This review is based on the customer service provided by Jessica, the manager. I needed a very…read morespecific pair of shoes for my child's school project. I could not find them anywhere, came to WSS and found a pair but they were two sizes bigger. I was willing to get those even though they were way bigger. When I got to the register I told Jessica about my plight and she went out of her way to look for options in the store. When they did not have them she went out of her way to call 3 other stores until she verified one of them had the size I needed. It's nearly impossible to experience this level of customer service nowadays. Thank you.

They tend to huddle together and gossip instead of helping customers. The cashiers are great, and there's security at the entrance, which is a plus. There's free parking in the back, or you can park on the street in front. Overall, I prefer shopping at this location because it's much more relaxed and less chaotic than the Citadel.

I was lucky to get the grand opening 20% off special. They mark up the prices a bit but its still slightly reasonable since they will give you a discount if you join their club. You must sign up to join their free membership though. The first pair you buy will be at full price but for your second purchase they will give you 20% off. Any shoe thereafter, will be at a 10% discount. For a boutique, the return policy is reasonable. You have 30 days to return or exchange your purchase granted the product is in good working condition.
