Lenny showed me the title, although it didn't have his name or his company's name on it, and gave me some song and dance about trading one of his personal vehicles for the Nissan I was buying for my son, and for some odd reason it would be better for him to treat the transaction as a "Private Sale", kinda weird, since he is a licensed auto dealer. Anyway, he promised to get me the title, in writing, on the Bill of Sale, which was in his name. He NEVER provided the vehicle title, and I'm stuck with a vehicle that I cannot register, and cannot title in my name. Is it still a felony to sell a vehicle that you don't own, or haven't titled? My son is super bummed out, as he was in the process of job hunting, and really needs a car. Well, I kept calling Lenny Downie's mobile and office numbers, texting him, emailing him on 2 separate email accounts and no responses, EVER. After a couple of days Lenny Downie blocked my texts, calls and wouldn't open his business doors the times I stopped by to pick up the title. Another sad experience of doing business with a used car dealer. I sure hope this doesn't happen to anyone else, although I found a few more people that Lenny Downie left hanging, without a title. I can only surmise that Lenny Downie wanted to avoid paying a couple hundred bucks in sales tax and title fees, which is again, kinda weird for a licensed used car dealer. Business can't be that bad, can it?

Upon purchasing a car fax today on my own, there are multiple accidents, owners and the truck was sitting on that lot for over 10 months. The salesman said it "just came in" and they had done a whole transmission replacement and all this other maintenance and none of that is noted on the car fax. This is especially upsetting because we had been burned before and we specifically asked about car accidents and were told no! And shown a car fax on the office's computer screen... only to find out multiple accidents. We paid for the truck with cash and today we are selling it and for about 8k less than what we bought it for, because it's truly a piece of junk. I would not buy anything here, don't look here, don't call them, nothing. Stay far away.

There are several top-notch auction houses in the Phoenix metro area - and Ace of Estates is right there in the top tier. The staff is friendly - that's nice. The staff is honest - that's important. As a buyer I depend on the auction house to give me an honest appraisal of the condition of an item as I do not live in the metro-area and seldom have a chance to preview in person. I understand the need for the auction houses to give caveats, but coming from Ace of Estates, the descriptions have always been accurate. The photography is excellent, showing me the important details. The staff is very knowledgeable and always quick to respond to any questions I have. The garage is clean and bright and the staff is friendly, and Andrew knows his business. We had a great conversation about putting a clear PPF over a color wrap to help extend it's life. We had our Tesla Y wrapped and were ready for a refresh. Andrew and his folks took good care of us. They removed the old wrap and installed the new wrap in less than a week. We chose to have a clear PPF applied over the color wrap. They suggest that the wrap set for a couple of weeks before the clear PPF is applied, so we took her back a couple weeks later and couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. In total, this is the fourth time I've taken a car in for a wrap and our first with OzBraz. Our experience here was definitely a notch above any other. We highly recommend Andrew and his team. We live in Fountain Hills, so it was a bit of a drive for us, but it was WELL worth it.
