Great date spot! The inside is lit by candles and super cozy small seating. The service was super attentive and the food was amazing. The pitcher of sangria ($25) wasn't too sweet but not very strong. The mixed paella ($30) was super well cooked and filled with toppings . And the patatas bravas ($10) was a big portion. Would recommend the paella again but suggest getting sangria at Barcelona wine bar for a strong alt

Had a great girls dinner here! Truly had the best time. Super intimate place. The food was top notch. Our favorite was the lamb chops we ordered 2 rounds of it lol The staff were all super helpful too. Overall it was a great little spot to visit !

THE RUDEST WAITER I have ever come across. He completely ruined my first time here. We walked in here for the first time and the waiter that was up front was incredibly dismissive. I understand a FIFA match had just ended and they were clearing tables but the way in which he spoke to us was as if it was our fault that such a large crowd had been in there. He made us feel as though we were a burden and dismissed us. He never said if we would like to wait at the bar and get a beer, we had to ask if it was ok to get a beer at the bar and he huffed and puffed as if we were inconveniencing him. We had to ask him if we could get a beer at least and he said hesitatingly "uuuhh yes" as if we just added more to his load. He then walked away saying an expletive under his breath.

Lovely spot for a romantic date night . In the back, they have a small brick patio dimly lit. Also great for a yap session with your friends if you want to share some Tapas and wine. I got the Seafood Paella. The most authentic paella in Dallas and it was perfectly seasoned without being too oily like some other paella in Dallas. We also had the Patatas Bravas and Bruschetta. Both incredibly good. Everything is very authentic and reminds me of being in Spain.

FOOD/ DRINKS This is our go to spot for Tapas in the DFW area. We always order the patatas bravas, calamari, montaditos, fried pork belly with chocolate sauce, sauteed artichokes, pork tenderloin. The sangria is also excellent to pair with the dishes SERVICE Excellent service and good food and drink recommendations from the staff. The food comes out at a reasonable timeframe ENVIRONMENT There is plenty of seating indoors and outdoors. The ambiance is nice and gives a home-y feel (it's literally a house). Seating outdoors is nice during the summer, however I do warn you of mosquitos. I recommend bringing mosquito spray if sitting outside

This place is a hidden gem. The tapas are more like full meals that cost between $7-$11. Of course you have your more pricier items like lamb chops and scallops, but everything I've had on the tapas side is flavorful and extremely delicious. My ultimate gotos - the garlic shrimp, okra and scallops. Also make sure you get a pitcher of Sangria. I left off a star only because the place always has a weird smell when I walk in so I can never sit on the top floor. I'm only comfortable down the stairs near the patio area.

Super cute place, great for girls night and yapping. I enjoyed it! The plates were small but tasty.

We came to Si Tapas wanting to relive our recent dining memories from Madrid, and while the prices weren't the same, the food quality was on point. Our server Eduardo was friendly and very knowledgeable about the menu. We went with the patatas bravas and bocquerones (marinated anchovies). The food was as delicious as the Madrid versions we had, and we were very happy. The patatas were crispy and a little spicy, while the anchovies had that nice tang from the vinegar and a little bite from the garlic. Si Tapas is located in an old house, and the vibe is homey and cozy. We know where to go the next time the urge for tapas hits us!

This place!!!! Been wanting to go and it did not disappoint. Once of my top favorite spots in Dallas now. The cheese and meat board was unreal! Loved all the food we got and the overall vibes, felt like I was back in Spain!

This restaurant is just okay IMO. We ordered the gambas, patatas bravas, baby shark, steak with Dijon (everyone raved about it in the reviews), octopus, lamb chops 2x, cauliflower with manchego, sangria. It was a wonderful evening on the patio, except the service was SO slow for everyone and the main waitress had a terrible attitude. Did not greet us, forgot to put in an order (which is fine if you're at least friendly), would come out to the patio to talk to one table then go back inside each time. Just not very well trained I suppose. Lastly, all of the food is just okay. The shrimp and lamb are cooked perfectly, I would order those for sure! Octopus is the worst I've ever had, they slice it flimsy thin and you don't get to enjoy the texture. It doesn't taste like anything but olive oil too. Sangria is good I suppose. I've heard from friends that there are better tapas places in Dallas, but I'll potentially give this one more shot in the future with a group of friends. This date was underwhelming

Loved this place for Spanish tapas. All shareable and a great place to experience for the first time. My favorite dish was the seared steak with Dijon sauce. Patatas braves, califlour, fried okra, jamon and meatballs were all good too. I wish I wasn't so full to try the paella, I'll have to go back. Cute, cozy spot, and great service. I definitely recommend going.

Fortunately, they had some space on the patio. It was a hot night however they had couple fans to blow away some heat. Food: Started with a salad which was fresh, flavorful and with large chunks of beets, watermelon, and feta cheese. Great appetizer. My wife and I wanted to try a couple of items to share for the main entree, I had branzino. The whole fish, filleted, and grilled. The flavor was rich, without being overly salty nor too oily. The sides 1. Grilled Branzino - Served with quinoa arugula salad 2. Ali Nazik- Chargrilled lamb shish over smoked eggplant puree served with bean salad on the side Both were fantastic. The lamb was cooked just right and turned out moist and tender. The eggplant puree was a great texture; neither too smooth to lose its integrity nor too chunky. The staff was attentive and helpful. Verdict: 9/10: Would definitely go back but with a reservation or in a mindset to sit in the heat on the patio. Also, the deboning process for the fish could've used a little more care, but that didn't take away from the flavor.

HARASSED by staff for tip - Ruined the rest of the night on Knox Henderson…read more TLDR - Pre-dinner drinks and tapas gone awry. Waited 15 minutes for our server after sat, she refused to believe we waited long, then was served old/stale Pan con Tomate + Jamón plate. We requested a new plate to replace but were asked to explain how the bread could be stale. Server came back to say that she tasted the dish and it was stale, so she would take off the bread and comp with fresh bread and butter. She ended up charging us for that anyways. For 2 drinks, 3 slices of jamon and $2 bread our bill was $32. After waiting and constantly needing to track down our server, we were late for our dinner reservation and needed to leave. I didn't leave a tip and she confronted TWICE, we didn't leave a tip. She then tried to go back to the payment terminal to ring something up so I can tip as if I made a mistake. I let her know that I didn't. 15% of 32 is $4.50. She proceeded to make a scene and got hostile/aggressive. Why are you not leaving a tip. Is it because of me personally or the service? She towered over the table and we had to uncomfortably explain it was not a pleasant experience and we hope the next time we come would be a bit different. Some days are just not our days. We are human. She didn't like our forced answer and left. We were shocked that we were confronted and chastised for not leaving a tip for subpar service, a confirmed unsatisfactory food dish AND was still charged for our "comped bread"which was only $2. This behavior conveys a gross lack of professionalism and understanding. The waitress perceived our actions as disrespectful and lacked understanding that we had a subpar experience given the circumstances. We were shocked and unfortunately left with the most bitter taste in our mouths (aside from the horrible and stale pan con tomate that was drenched in olive oil) We have heard great things about Cafe Madrid and the ambiance and live music was lovely. I'm sure the other dishes are great and that this can be a one off experience. But circumstances like these reflect training and the lack of standard for service and professionalism. Long story - We walked in on a Friday night around 7:30 for some drinks and a tapa before our late dinner reservation down the road. What was supposed to be a quick and enjoyable stop was unfortunately derailed by slow service, confusion in who was our server, STALE and old food and harassment from our waitress about no tip after the fact that our unsatisfactory meal was communicated and acknowledged. Some people have bad days and I understand. The behavior and lack of remorse didn't signal that. For a Friday evening, the restaurant was busy but multiple servers were attending every other table outside of ours after we were sat down by a hostess. After 15 minutes, I motioned to a server to ask to order and after a few minutes our waitress comes by hurriedly and a bit flustered. She asked if we waited a long time. After almost 18 minutes of waiting I was honest and let her know it's been some time. She didn't seem to understand why we were waiting a long time and didn't believe us. It was a small interaction and but I wanted the night to proceed in good spirits. We ordered 2 drinks and 2 tapas (pan con tomate and an order of Jamon). Super easy and quick orders. Our food and beverages come out after another 10 minutes. Unfortunately the bread was completely stale and the olive oil was completely soaking into the bread on other sections. It sounds contradictory that one piece of the bread would be super stale and the other completely soaked. But yes the dichotomy of quality of food was real. I waited another 8 minutes to finally track down our server and politely raise the concern and ask for another order. Our server pressed on to ask for specifics/validation on what the stale bread meant. Toasted bread is very different from stale. I'm not trying to be difficult or patronize so I awkwardly avoid having to explain after being questioned the difference between stale and toasted bread. She finally gives in and takes it away to have it replaced. She comes back and shared that the kitchen explained they had just made the pan con tomate that day so it was fresh. (I didn't know you can pre-make fresh bread with olive oil and crushed tomato's. But that makes sense if the bread was left sitting out pre-made for hours hence the soaked/stale consistency.) We have a pleasant conversation afterward and build rapport. It seems like the night was back on track. What proceeded to occur at the end of the night regarding a $32 bill with no gratuity derailed the whole night and makes a poor reflection on the restaurant.

We arrived early and grabbed pre-dinner cocktails on the patio, which honestly set the tone for the evening. The fire pit tables + evening atmosphere were perfect. We kept it classic with Old Fashioneds and martinis, and both were very well executed. Simple, balanced, and clearly made by someone who knows what they're doing. There was also a blueberry graham cracker cocktail (can't remember the name, unfortunately) that was surprisingly delicious and easily could've been dessert in a glass. The tasting itself was an 8-course menu and absolutely incredible. Since this was a one-night pop-up, I won't go into detail on the food, but every course was thoughtful, creative, and genuinely delicious. One of those meals where you're excited for the next plate the second the last one's cleared. Service really stood out. The team was attentive without hovering, cleaned up seamlessly between courses, and made sure our drinks were never empty. They also offered solid wine pairings that complemented the menu really well and elevated the experience overall. One extra thing that really sealed it for me: after dinner, the second chef Taylor and the owner/manager Tanner came over and hung out with us for a bit. As someone who's a bit of a foodie nerd, I genuinely appreciate when chefs and operators take the time to talk food, concepts, and the thought behind the menu. It made the experience feel personal and intentional, not just transactional. If this pop-up is any indication of what Rye is capable of, it's definitely a place worth returning to. Great atmosphere, great drinks, and a team that clearly cares about the experience. Would absolutely come back.

The Cevichos alone are worth a visit. We'll definitely be coming back! We decided to head to Lower Greenville as part of a night out and decided on Apothecary. We made a reservation for 8.45pm and the place was busy but not packed. The space is beautiful, dimly-lit, and intimate with couches or small tables. We were seated at one of the small tables and both decided to sit on the couch side of the table. Most couples were doing the same and the tables were spread out enough so that we all felt we had enough space. We started with two drinks (Private Barrel Old Fashioned and French Kissing) and two appetizers (Oysters and the Cevichos) . The drinks came out with the Oysters. The Old Fashioned was solid; the French Kissing was a beautiful drink and delicious. The Oysters were served with a touch of salsa, and they were excellent. We ordered a second round of drinks (the Loch'D Inn and another French Kissing) and they arrived with the Cevichos. I'm not a huge fan of scotch, but the Loch'D Inn was very good, with the sweet foam on the drink being fantastic (when my date went to the restroom, I tried to get more of it with my fork it was that good... I really needed a spoon ). Now to the Cevichos, which were the highlight of the night. They were ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC, and I will come back just for those. They were savory while also having a nice citrus flavor... just delicious. The only downside is that you have to eat them somewhat quickly as the chips on the bottom will get soggy if left too long. We closed the night with the Japanese Elotes and a Pekin Tom cocktail, both of which were delicious. The Elotes had so much flavor. Regarding the Pekin Tom, I appreciate that the smoke had a light flavor as the smoke in so many smoked cocktails overpowers the drink itself. That was not the case here -- really well done. The service is also top notch. Our server came by often, but never interrupted while we were deep in conversation. Another gentleman also checked on us twice. I don't know with certainty but I think he was either the manager or the bartender. He always asked about the drinks and made excellent recommendations.
