I'm visiting from Georgia and had gone out of my way looking for quality service, and this place absolutely delivered. They treated me with respect, did an amazing job, and completely turned my day around. It's rare to find businesses that still prioritize customer service the way they do here. If you need uniforms or related services, this is the place to go. Highly recommend

I approached this lady and asked a few questions about the set and pricing (everything is sold separately even if paired together as a set). I was expressing my dilemma with the fit and instead of giving me helpful suggestions and making me feel welcomed and comfortable, she suggested I loose weight. How dare she?! Im a size Medium and my issue was my bottom it's a little big for the medium size pant and the large pant was too big. After deciding not to buy the set I asked about compression socks, if they had some for men and she asked why I wanted socks for men. Personally I think it was none of her business and a little invasive. How can you make sales by making customers feel judged and discriminated? And if that wasn't enough she told me I can always shop on Amazon. I will never come back here again nor would I recommend it to my family and friends.

I thought the service was kind of iffy. There was an older gentleman there who was a bit rushy at first, I thought he was kind of rude but I didn't take it personal. He ended up being very nice and helpful. He got me in and out in less than 15 minutes. That's including me trying on the clothes. I would definitely recommend this place. If you're looking for scrubs the set I have on is very comfy stretchy. The quality is silky feels fresh. They also have a lot of designed scrubs as well if you're looking in that category.

They also do free hems to make your scrubs a perfect fit, which I think is amazing for someone like me who is shorter than the average person lol. I appreciate that they have a fitting room for customers like me to try on items. Some of the other stores around Ive been to give me the stink eye when I ask them if I could try on their scrubs or will just flat out tell me there's no fitting rooms available. The selection of medical scrubs they have here are reasonably priced with a variation of colors and designs. The scrub brands they carry are nice and are actually comfortable. I like that they also carry scrub jackets here, I didnt even know it was an actual thing until I checked out this store! So far, I've purchased a scrub top, pants, and a jacket! Will definitely come back here for more ! Also, there's an ample amount of free public parking on the street.

I rarely go out of my way to leave negative reviews because I genuinely believe in supporting small…read morebusinesses, but unfortunately, my experience with this uniform shop was extremely disappointing. I ordered my daughter's school uniforms at the end of July and was told that, because it was a custom order, it would be completed within two weeks at the latest. After waiting the full two weeks, I began following up with them every day as my daughter's first day of school approached. Unfortunately, the customer service was incredibly rude and dismissive. I was repeatedly given different timelines and excuses, and although the woman I spoke with "promised" to call me with an update, she never did. After having to repeatedly track them down and spend so much time following up, I was finally told that the uniforms were ready for pickup. When my husband arrived, he discovered that they had failed to order the bottom pieces of the uniforms altogether. Instead of taking responsibility for the mistake, they tried to convince my husband to have the existing items altered. The entire experience was extremely disorganized, frustrating, and unprofessional. Mistakes can happen, but the lack of communication, accountability, and basic customer service made this experience even worse. I would strongly recommend going elsewhere. As customers, we are paying for a service and making an effort to support a local business, and the very least we should receive is respectful and professional treatment.

I had an exceptional experience with Sam and cannot recommend this business highly enough…read more I had a fire uniform shirt that I desperately needed embroidered by the next day, and not having it done on time would have put me in a difficult situation at work. Sam assured me he could take care of it. While we were talking, he asked if I had a minute and told me to just stand by. He took my sample shirt, duplicated the embroidery, and had me back out the door in about 15 minutes, even though he was already busy. What really stood out to me was not only the quality and speed of the service, but the way Sam treated everyone who walked through the door. While I was waiting, I overheard him helping another customer who was having trouble deciding what size uniforms to get for her kids. Instead of simply telling her what to buy, he suggested she take a couple of different sizes home to have her kids try them on and bring back whichever ones didn't work. That kind of customer service says a lot about a business. This place has that old school, neighborhood, business feel where people genuinely care about their customers and take pride in what they do. It's becoming increasingly rare, and it's refreshing to see. Sam went above and beyond for me when I was in a bind and, honestly, saved my ass. Fast, professional, accommodating, and genuinely customer focused. I highly recommend this place and will absolutely be back.
