I ordered my daughter's school uniforms at the end of July and was told that, because it was a custom order, it would be completed within two weeks at the latest. After waiting the full two weeks, I began following up with them every day as my daughter's first day of school approached. Unfortunately, the customer service was incredibly rude and dismissive. I was repeatedly given different timelines and excuses, and although the woman I spoke with "promised" to call me with an update, she never did. After having to repeatedly track them down and spend so much time following up, I was finally told that the uniforms were ready for pickup. When my husband arrived, he discovered that they had failed to order the bottom pieces of the uniforms altogether. Instead of taking responsibility for the mistake, they tried to convince my husband to have the existing items altered. The entire experience was extremely disorganized, frustrating, and unprofessional. Mistakes can happen, but the lack of communication, accountability, and basic customer service made this experience even worse. I would strongly recommend going elsewhere. As customers, we are paying for a service and making an effort to support a local business, and the very least we should receive is respectful and professional treatment.

I had an exceptional experience with Sam and cannot recommend this business highly enough…read more I had a fire uniform shirt that I desperately needed embroidered by the next day, and not having it done on time would have put me in a difficult situation at work. Sam assured me he could take care of it. While we were talking, he asked if I had a minute and told me to just stand by. He took my sample shirt, duplicated the embroidery, and had me back out the door in about 15 minutes, even though he was already busy. What really stood out to me was not only the quality and speed of the service, but the way Sam treated everyone who walked through the door. While I was waiting, I overheard him helping another customer who was having trouble deciding what size uniforms to get for her kids. Instead of simply telling her what to buy, he suggested she take a couple of different sizes home to have her kids try them on and bring back whichever ones didn't work. That kind of customer service says a lot about a business. This place has that old school, neighborhood, business feel where people genuinely care about their customers and take pride in what they do. It's becoming increasingly rare, and it's refreshing to see. Sam went above and beyond for me when I was in a bind and, honestly, saved my ass.
