If I could start with 0 starts I would. I first ordered everything at my school location. My daughter's shirts were not the right fit when they arrived. They guessed her size because they did not have the sample at the fitting day. I've been waiting 4 months for a jumper, and there's no word on it along with other items. This is not the way to do business!!! I hope our school takes all the feedback given and moves with a different company next year. If this company accepted a new school, they should've been well prepared with enough merchandise to sell. They were fast to take that payment tho!! Picture day passed and I was unable to have my daughter wear her mass uniform. It's very disappointing because it's poorly managed. Go find your uniforms elsewhere. There's plenty of other companies and small businesses that can replicate your logos. read more

CKW: Where Getting a Shirt Feels Like a Full-Time Job This was my fourth awful experience here, and sadly it didn't disappoint. The younger girls working are always polite, but the lady manager/s? Rude, dismissive, and absolutely unwilling to listen. I asked for "printed style" logo polos because my son has sensory issues and can't tolerate their awful, itchy patch logos. The printed style was sold out, and i was told i had to settle with the old patch styles. So, I requested to speak to a manager and see if i could do a special order. The manager rolled her eyes, gave me attitude, and even told me they would "probably take forever" to arrive -- as if that was supposed to discourage me. I insisted, paid, and waited while my son borrowed shirts from a friend. Finally, I called the store because i had not heard anything. I double-checked over the phone: "They're both printed, right?" "Yes," I was assured, as she annoyingly put me on hold to go look! Drove 35 minutes, picked them up, rushed home -- and sure enough, one was a patch! UNREAL!!!!! Back in the car for another 35 minutes to fix their mistake. Yes, I eventually got the right polos. But it should NOT take this much hassle, rudeness, and wasted gas to get a simple shirt. If you enjoy being ignored, lied to, and inconvenienced, this store is perfect for you! Otherwise, save yourself the headache. read more

We bought 2 shirts in June so we do not run into the mad rush to get uniforms. I called on Saturday 8/2 spoke to a female that was not helpful and rude. Left a message 8/4 no one has called back as of today, called few minutes ago 8/7 spoke to another female just as rude as the one on Saturday. I said I left a message Monday her response we are closed Monday, I left a message for a call back. Today she tells me the same thing as Saturday we will call you back I only take messages, my response I was told that on Saturday, I still have not received a call back, she said like I said we will call you back extremely rude ! I just want the two shirts I ordered back in June I don't need attitude ! The shirts are not cheap, if you don't have enough employees that is not my problem. If I could give this uniform place 0 stars, I absolutely would. Today I walked in with my 9 year old daughter to purchase uniforms for the start of the school year. I walked in knowing that there was a strong possibility that they wouldn't have her size as this happened last time when I went. Of course, they didn't have it as I anticipated but I wasn't upset. I had my daughter try on 2 sizes in a different school uniform to see which one would fit her better and was told I could go order it at the front. When I went up, the employee whose name I can't remember, said they wouldn't have her size until December. Today is August 10 and school starts in 2 weeks but I decided we'd order anyways and just make her uniforms from last year work. Not sure why uniforms take so long to be in stock but that wasn't the upsetting part. She then asked me for my number and looked up what I ordered last year. Last year I had ordered 2 sizes down as it was the same issue, uniforms not in stock, and my mom was able to tailor it to make it work. The upsetting part came with what she mumbled under her breath. She said that maybe my daughter shouldn't eat so much and it just crushed my soul to hear someone talk about her in that manner. I didn't say anything at the moment as it was really busy in the store and was hoping my daughter didn't hear it. I explained to her that last year we bought a size down since they didn't have it in stock as well. As soon as we walked out, my daughter burst into tears and honestly I am now writing this review. I wished I would've said something in the moment. It's unbelievable to me that an adult would take about a child's weight in that manner and right in front of them. It's hard enough being a 9 year old girl n this world where body image is an issue for so many young girls with the internet and to be told that by an adult in person is beyond unprofessional. Unfortunately this is the only place where I can buy my daughter's school uniform and I'll have to go back for years to come. I'm sure every time we go back this will be a memory that she will always take with her. To be honest, I'll probably never take her in with me again to not have to relive today. Terrible service and fulfillment. You would think that for back to school, they would stock everything well, but they order from supplier one item at a time. So the wait is 4-6 weeks or longer. Especially since they took on our new school account and every single kid would need a new tie, why didn't they take a count from the school and order enough? They are open such limited hours and either don't answer the phone or they wait four days to return a message. Very disappointing. Our school had used them before and I was hoping things had changed, but they clearly have not. They're pretty rude too. read more

3 stars is for the attention they give while my kid tries on the uniforms and the feedback they give on which size would be best. Some of the workers are very nice and pleasant to talk to. The downside is it's a hit or miss if they have the actual items I need in stock. If they have to order it in can take a week or MONTHS to arrive and it trickles in. The invoices are hard to decipher and it's hard to get someone to answer the phone to answer questions. You will need lots of patience and keep track of your order! read more

It's been YEARS since I stepped into the business and was disappointed with overall service. Today though!! My daughter was recently accepted to Ramona and this is the closest place to get her uniform. I have to say, the ENTIRE experience was so incredibly amazing! We were immediately greeted by Lauren who couldn't be sweeter! She then paired us with Alexa who was just as incredible with the service, knowledge and advice. Christine came to assist with the Blazer fitting and was incredibly kind. The vibe was so calm and loving. I am so grateful for their assistance! I wasn't planning on purchasing as I am a single mom and wanted time to save up. But, they offered a discount that I could not pass up and purchased what I was able to. The issue for me is that these are not inexpensive uniforms in coat yet they are cheaply made. Every single one of them however has already shown signs of poor craftsmanship. Broken zippers, torn seams, unraveled knits. For that price these should be much, much better quality. I wish schools would allow parents to use other vendors I sure would. read more

Great experience! Walked in and were greeted by Lauren very quickly. She swept us over to the counter area to talk about what we needed and check on sizing for our little TK kiddo. We are a new Catholic School family and weren't really sure what to expect. We had also placed a couple orders online and after trying on all the clothing items she quickly swapped out many sizes that we had ordered to sizes that fit - some bigger and some smaller. She was very knowledgeable about what different pieces were needed/required for our school and that was very helpful. CKW has the highest quality uniforms and a level of customer service that is hard to find these days. I attended private school for 13 years and luckily, CKW was the uniform provider for both my middle school and my high school. The staff is absolutely amazing, extremely knowledgeable, and very professional. The owners are especially knowledgeable and always able to provide assistance on sizing suggestions. CKW is run efficiently and everyone is so friendly! Makes back to school shopping a breeze, and dare I say, fun?! For those who wait until the end of summer (me, sheepishly) they have a lot of necessary items in stock and do their best to make something work and get you the rest as soon as they are able. One year my daughter had 3 different sized skirts, (some were from different vendors, etc), but they all worked! They work hard, know their products and the schools, and do their best to give us a good experience. I have always left their better off for working with them, even if I didn't get everything I needed at once. Note: Please be kind, especially during Covid. I think I heard one of the gals (the nicest if you can even compare that way!) Repeat herself for about 15 minutes to a person calling in saying, "I'm sorry, but if it is out of stock, and it takes 45 days." They cannot do anything about the supply chain. CKW is contracted by several local private schools in the San Gabriel Valley and the quality of their uniforms explains why! The ladies who work at CKW are warm, helpful and incredibly practical with their shopping recommendations. They offer tips for how many uniforms based on either budget or laundry routines which is very thoughtful. Uniform skorts, skirts and rompers all lasted years and we're only replaced them when they were outgrown never because of them being worn out despite heavy usage. I prefer Lands End polos which are softer than those sold at CKW but I tend to get 1/2 from CKW & half from Lands End. Highly recommend CKW! read more

First off my daughter is a senior in high school an all-girls school, CKW has been providing us with uniforms for many years - starting from her grammar school all the way to high school. We are very pleased with the selection and the quality of the uniforms we've purchased from this place throughout the years. Some pieces have held the test of time through numerous wash and abuse from my daughter's everyday use. I have been a loyal customer since 1998 when I started kindergarten. The women at CKW are true industry professionals. From the creative and gleaming displays in their inviting store to the easy-to-navigate website, shopping with CKW is not only pleasant, it is a special occasion. Even on a quick visit during the hectic summer season, it's evident that every employee takes pride in their work. They make you feel like the only customer in the store, regardless of how busy it is. Shopping for children's clothing can be a delicate task, but the ladies of CKW make it a breeze for both the parents AND the children. They give practical advice about the fit, care, quality, and styling of each uniform. As an incoming 9th grader, I was stuck between a medium polo, which was a bit snug and a large, which felt too baggy. Lauren suggested I try a youth XL instead and it worked like a charm. Not too big, not too small, and it held up well in the wash. As you shop, the employee attending will ask you questions about your laundry schedule and will also help you work within your budget, especially if you're a new family at a school. Having a twin sister, purchasing school clothes for the new year was an investment for my parents, but they were able to help us curate wardrobes that were within our needs. I especially appreciated how gracious and professionally they handled uniform sizing. When I was a teenager, I experienced a dramatic growth spurt the spring of my sophomore, requiring all new uniforms. Not once did I feel self-conscious as I got sized for larger skirts. They made sure I felt comfortable sitting down in my skirts and dresses, because I'd be sitting in class. While they did suggest sizing up for comfort, they also understood the desire to look presentable. I left the store feeling glamorous and like I could actually look cute in my uniform. Considering how much I hated clothes shopping at the age of 16, this was nothing short of a miracle. Christine, Kathy, and Lauren helped me to see my uniform as a complete outfit, rather than just garments I threw on my body. Ultimately, whether you have read their mission statement or not, through their careful attention to the needs of their customers, the ladies of CKW know that when a child feels confident in the uniform they put on in the morning, this will transfer directly in all other aspects of their day. On a practical note, I would definitely recommend shopping early for school uniforms. The busy season starts in the first week of July, especially as Catholic schools now open in mid-August. Because products and vendors can have unique and inconsistent sizing (no fault of the employees of CKW, it's just something that happens in manufacturing), I would also recommend actually bringing your child in to get them sized, rather than just sizing up from the used uniforms from last year. Please also be patient with them. They are feeling the effects of the supply chain issues and it can take a while for a special order jacket to arrive. They will tell you this upfront when you order it, so it isn't a surprise. Throughout the years, trips to CKW became my favorite part of returning to school and I was sad when I finally graduated. However, now that I teach at a Catholic school in the community, they are still my number one source for school spirit gear and accessories. read more

My daughter's high school switched uniform providers and I could not be happier. The previous company was in a WAREHOUSE and this company is SO much nicer. It really is marketed well and they offered fantastic customer service. The accurately gauged my daughter's sizes and we had five skirts and three formal shirts in a few minutes. They asked if we needed socks - we had been looking EVERYWHERE for knee high socks!! We left happy with EVERYTHING that we needed for the school year. My daughter attend Ramona secondary convent. Everyone at CKW school uniforms is helpful and sweet. I do have to take the skirts to the cleaners to fix a couple times because they "break" from the bottom or the zipper. But, other than we are satisfied. read more

After attending private Catholic school for the past 14 years I have had my fair share of trips to CKW. All of these trips have been nothing less than excellence and always welcomed with many warm smiles. The store its self is spotless and extremely well kept.
