he's helping us! Lmao! You lied and were caught, we're not drowning! Idiot

These guys screwed me over so bad. I buy a lot of equipment and vehicles from auctions, but this place has to be the worst at disclosing obvious issues with their inventory. *****Let me start off by stating that a large amount of their buyers are from out of state or too far away to do an inspection prior, so they strongly rely on the auction company to advertise appropriately. ****** My vehicle was labeled as running, but undeivable do to flat tires, which was technically true. They verified that it starts and runs, but did not disclose that the entire exhaust system was missing. If they started it, they knew this, because it's louder then a monster truck. This cost me $1400. Once the exhaust was done, it was quiet enough to actually hear the engine. The engine has a blown out spark plug, so it needs a major overhaul to repair the head damage. Lastly, the sensors and wiring underneath the vehicle was nicely tied up, so the exhaust was PURPOSELY REMOVED, and not stolen as the thieves would have cut all the wiring that was in the way. When picked up, they were hesitant to allow me to start my running vehicle, now I know why. These guys cost me thousands in repairs to maybe get an extra $500 in their pockets. Save your money and buy from an honest business.

They sell fake gold damage jewelry on their online auction with not mentioning any damage in the item which reflect there bad intentions for scamming people to make easy money , stay away from that auction beside they charge you their state tax even if you are out state buyer , which I think it's illegal to do such act

I spend a lot of money at Sierra Auction. They are always good to work with. Normally I am very pleased and totally understand the virtual aspect of the auction world. Sierra does not do a good job identifying the condition of what you are bidding on. In the virtual world this becomes so important. In addition to this they seem to always put the stickers in the worst places. I have had several pull the paint off and it happened again today. It's very disappointing when that ruins something that good money was spent on. It seems to me that this is probably not that unusual and that Sierra would know this is a potential issue and as policy they should place the stickers in a place that does not ruin the item when this happens.

My experience with this auction company has been extremely frustrating and unprofessional. My…read moreaccount was locked or suspended, and despite repeatedly reaching out for an explanation and a fair opportunity to resolve the issue, I have received no meaningful response. On July 9, 2026, I arrived for my scheduled pickup appointment, but my order was not ready. I explained that several items would be forfeited if they were not released that day, and an employee assured me that I would still receive them. When I returned, I was not given all the items I had already paid for. This was not the first pickup problem. On another occasion, I scheduled an appointment to collect a 12-by-12 carpet roll and a gazebo, only to arrive and be told the business had closed early. I do not understand why customers are allowed to schedule pickup appointments during times when the facility will not be open. Customers should not lose paid merchandise because of scheduling problems, missing orders, or inaccurate information from employees. Locking me out of my account instead of responding to my concerns only made the situation worse. I am asking for a clear explanation, access to my account, and a fair resolution regarding the merchandise I paid for but did not receive. Until this company improves its communication, pickup procedures, and customer service, I cannot recommend it.

WORST PLACE EVERY!!!! BEAWARE!!!! I am so disappointed in this auction house. I had over 267…read moreitems to be auctioned off. These items where from a family collection that was worth a lot more than $10.00 each. The fees are crazy. $5.00 minimum commission if they sale for $10.00 If they don't sale, they still get $5.00. Then there is the $3.00 lot fee for items as well. They make out like a bandit. I had a lot of chinse cloisonne items that were worth a lot more and majority of them sold for only $10.00. They take half of whatever the final price is for items that are sold. What a ripe off. My grandparents and my mom would be so disappointed in me. I felt like I was taken for a ride and then left on the side of the road to fend for myself. Communication is crap! My items were sold on 05.28.26; I had to keep coming back to ask them about getting my money. I kept getting the run around, like, "an item was not sold, or we haven't received the payment yet." After going back every month, I finally got my money on 09.06.26. 3 Months later. They were very rude and unpleasant to deal with. When, I looked at the check I was so pissed off, I wanted to give them the check back. But I kept it and thought, people really need to know that this auction house, takes forever to pay, cheats you out of your own money. The itemized list that they give you breaks it done as to what each price went for in the auction. Hell, if I was a collector and a cheapskate, I would come here to get my collection, then turn around and sale whatever I could for a larger profit. That is how I feel about this auction house. This place is a joke. I had some more stuff to see if I could sale, and thought, "why I am just going to get jerked around again!" I gave the rest of my stuff to goodwill. I know someone will like what I had and appreciate it a lot more.
