Today my family and I went to purchase shoes from Shoe Palace. When we entered the store we were never greeted by anyone to start with. As we walked around for at least a minimum of 5 to 10 not a single person asked did we need help in any way. There was several employees behind the cash register and some walking around. They looked dead at us and never said a word. They continued with the conversations they were having. They lost several sales today. In my personal opinion it was due to the color of our skin. I hope in the near future your company will come in and train your employees to never judge a book by it's cover. read more

I bought 3 pairs of shoes I returned 1 pair that looked worn and used with torn straps, exchanged them for a cheaper show and they wouldn't give me my 5 dollar refund, said it was corporate policy and made me buy shoe cleaner. They kept my receipt from the 1st defective pair and when my Supras fell apart a couple weeks later they would not exchange them. Told me "My man thats wear n tear". Worst shoe place I have ever been to. Wife bought a pair of airmax for my bday as a surprise. I wore them around the house and did not like them shoe box to narrow and angle hurt my big toe. Went to return because employee had said as long as I have a receipt I can return. Went back to return and going to buy shoes that were more expensive. Manager reject my refund due to thinking I had worn them around town because of a small crease. My wife pulled same shoe of the wall and it also had the same crease. Manager began to argue with us because we pointed out that his refund rejection was not valid. As a avid runner and shoe buyer I will definitely not come here and really do not recommend. Wow I win the lottery for the Jordan 1 Black Toe and the manager called me, it rang twice and then she hung up. So I call back in 3 minutes and the manage r stated that since I did not answer the phone she gave my shoe to someone else! Are you kidding me, never again not worth doing raffles here: The manager is not nice when you try doing the raffle with them. I went one day to ask about the tickets for a release. Which we ended up not getting because my sister happened to know one of the employees and he said he can reserve her a ticket for $50. I have shopped here before and my shopping experience was terrible. The employees were rude or when I asked them a question, they gave me attitude. I usually hesitate to shop here, because of my previous negative experiences. Unfortunately, not all shoe stores carry the same shoes and I have to branch out to other stores. That was the case today, I was looking for a pair of Pumas in my size. I was approached by sales associate, I believe his name was Andrew. He was polite and extremely helpful. He was able to find the pair of shoes in my size and the color I wanted. There was another sales associate, I don't know his name (he had hazel eyes), but he was polite. He made sure to find the color of laces I needed for my shoes. I gave the Shoe Palace three stars, because not all of their employees are as helpful. The two sales associates deserve the five stars. I'm still unsure about shopping at his location, but if these two are working, I wont hesitate to shop in store. Overall these two have excellent customer service skills. This is probably the worst experience ever. I was at the store checking out the shoes. There was probably 3 or 4 employees at the moment and few customers. I had asked for 2 different shoes. I went back and waited for them to be brought. I never got the shoes and later saw that all the employees were conversating and laughing. I asked the lady that had "helped" me and she said that she didnt find my shoe size for one (which I didnt mind, if she would've came back to tell me) and never brought the other one. She left. Found her personal friends and never assisted me with the other shoes. I asked 2 different employees after her and never came back with any shoes or responses after heading to the back. Simple answers would have satisfied me, but these employees are just wasting time for customers and themselves. read more
